Don’t ever shop here! I bought a spark plug for a weed eater and bought the model number from the trimmers owners manual. The guy who rang me up never asked for my phone number.The plug didn’t fit and I tried to return it, but couldn’t find the receipt.A different guy was working when I tried to return it, but he wouldn’t accept it.He must think my scam is to go around Roanoke trying to return a brand new spark plug with the package for money.I will NEVER EVER shop at Advanced Auto again!

Williamson rd. store has the worst service you could ever imagine. Period. Daytime shift supervisor was found to be uncooperative and argumentative at the most inopportune time. Definitely have lost a longtime customer. Thanks but if you need the money that badly........HMU and Ill floatcha a loan.

Friendly staff. Okay selection. Parts prices are comparable to the other parts stores. None vehicle specific items such as car covers, oil, cleaning items, etc are priced fairly higher then places such as Walmart and Target.

I had to buy a battery for my vehicle. The battery was leaking, so I went back and they replaced it. Plus, gave me a discount on my next purchase. I got another phone cord and a heavy duty light that I can charge in my vehicle and in the house. They were very helpful and determined to help me with my problem.Ill be back!!

I went into Advance Auto for a product to clean my asphalt driveway of oil drips. The guy at the counter knew exactly what I needed. He got the product and told me how to use it. He was so right. It really worked good. Glad to see Advance Auto has knowledgeable staff on board.

Came by today for a diagnostic test when my vans battery light came on. I called when I got there, with kids in the car. Tony was quick to come out when I called, explained what he was doing and the ins and outs of what he was checking for. He was very knowledgeable and I was impressed by how helpful and thorough he was.

2005 nissan murano do not buy the valve cover grommets that goes in the coil pack holes, they do not fit. Your better off buy the entire valve cover.

Great location here in Roanoke VA on Williamson Rd. They seem to have most parts and accessories for most vehicles, plus you can order online and pick up in store. The staff are usually friendly, however, I wish they would staff their stores with additional people as there is usually a wait for testing batteries, alternators, etc.

Im always in here for one more part the staff is friendly, know me by name and it doesnt break the bank, the parts I get from here are always high quality would definitely recommend for anyone needing anything for their next project.

Product on the shelf, but quite the wait to get checked out for a single item from the floor. 2 battery customers and another customer needing taught about the part he bought took the 3 workers a long time to get to me and the others behind me.
