I’ll start out by saying bow and the sales man are nice we had agreed on a trade in for a motorcycle and the monthly payment before I even showed up so everything was good well I rode there in 100 degree weather from Carson to Reno thinking that I was going to trade in for a truck and ride back in AC well that didn’t happen due to they told me the payment would be higher before running my credit and now said he would pay the bike off (changed when I got there and bow was no where to be seen ) that also changed so really bad experience.

Scammers. Would give 0 if I could. Creeps too.

I was at auto warehouse today to try and work a deal on a car and Bo got involved with it. I would say he has no customer service skills, has a terrible attitude and cannot remember what he tells you about pricing for their car or your trade in. I will never go back to them and will never recommend this place to anyone. I have purchased 2 vehicles from them in the past and now that Bo works as a manager there and I got to deal with him, I will now take all my business elsewhere.

Posting one picture of a car for sale so you either have to call them or come down what an inconvenience then when you do call them you cant hear them either too much commotion may be going on in the background or the wind is affecting the phone lines I appreciate your quick response but if youre trying to sell a car you should show the interior representation of price reflection is important

My friend recently bought a car here and I went in him him so he didnt have to brave the experience alone. Honestly though- there was no need. Super friendly team. My buddy didnt have the best credit and Fernando the finance manager outlined all his options for him with absolutly no pressure and gave him every possible avenue with explanations. Where to begin...for starters we called them on Super Bowl Sunday to come and talk about the car we were interested in buying. My husband had already seen it, but wanted to show it to me before final decision. I was totally sold when I saw it and its full Carfax and maintenance history. So, we drove to Carson City to sell our truck and after running late (they were about to close) Fernando said he would wait for us. He was so polite as we waited for the rest of the money to come from my father in law. Plus he gave us a great deal. All while watching the game together! It was surreal! Anyway, when we drove it home to the Tahoe area, the check engine light came on. Long story short, they really went the extra mile to figure it out. And man, was it tricky! When theyre maintenance guy couldnt fix the issue, they sent us to their electrical guy who had it fixed and back to us in a couple days. Over $1000 and no cost to us! Thats including the brakes they did. Weve purchased many used cars over the years and this by far is the best experience Ive ever had! Thanks guys! Well be telling our friends about you and coming back in the spring for our second car.

Pushy. Tried to scare us by saying it will be gone tomorrow get it now and go home with it tonight... sad. Car was really a safety road hazard and clearly not ready to go home that night when the issues were pointed out the story changed and would be ready by tomorrow morning.

Sold us a Jeep that died randomly on the freeway multiple times, not even a month after owning it the wheel axle broke on the freeway as well. They could care less that they sold us garbage. I would never go back or reccomend this business to anyone.
