There was dirt/grime inside the cup holders and trays that I pointed out in the beginning of the test drive and somehow no one cleaned it out before I got my truck. People were nice but the wait time was long to get stuff done which wasn’t there fault. It was a busy day for them, however, oil inside of a pull-out tray in my truck after it was “cleaned” isn’t ideal.

I had a water pump problem driving home to New York. Closest service was  Ramsey Chrysler Jeep (NJ) and I was towed there to the Service department. Excellent facility, more than enough space to comfortably wait for your car to be ready to go, Shuttle car to close hotels or shopping malls is a great idea. But most important is the people who work in the service department. JOAN MURPHY is the best service advisor I ever  met in all Chrysler Jeep dealerships. She helped with all aspects of this visit as much as possible. Also, she recommended some extra maintenance procedures need to be done. The fix was done in a short timeframe. Now, I need to replace the Navigation unit and I will return to Ramsey Chrysler Jeep Service department for this. Thanks for the great job to all workers there.

I just went to the new service center on 69 spring street and it was very beautiful. Lots of space for waiting and wonderful staff. I have been working with Joan Murphy for a few years now and she is always very wonderful. Very nice and can deal with me when I ask annoying questions (I do not know much about cars) lol

The entire service process was great. They took my Jeep put on a tow hitch and wiring harness, did a difficult job without any issues. I got it back and Im so happy with the job and will continue to take my Jeep there for service. Joan was awesome, she helped me out and was always so nice whenever I called. The reason I’m leaving a 4 star review is because the need for tires was brought to my attention but they didn’t have the right ones in stock and we’re unable to accommodate while they ordered them. Its a brand new facility. Very clean in side and out. I was in the customer lounge for about 15 minutes before my wife picked me up. I was the only customer in there. They have the beginnings of a deli. It was not opened yet but hopefully soon. The service representative was attentive to what I why I was bringing my truck in for service. He said 90 minutes for it to be done and he called about 85 minutes later to say it was finished and it was cheaper than what was quoted before I had left. He didnt recommend anything that didnt need to be done.

Greedy dealers. They up their prices and call it fair market value comparing it to a home. Do not buy from dealers that do this. They will make you believe all dealers do this(they dont). This is the dealership trying to make you pay more then you should. I left this dealership disappointed in their markup on vehicles and found the same car I was looking for elsewhere for the valued price! Do not support greedy business practice! they dont have enough cars? Blame the HQ not the people.

This was my first time purchasing a Jeep. I have been leasing luxury vehicles for a long time so I was leery to purchase anything but I wanted a fun vehicle this time and have had my eye on the Wrangler for awhile. Horrible experience today at Ramsey service department. Had a 930am appt for no reason because they said there was already at least 4 cars that needed to be seen before mine could be seen. Then she proceeded to tell me that it could take 4 hours or up to a few days for it to be serviced. I made an appointment for 2 recalls and a check engine light. I don’t know how serious or minor the check engine light was about but they could’ve told me on the spot once they hooked up the computer to it if they really wanted to. The recalls should have been banged out because they were safely violations. Horrible horrible horrible experience.Thanks for wasting my time.

Waited for almost 2 hours for the shuttle to take me back to work. And they do not pick you up to bring you back like other dealers in the area. I wound up just waiting for my oil change to be done. Shuttle still wasnt there at the time I was leaving. Will be using someone else for oil changes since the oil changes are overpriced here.

Very happy with how I have been treated. We have two Jeep’s in the family, a Renegade, and a Grand Cherokee. They are now our service center, and we will buy our other vehicles from them in the future. They have been the friendliest, most honest dealership we have used in years!

Wish I could give zero stars...have had my jeep for 3 years and every time I go into service theres an issue. Never convenient for the customer, and dont even bother trying to get an early appointment because your car wont get looked at for hours (had a 9am and my car wasnt even looked at until 3pm). Kept calling to check on the status and was redirected, disconnected, and lied to about the status of my car. When I finally got my car, I was told I needed new brakes... took the car to my local mechanic, brakes are fine. Had high hopes when they moved service to a new location but its actually worse. Never using this dealership again, all around bad experience - from purchasing the car to service, there is not one good thing I can say about them.

***BUYER BEWARE***I saw two certified preowned Jeep Compasses on their website, we were looking for my daughters 16th birthday. We chose to go to Ramsey bc my sister got her new lease there and had a positive experience vs using the dealership in our county. We called & verified that they were both there before my husband and I came to take a test drive bc we were coming from 25 mins away. Get there and the one we were most interested in was out being repaired (cosmetic issue) We let the salesman Joe know we were interested & that if it was the right car we were ready to purchase on the spot provided the deal was right. Joe says I can tell you right now if youre looking for $5k off the car thats not gonna happen My husband said no but somewhere in the middle. Joe says Im sure we can work something out We wait 2 days for car to come back and test drive it. Joe knew we wanted it for our daughter. My husband gets inside to negotiate on the price and says to Joe what can you do. He says first tell me what youre putting down. My husband tells him & Joe says lets see what I can do and goes back to finance dept. Comes back out with a financial worksheet & says Good news they took $2K off the price. My husband takes one look at the sheet and says Excuse me do you think Im stupid? Because what they did was they upped the price of the car $2k to then say they were taking $2k off (please see attached pics) Car was originally listed as $22,495 there is no mention of it originally being $24,495 anywhere on the site as you can see from the pics I posted & when we came to the dealership the first time we explicitly spoke of the list price of $22,495. He then told my husband they wouldnt take a dollar off the price ANYWHERE (please note the exorbitant DEALER PREP FEE) bc the car was a hot car and would sell that day. My husband told him that may be so but you arent the one whose gonna sell it and he left. They tried to pull a bait and switch $move on us bc they knew we wanted the car for our daughter and her birthday was the next day and idk if they thought my husband was stupid bc hes an immigrant and speaks with an accent so English isnt his first language or thats just how they treat all their customers. I dont really know & I know my sister had a positive experience at this dealership and I see many other positive reviews. Im sure theyre real experiences but this was definitely our REAL experience so buyer beware if you are going there to purchase a used vehicle.

Not very happy with Ramsey Dodge Jeep and Chrysler... We brought our truck on Feb 26, 21 (Dodge Durango RT with 26 miles) .. Had my truck 3 different times and still cant fix the problem.. Its brand new a month old and a part needs to be replaced (cause they cant seem to find the problem) and it will take another 3 weeks. I have driven my car prob 15 times since Ive had it. Most of the time its at the dealer. And no one has any answers for you. I have contacted Dodge Corporate to see what the next steps are.. I absolutely love my Dodge, but not how things are being handle.

Wish I could give this review more than five stars because this was easily the best experience Ive had at a dealership. I came to dodge looking to purchase a new challenger because my previous one was unfortunately totaled in a freak accident. My salesman Daniel Laguerre made the process extremely easy. When it came to talking prices there was no haggling and no pressure to making me get the car. The whole team there was honestly great. From Daniel to the finance manager to the person showing me the stuff about the vehicle after the purchase was complete. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this location. I went with my father who has had many experiences purchasing cars in his lifetime and he even said this was the best experience he has ever had.

Brought the car in for no AC. Waited 2 weeks for the appointment.They didn’t have time to look at it today.Made the next available appointment. 3 weeks from now.Sad the new shop is so nice yet so unorganized. 5 weeks to get something looked at. Not fixed, Just looked at.
