Coolant fluid started leaking from my car after a long drive from San Francisco to Reno. I happened to get to the dealership within 3 minutes of them closing and they were incredibly accommodating. Unfortunately the service provider I met with said they probably wouldn’t be able to even look at my car for 3 weeks but that he would call me in a few days to give me an update. I spoke with them a few days later and THEY FIXED THE CAR!!! Amazing. And they were so patient, I couldn’t come pick up the car for about a week and they didn’t hassle me, by the time I could finally make it down from Tahoe, the car was fixed, washed and they were unbelievably accommodating. Love these guys! Mike is the best!!!

I feel very lucky to have found just the Range Rover I had been looking for. Grace was very knowledgeable, kind, and certainly not pushy. Mike got us through the “money” part quickly, with a touch of humor. I’m happy to report that we have a 5-star dealership right here in Reno. Don’t hesitate to visit, it’s completely worth your time.

Ive always been treated well at my Land Rover Dealer in Reno, NV. They take great care to provide Services and repairs as needed. I recommend them for your next vehicle. The staff is very personable and the work gets done when they say it will. The Defender is always washed after being serviced. the few problems I have encountered thus far (7000 Mi) have been dealt with quickly.

I went to inquire about purchasing a new Evoque and was disappointed in the salesmans ability to answer any questions. I asked what this difference was in trims to which he replied, More bells and whistles. I then responded, what does that include then? He shrugged and said, Go online. I asked about inventory arrivals for 2021 and 2022 models. He shrugged and said, I dont know. He didnt even ask someone and provided no other details. He did mention there was a new vehicle on the truck. I requested more information. Example: Do you know what color it is? He literally peers around me towards the truck and responds, Cant see it from here. Youll have to go walk over. Our conversation continued like this until untimely I had to end our visit to avoid expressing my frustration. This is beyond disappointing. It makes me second guess purchasing from this Reno location. Im concerned this will be the same experience if I move forward with purchasing or even servicing a vehicle with them. So I guess Ill be driving to Rocklin where I spoke to them once before and was impressed with their ability to answer questions and help me make a determination when I first began my new vehicle search.

Warning *Do not buy the windshield warranty. If you have the safety system in your windshield, and need to have your windshield replaced, it needs to be recalibrated....they want $850 out of pocket for labor. The IAS warranty they want to sell you does not cover that. It was $600 cheaper to go through my insurance and pay the comprehensive deductible of $250. What a waste of a $715 warranty.

Fantastic customer service. Totally honest and went above and beyond. Also extremely accommodating by providing a loaner car so I could keep to my meetings and appointments, uninterrupted.My car went in for some factory software updates and they did a thorough job walking me through all the technical details. I did notice a small scratch when I got my car back, and they promised to buff it out when I returned, no questions asked.

The very best car buying experience I have ever had. So easy and actually the only time in over 40 years of buying cars that I would call the experience fun. Eric Moe was a very knowledgeable sales guide and made us feel like he was our friend not someone trying to get a sale. Im always nervous when taking my land rover in for repairs. This time I had an urgent matter. Michael in the service department was very kind to me. We talked about the situation I had to leave the car there. Michael tools notes on what I told him happened. He said he would have it evaluated and call me with a plan the next day. Then he arranged for a ride home for me. Excellent customer service. I felt my car was in good hands. When the car was ready for pick up he called me. They did a great job. I feel my car is safe again. As I drove away I noticed he left a nice thank you note on my dashboard. I definitely recommend land rover of reno. Lovely place great people.

Fixed the issue, but I never got a call from them to tell me what the issue was. I called Monday and was told the issue and that they were doing one more diagnostic test and if they found nothing it would be ready. I never received a call that my car was ready either. Honestly, the Jaguar dealership in Sacramento is far better at communicating and I prefer that one which is why I always buy my cars in there. These guys are super nice and I’ve had no issue in that department, but a call to update or let me know the car is ready would be appreciated.

Mike at Land Rover Reno was not only tremendously helpful in diagnosing the problems with our vehicle but he was also very transparent and upfront on what our vehicle needed. Everything that he promised to take care of, he was able to address even though we incurred some additional delays it was necessary to get the correct parts and do the work properly. At one time during maintenance. Might even offered his own vehicle for us to use while ours was being worked on, you never see that these days, good service and we will be back.

I took my new, used Range Rover Sport Autobiography in when I had a few issues to have the service crew take a look at. Michael was professional, courteous and set me up with a loaner vehicle for the day. After they finished the service, Michael was kind enough to drive my Rover to my house that evening to swap it out for the loaner.Its a bummer to have deal with mechanical issues, but when you have to, at least its a little easier to swallow when the service is great.

The team was not able to get the job done in a timely fashion because they didn’t have the part. So I needed to take the vehicle somewhere else. When I picked up the vehicle the forms they wanted me to sign said “we warned the customer that the vehicle may not be safe to drive”.(even though my Range Rover sport is only 3 years old). They failed to mentionthey had no loaner vehicle and I would be left without a car for 7 days and they gave no other options other than for me to take it to another dealer. Placing blame on the customer for your inability to fix something is not good service. I would not recommend Reno Land Rover.

I have an older LR3. As usual these cars have all sorts of issues and the Reno Land Rover dealer has always been good to me and my car. Their service manager Phil Shreves is a great guy and even if always very busy he gets things done, it might take some time but he does what he said he was going to do, be patient.Land Rovers are NOT easy machines to understand, when they run they are truly amazing, when they dont. take the car to Phil, he will make sure it comes back to normal. Overall my experience has been great and the entire Reno Land Rover team has gained a new loyal customer for as long as I continue to own my off road beast.

However Erik Moe, did a great job welcoming us in and helping us learn more about the Jaguar SUV we were interested in. He set us up for a test drive and then stayed to talk the financial. Horrible Service Department. I took my Discovery in (12,000 miles) with a leaking windshield - not a dripping windshield - full on water pouring in. They said the windshield is backordered and would not give me a loaner or an approximate date for repair. Seans words were your car is perfectly safe to drive. I own a $75,000 vehicle that can not be driven or parked in inclement weather (its November).I called Rocklin. They have a customer with the same issue. They gave her a loaner and the date the windshield is expected to be shipped from the UK.*previous visit: tire rotation - When I made the appt., they said 1 hour. When I dropped it off they said 2. When I showed up after 2, I had to beg. The rotation was done in 3 hours for $100!!! (Tires were an upgrade that I purchased from this dealership.)
