Every time I visit this location it is well stocked and the employees are amazing. Kind courteous helpful and are willing to go the extra mile in order to find the product that you need. The store manager Chris is amazing and very knowledgeable. He was super friendly and offered options in order to find a product that was not available at his location. The store is super clean and organized always very spacious and covid friendly. Chris greeted everyone that came in the store while also servicing me.

Today was my first visit to this location and the employee was the Yoda of Game Stop. He was helping a customer before me and treated them well. My experience was terrific, he was very honest and polite. Thank you for a very pleasant shopping experience. Very nice store. Also very good store manager!

I was interested in buying a new game but left the store when I overheard the employee (young tall gentleman with his mask below his nose) loudly complaining to customers from behind the register, about people being off from work for MLK day, and that he believes people should work everyday. No wonder Game Stop stores are closing everywhere.

For my first trip to a Game Stop it was a great experience. Staff (esp Christoph) was extremely helpful and patient. They took the time to explain the various gaming console and headset options. Most significantly they solved our issue and my daughter was happy. Will definitely return. Highly recommend.

Store has a lot of video items.it was hard for my grandson to decide what to buy.he eventually did.the cashier was very friendly.

Great store. Staff is a 5 all day. Always so kind and helpful.Prices get a 3..The fact that I can get the same games chesper on the console itself or Amazon without leaving my couch is leading to the companys demise. Dont want to see a place Ive been going to for years go under (although I think its inevitable).

Pretty much your standard game stop. They have what you need. A decent selection of new and used games. The employees were all super knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help me out. I was happy to see that even though it is in Bergen County they were open on Sunday. One of the guys working there said it had something to do with ShopRite being open that certain stores including this GameStop are able to be open on Sunday. The next nearest GameStop on a Sunday is in Palisades so I was happy for a closer option.

The chick there really knows her stuff. you can pretty much ask her about any game and she has some sort of knowledge of it it was actually quite impressive.my only issue with GameStop is sometimes I do wish that they would price match with their competitors.

I have been coming here since I was very little. It’s been so many years and we have never had a bad experience. Love these guys.

The store is clean and organized, the staff is friendly and VERY helpful. Went to trade in nine thousand (total exaggeration) games today so my son could get a new system. Michael the sales associate who helped us couldnt have been better! Very knowledgeable and gave us the best customer service Ive seen in years. Offered promotions, deals, etc. but never pushed them on us. Made sure we had everything we needed at the end of our visit and even called us after we got home to let us know he missed one game that had a trade-in value we were owed. Let us know he would put it aside and all we had to do was come in and get the credit we are owed. Having a 13 year old son Ive been to MANY GameStop locations, but this one stands out from the rest!AND it gets better...While there a family came in to buy a gift card. Michael did not turn his attention from the task at hand, but I thought these poor people will have to wait for us before they can purchase a gift card! So we let Michael know it would be fine with us to process the gift card purchase and then come back to our mountain of trade-ins. Not only was Michael appreciative, but the customer made the kindest gesture of thanks! He purchased a $5 gift card for my son and asked Michael not to tell us until they had left the store!!!

Called store to check hours - phone answered by a most pleasant sales person. Immediately went to the store and was greeted and offered assistance. As a senior, I was not aware that certain Nintendo 3DS games are not compatible on the older units. Sales person patiently took the time to explain it. Overall excellent shopping experience.

I love buying physical video games, and its something I will never stop doing. This is by far the best Gamestop ive been to. Its truly great, however due to their business practices, they train their employees to be very annoying. I want to go in, buy my game and leave. I also find their knowledge overall about actual video games is not very insightful

Friendly and Courteous Service. I really love the fact that they are so patient with you as they help you through transactions and they are willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer happiness.

This is the only GameStop I ever go to. The employees are super nice, theyre fun and easy to talk to about games, and they never, EVER push for pre orders. GameStop, if you read these reviews, this is one of those GameStops that shouldnt be closed.

If you want a store that will repackage a game and sell you a new copy when its obviously been used (tell by the scratches on the disk) then this is the store for you. Save your time and money...use amazon

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Set me up with my first console(ps4) and then proceeded to help me pick put games I would like based on what I played on pc. They also were not super pushy about extras which is a big plus.

A product was on sale for $5.24 (store pickup only)...Ramsey gamestop was the closest store so thats where I went. An associate named Zachary rang me up and the product came up as $10.50. Zachary seemed like a stand up employee. I showed him the deal on the website and he then looked it up on his computer and confirmed it said on the website that the product was $5.24 and available at their store. He said he literally didnt have the clearance to change the price of the item, so he told me to wait for the manager who will be in for work in 5 minutes (1:30pm) at around 1:45pm the manager strolls in (Michael)..now that I had been in the store for 30 minutes + (there was a long line), I just wanted to complete my purchase and leave. Michael did not honor the website price, said it must be a glitch and was also kind of rude.Its upseting that an establishment as large as gamestop doesnt honor their website and would rather upset a customer than take a 5 dollar hit even though it was their mistake to price the item incorrectly. Now I lost an hour of my Saturday. They lost a customer.

This gamestop is HUGE! Also, words cannot describe the excellent customer service provided by the management of this store. In the 22 months that I was a loyal customer they always cared that I left happy. I got a PS4 for my graduation from another retailer and I came in to this gamestop location to buy some games for it two weeks ago. The very nice staff pointed us to a preowned game deal that we took advantage of. Thanks to this outstanding customer services I have enjoyed all the games that I bought from them.

Ramsey Gamestop is by the far the best in the area. I live in Suffern and theres nowhere else Id go for games. This store is like the old gamestops; the staff actually makes it a point to give you real insight on game quality, new technology, etc. The service is always personalized even when its busy. The manager Mike has been incredibly helpful to me over the years by helping me save money and recommending games he knows are suited for my unique taste. He and Chris have always been punctual when it comes to calling me about when a pre-order is ready or when my membership is expiring. Talk to Chris if you want some help picking out games, hes more than knowledgable and cares more about your personal satisfaction than making a sale. Dont go to any other Gamestop in the area, this is a truly vintage store!

Went there today to sell some items the employee was very rude talking to other customers while he was helping me the price he gave me was to low and when i said that he told me that i was being rude and told me that he was not the one. Bad customer service will never go to this store again. But if i was buying something im for certain he would be on top of his job. Lost a customer for sure.

Worst customer service. Was there wednesday at around 11am and the cashier just kept talking to another customer about high school stuff while people are waiting. I mean Really?? He acted like other people are invisible and had to wait for him to finish talking nonsense with customers... Anyways will not ho there again..
