The tool salesman tried to tell me the procedure for breaking in a new Stihl gas engine was to run it wide open throttle,I asked if he ever read the manual,he said many times he had,Im not sure he knows how to read,since the manual clearly states to not run it at w.o.t. for the first several tanks of fuel. He even tried to demonstrate this out back aggressively running it wide open and banging the bump and feed way too hard since you only need bump it .thanks but no thanks Mr know it all.my last weed Wacker lasted 8+years and died when it got ran over.if your guys need advice on how to truely make that machine last Id be happy to advise,but in his defense if you want people to keep having to replace them he doing a great job.

Lauren was very helpful when I needed a security device that was a doorstop. One of the other team members that was new their helped me out to find it as it was the only one in stock. But Lauren help me get the battery for it and install it to make sure it was actually working. I did not have the right size screwdriver for the screw. As I have difficulty with my hands I really appreciated that she took a moment to help me put the battery in as I would have had a very difficult time with it.

Love the staff at this store specifically. Store offers a variety of items and some unique seasonal items that spice up the holidays. Pricing is a bit higher than other hardware stores but the experience makes up for the price difference.
