If you get paid by the hour its a great place to order parts. Expect to stand around waiting for service at the counter. Some of the staff is rude, some are nice. Seems like there is a decent amount of turnover so you cant blame the new people for being slow.

Laughed at me when I asked if they carry any cam-lock parts. If I wanted to be laughed at Id call my ex wife lol

I made several stops looking for a part to fix my toilet. Janna went the extra mile to fine the parts I needed including making a call to Sacramento. She even came out to my car to see what part I was looking for .While she was helping me two other employees stopped to see if they could help.Thank you Janna for you excellent service.
