I came here to sell my PS4 pro that I bought new at Walmart a few years back. They proceeded to tell me it was a slim than tried to get me to take out a loan if I needed money than they checked out a few of my games 4 in total they said they would give me 100 for all but kept telling me I could take that loan out so I said screw it ill go elsewhere so I went to the Coonrapids location and they told me it was just a regular first edition PS4 and they kept mentioning a loan as well.

Rudy was a very kind employee to my brother and I, he was very helpful and gave us some great deals!

Dude plowing the parking lot was rude as heck told us to leave so wont be dropping there ever. Lol (pretty sure he works for the pawn shop itself) we were the only people he told to leave either. They must not want anyones business

I shopped at this place 3 times in my life and most recent came back to cancel and layaway item. Turns out I didnt read the receipt because they literally keep your money. I find it odd and very unethical this shop would keep peoples money when they havent bought anything. With that said do not buy from this shop nor do any layaway items with them. Very unethical consumer practices as I will not be shopping at this place ever again.

Do not shop at this pawn shop, they make unethical deals over layaway items and literally steal money that isnt theirs. Alot of us are struggling financially because of covid and some of us use layaway to buy things we normally cant afford upfront, with that said if u pay this pawn shop 2 thousand dollars for an item on layawaya item and then cancel because of significant changes in your life or financial they will literally keep your 2 thousand dollars with zero refund of any sort. This shop owner is very unethical using this disgusting practice to steal from his customers. If u buy from this shop do all money upfront regardless of what employees tell you about a refund. My family and I will never shop at this place again and we have spent a couple grand in their these last 2 years between both shops...DO NOT DO LAYAWAY WITH THIS COMPANY period

Purchased an item online and received it quickly with excellent packaging. Unfortunately there were personal identification markings on the item which reduced the value.A 2 minute phone call brought an offer from TCP to pay for replacement parts to correct the issue.First class customer service all the way!

I would give them a 10 star rating if i could.. I called them why i was on the road driving a semi.. I wanted a rifle i use to have before i moved to Minnesota.. They had the rifle I was looking for.. I asked them would they please hold it for me until i make it home.. They did just that.. I made it home and went straight to TCP to buy the rifle. They are really nice people.. Im looking to go see them hopefully in the next week for a pistol i want they got.. I plan on shopping with them every chance i get.. Thank yall for good service

Found the shop due to a search for a specific gun. I have never done an online purchase of a firearm before. I am very particular about what I purchase. Called up the shop and talked to the guys and they made it a great experience. They were very helpful and the gun was exactly as they described. Very pleased with the purchase. A+ from me.

Needed a generator at the last minute and Jesse was more than happy to show me multiple one they had in stock. Very knowledgeable and even helped me load it into my car. Great experience.

As with most pawn shops, this one buys extremely low and sells at full new retail. I didnt expect anything less. I didnt expect to see the prices of used firearms HIGHER than new tho. I teach a carry class and buy a new firearm every 2-3 weeks. I see this place advertise their firearm inventory on a website and they sit on them for months because they cant sell them. All I can say is call some of the local independent arms dealers near buy and save some money. They listed one USED for $750 plus tax. I bought that same exact pistol NEW in Maple Grove for under $680 out the door with tax. Over $100 cheaper elsewhere new. $200 cheaper elsewhere used.I will say the staff is nice, but the prices keep me from buying anything there

I went in to pawn some gold to cover a bill I have to pay before I get paid next. I called in advance but after driving 30 minutes out to their location, they told me I needed a receipt to prove I purchased it. It was a gift and there fore impossible to provide a receipt. They turned me away and said they couldnt help me. I understand security, but if their security is as subjective as looking at me and determining that this couldnt be my property, youd probably be best going to Pawn America

Drove over an hour to work out a deal. I offered to trade a firearm brand new never shot for a used 30 year old firearm of far lesser value simply because of personal preference. I emailed ahead of time to make sure this is a service they offered. They confirmed that we could make that work. I show up and the guy working at the firearm counter did not even look up to see who had walked in. I then went to the manager and told him why I was there, he offered me less than half of the value of my firearm and said that there is no trade option there. I didnt need to trade just thought it wouldve been better for both me and the store. I understand how this business works, and I expected to maybe pay a little on top but that was a waste of my time and gas. Ill stop somewhere tomorrow and purchase the same firearm

Drove up to buy a rare gun with my brother and were able to get it at a fair price, no real issues with the place but since we are from the southern part of the city and unfamiliar with the area, the entrance was slightly difficult to locate. Not very big and a typical no frills shop. Were nice enough to throw in a free (and decently nice) case to keep us legal for the drive back. If they have what I want in the future I will be visiting again, even if the drive is almost an hour to get there

Great store and repeat customer here. This is my go to shop for FFL (firearms) transfers. You will not find any place cheaper in the Metro. The store is clean, easy to get to, and the staff is friendly. They have a well rounded selection of new handguns and some reasonably priced common ammo like 9mm and 45ACP and .308. Their strength is an amazing selection of used rifles and shotguns at low prices, with a healthy inventory of Winchesters and Remmys in stock. If I was in need of a huntin gun or one for the kid, I would rather get a name brand classic vs. a plastic Creedmoor from a box store. Which would you rather hand down?
