Very bad experience. Very Very rude employee. All are very loud and arrogant. Now I know why people dont go to this store much. Specially someone named Micheal. Man unbelievable. Cant believe that someone gets irritated to help their customer. Just asked him 1 question on product availability and he was completely annoyed to answer. Wow. If its hurts for him to work then he should be having fun at home. Never recommend this store to anyone. Employees are the face of the store. Most of them dont understand this truth. Its someones business they are hurting by not doing thier job for what they r getting paid for. Good luck to whoever run this store.

Great selection and friendly staff, on of the only places to get office supplies in a hurry, the self serve printing is a huge plus when you need to get something printed in a hurry esp. if it’s larger then normal paper size.

Mona in this office was super helpful! She went out of her way to come talk to me to ensure I got the products I needed. She was kind, thoughtful and very helpful. It made my experience in Staples in Ramsey worth going to. Thank you Mona!

Please be careful with who I think is a manager in this staples. He tryed to sell me ink cartridges that I did not need and lied to me. I ordered a printer for pickup. Everything was as it should be. Ordered online was fast and easy. Got email for pickup with in 15-20 minutes. Came to stores pickup counter. Lady at the counter found my order and and my printer was ready. If it ended right there it would be 5 star review but all of the sudden manager shows up. He looks at my printer and tells me this printer comes with starter ink pack that is good for 15 pages to print. You need to buy ink right now or you will not be able to print much. As I was in a harry I said I will come back later and left with my printer. When I got home i found that printer came with XL ink cartridges and even starter ink will print way more then 15 pages. So be careful and look at the box before this manager lies to you.

The entire staff is so professional, helpful, and well trained. I spent over an hour in their copy and print department with an employee who was trying to help me get my order perfect. Even though I was there past closing and I gave them a tall demand to meet, all the employees were extremely courteous and never showed any frustration. They made every effort to help me, and my order came out perfect! This is by far my favorite Staples.

Just wanted to shout out with thank yous and appreciation to Dan and Tom of the Tech Department. Dan especially considered my situation and made sure that my laptap was repaired. Problem being is if you dont have Accident Insurance, you are not covered for repairs if you accidently drop you computer off of your lap. Therefore, I highly suggest always getting Accident Insurance and now I only work at my desk. Dan directed me to Toms services and the situation was resolved at little cost. Both of these Technicians went above and beyond to resolve my issues, therefore, Kudos to the tech staff of the Ramsey, NJ STAPLES.

Went here on the Saturday after Black Friday. It was not crowded and the store still had most items on stock. Checkout was well organized and went smoothly.

I was put on hold for half and hour when I asked the sales associate that I was looking for a certain printer. I finally just hung up the phone when nobody came back to me.

The store is well laid out and theres definitely a lot of stationary to get lost looking through. The prices for some of the larger items are a bit high compared to some places online, but either way you can find a lot of interesting stuff here. The staff has always been nice, as well.

Mary in the copy center should own that Store Ramsey NJ. She is my favorite. Always extremely kind and helpfully. A true asset to the Staples family of dedicated professionals.

I had a very bad experience at the copy center at Staples in Ramsey. I needed to print a very quick sign and was having a problem I asked for help twice and was told it would cost me $30 an hour. I tried to do it myself but couldnt. I left the store and they lost the sale

I was the sixth person in line, with only one cashier, before said cashier called for more help. Other than that, floor employees are helpful and curtious and well stocked. Avoid lunchtime unless you have an extra hour or two to kill.

I was a truck driver for NFI and my very first day I had a delivery at this Staples, delivering their merchandise. When I arrived the manager or supervisor made alot of questions regarding my next stop, asking where I was going next also saying that the way the pallets on my truck were set up was suspicious and he was concerned. After unloading his portion of merchandise he said out load how many and in which order the remaining merchandise was set up. I didnt understand why he said but I didnt pay it no mind. Finally I needed his signature on the paperwork to return to NFI at the end of my work day as proof of delivery. In the comment section he wrote in red pen MAKE STAPLES GREAT AGAIN, I was sort of in shock and then everything clicked to me, his comments and endless questions on where I was going next and him being concerned and suspicious. I reported it to my employer NFI. I felt very uncomfortable and upset by that comment and the words he used. I felt that he was judging me and being prejudice.My supervisor informed me that she emailed the bosses and it would be taken care of. About 3 weeks later I was sent again to this Staples store. I was anxious prior to getting there because of my previous encounter with this man. When I got there he saw me and went back inside and when I walked in ( the unloading area is in the back of the store) he was wearing a coat ( when I first seen him he didnt have it on) and on his left chest side he wore a big TRUMP SUPPORTER pin. I could not believe what I was seeing. This time he did not engage or speak to me but his pin was enough. I thought to myself how does he not know if I was a Trump supporter? He confirmed my thoughts as far as being racist or prejudice towards Latinos. I wanted to say something to him but I didnt want to give him the satisfaction of showing that I felt moved ( in a negative way ) towards him. For this reason religion and politics has no place at work because it creates a hostile environment. Very bad experience here in your store...

Rude, the sales associate told me how much money they were making on the current copy center job they were running, if anyone would like to know, $2700. Thats not information we needed, we simply wanted to know if our job would be ready in the amount of time promised, and if not, if it were possible to pay rush charges. I was told We are running a $2700 job.Also, the music when youre on hold makes one feel as if they are waiting for the lethal injection to take effect. Talking to a person on the other line makes you wish the music had actually killed you.

Typical retail... want to sell you all they can instead of helping you get what you need.

They managed to help me find something I had no idea what it was I just had to describe it off the top of my head and they did an amazing job.

Ive always had good experiences at this store, but Im in IT, so I do not come here for help or advice, just to purchase what I already know I want.

Always find what I need, and staff is getting better, friendly
