DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. They took advantage of my mother and sold her a lemon car. Timing belt snapped within 3 weeks of owning the RAV 4. Paid $7,000 for it. Mechanic says the car now needs a new engine due to timing belt damaging engine pistons, quoted $5000 for engine replacement. Jim said car was was sold “As Is” and has offered us zero dealership credit or solutions.

I cant say enough good about this place. Very personable and straight forward. No surprises with the car my daughter purchased. Jim was honest about his knowledge of the car and it showed as I looked it over. I am an auto mechanic so I know what Im looking at on a car. The price was good and he was able to help my daughter get financed on her very first car. She bought the car months ago and it has been exactly what we were told the car was. Would I buy another car from Jim and the nice lady that works there? Yes I would. Great car buying experience.

I bought a Saturn Ion from Jim about 6 months ago. I waited to give this review until I had put a few thousand miles on it. It is a great car and Jim gave me a great deal on it. He is honest a straight forward when making a sale. I would purchase from him again.

Will say and do anything for a sale. I bought a 2009 Saab 9-5 a couple months ago. In my purchase agreement, we wrote and agreed that they would be responsible for paying for the tire balance if it turned out that was the cause of the front end shake. Well I took the car to my regular service guy and the tires were way out of balance. $40 was the cost of repair for test and balance. Do you think I ever saw the check? Even when it was written into the purchase agreement?Well my mechanic also found a host of items such as rusty and failing muffler, headlight relay failure, broken fog light lens, to name a few. It was pouring raining that day and I didn’t get the close look I normally would have. I suggest you take any car you are considering to your mechanic and have them inspect it thoroughly before agreement to purchase anything from these folks. Saab people don’t do this to Saab people, except when they aren’t really Saab people and this guy isn’t. Jim, you can keep the $40. It’s not the money, it’s the point and your word that you didn’t keep. Beware folks.

Purchased a Volvo from this guy and the car has had nothing but problems. I wasn’t familiar with these vehicles he told me how they weren’t oil leakers and that they ran forever. It was leaking oil he said he wanted to look and told us it was a loose oil cap. Took it somewhere else and ended up being a gasket that had to be replaced for 800$ now the car popped a head gasket and has multiple other issues. Jim is a nice guy but we regret buying from him.

1 star is too generous!Annie and Jim told us a vehicle was for sale, let us test drive it and then we settled on a price and shook hands on the deal that Saturday. We were called on the following Monday which was when we had arranged to purchase and pick up the vehicle and we were told by Annie that she wanted to think about selling it for a week. WHAT?! Who does that?We waited and they finally notified us at the end of the week that they had decided NOT to sell the vehicle AT ALL. The worst part is this was negotiated with my young son who was purchasing his first vehicle. He was crushed! What a terrible experience for his first time buying a vehicle. Do not trust this dealership!
