Always use Enterprise as I prefer a debit charge vs another credit card charge, and can use my debit card at Enterprise. Had to drop off my rental at the Mill Street location and was in a hurry! Lamar met me outside before I even made it inside the store doors. He had his clip board and pen - totally prepared. He made my return quick and easy. Was very professional and polite. Answered all my questions. Is definitely worth the 2 minute taxi ride from Reno Tahoe Airport to rent at the Mill Street location. Have rented at the Enterprise Reno Tahoe Airport and I dont think staff are as great. Its kind of a hassle there.

We saw a picture of a Dodge Ram Truck on the Enterprise Sales website. It looked and sounded like what we were looking for. We were given an appointment with Kevin at the local Enterprise sales lot. We spent some time talking about what we were liking for in a vehicle. Then we looked at the Dodge truck and another truck parked next to it. The Dodge truck looked new, inside and out. When we took a test drive, there was no rush as we tested the trucks ability to accelerate on the highway and turn and park in a large parking lot. We were sold. The price was right. We had thought of arranging our own financing, but Enterprise had financial arrangements that were more than satisfactory. Overall, it was a most positive experience. Super easy and straight forward. Was able to find my perfect car online before going in. They tend to have pretty loaded models and they are only a couple years old with not many miles. There was no haggling and I didnt feel hounded or pressured. Kevin was awesome and very helpful when I got home and realized I was missing a small accessory. I called my Credit Union, got pre-approved and contacted the Enterprise representative.The representative (Carlos) called me within one hour. We discussed what I was looking for the price range I wanted to pay. He emailed a large selection for me to choice from. He ordered the vehicle I picked to be delivered to the nearest Enterprise sales office.Three days later (weekend), two business days, the vehicle arrived. I test drove it, selected it, their finance representative (Sharon) went through all the paperwork.I drove the vehicle away. Easy, quick, smooth, very, very, nice professional people.

No negotiating of price is such a welcome relief when it comes to car buying. The selection is not huge, however they can find any vehicle you want within their nationwide fleet. I’m not positive if there is a delivery fee if your car comes from a different location, but if there is it is negligible. Good value, options clearly explained, no hard sales. That being said, we had to wait for over an hour outside in the concrete parking area under the midday sun, we were only allowed inside the office for a few minutes to sign the papers and then we were told to wait outside where is was 90 degrees.

I really dislike shopping, even moreso, car shopping. Sales people tend to get a little too pushy, but when we got there, it was actually a pleasant experience. We were greeted and asked if we needed assistance. We explained what we had happened and what we were looking for and we were pointed in the right direction. Any questions we had were answered and we were never once pressured into buying. We will definitely go back if we ever need to buy another vehicle.

The car we purchased is great and the sales experience at Enterprise Car Sales Reno was first rate. Our entire transaction only took 90 minutes. But once we walked out our salesman was done with us.None of our emailed questions or comments were answered, and when we got the car home, all of the fluids were low with the exception of the oil, even though we received a check off list that detailed all the pre-sales checks that had been done to the car.The bottom line.......Would we buy from them again? Absolutely Yes. The price, and selection of cars was great. The sales folks were friendly. Just be aware that once you leave the sales lot, they are done with you.

I recently purchased a vehicle for enterprise Reno and while my sales rep was awesome to work with, the finance manager gave me some hard time. She did get me a lowered interest rate but when I asked to see my approval she denied me because of company policy my brother in law is a former finance manager and informed while I was there that there is a state law that requires them to provide me with that information if I request it. I asked multiple times and she continued to deny it. This is a direct violation of my rights and is completely unacceptable.

Just bought a suburban from enterprise. Great deal. Waited longer then we wanted for the vehicle. They did have to transfer it from Vegas to reno. But they said they detailed it and it was dirty when we picked it up. Other then that the experience was good.

Not impressed with the staff or anything. I was told I needed to have $7000 down for a $13000 car. When they asked what car I said I thought it was a 2011 they got all snarky saying oh we would not have one that old here. Ridiculous. Went to Lithia Volkswagen got a 2016 for $13000 with only $1900 down. I would suggest looking elsewhere. I felt like they didnt even try and treated me less.
