I am disappointed with the customer service here! I had previously bought a specific brand of crochet hair from this store. My last purchase on March 5, 2021, the lady/owner Hyun Cho politely tells me that she will no longer keep this hair in the store but willbe glad to personally order it for me. My hairstyle last me 2 months. So the lady wrote her name on a business card so I can speak directly to her. I go in the beginning of April to confirm that we are good, she says yes to come back closer to time . I go in April 16th once again, she writes down my name and number and said she was ordering it that week and I can pick up on my hair appointment day the 30th, she will hold it. Today I call to tell her I will see her after work and she does not have my hair! She claims it didnt ship, that she ordered it. So I ask...why didnt you call me? Today is my appointment, Im stuck with trying to find it and I didnt! I have to go a different route until I can order directly from the company. Dont promise to do something and try to lie about it. Said they dont have that color anymore, then they didnt ship it. If that was true, u had enough time to call and say it didnt come and I could have had time to research further!

They are so friendly they speak as soon as you walk in the door. She talks to my girls when I bring them in with me and even gave them a big hug! Just nice the store is really clean and organized too. They have a big selection of hair for braiding and weaves. But I’d personally like to see more of a selection of crochet hair from them still a great place to buy hair from though!

One particular employee comes off as if she was inconvenienced by me coming in the store and asking questions! She Stood behind the counter aggressively pointing in the direction of merchandise(each time I inquired about something) as if she expected me to follow this invisible laser from her finger directly to the product!..It has been a while since Ive come into this store..I was quickly reminded why I bypassed this store when I am in the need for hair products. I left that store feeling as it I lost a debate...I couldnt figure out if I was a customer or a victim in a bad relationship!! I didnt know whether to get counseling on just stop using ALL hair products and go natural!! Another bad experience....@SMDH

Like the employees. Got a lot for little girls. But the selection for crochet is limited in my opinion.

Workers were super friendly and helpful. They didn’t have exactly what I was looking for, but if I’m in the area and need something else, I would definitely return!
