I bought my car years ago from Ramsey and have always taken it back to them despite the distance from my home. They have great service and service department. They are courteous and have great turn around time. I don’t feel like I’m going to be ripped off by them like many places that come back and say you have ten things going wrong soon do they can make more money. They are knowledgeable and fair.

Tuesday August 24, 2021 I purchased a Certified Pre-owned Vehicle from Jason, Jose, and Dan. I dealt with Eddie in finance. At first the experience was pleasant, but then I test drove the vehicle. The TPMS light was on, and the vehicle experienced significant vibration when I drove it. I assumed it was because of the ten pounds of pressure that were missing from the front driver-side tire. I brought it up to the staff and Dan took the vehicle to service. When I took possession of the vehicle after it was prepped, detailed and delivered, I had someone follow me home with my new vehicle. At this point I had not yet driven the vehicle after I addressed the issue. When I went to install tinted windows on the vehicle on Thursday I noticed the vibration again. I called Jose, Jason, and left a text message to return a phone call to me. When I spoke to Jason, I told him about the issue and that if it was minor, I would address it myself, and if it was not that I would call back. This occurred more noticeably at high speed, and so I initially assumed a weight may have fallen off the wheel, and so I balanced the two front wheels at a local shop to avoid returning to the dealership, which is an hour drive. This did not alleviate the issue, and after another round of phone calls I was told service would call me. Ultimately they did not, and so on Monday August 30, 2021 I returned to the dealership to return the car, or for the car to be fixed. I left the dealership in the early afternoon and then received a call right before 3PM telling me my car was ready, which was odd. I called and asked Jason what was done to the car and he told me wheel bearings were replaced. I returned shortly to test drive the car to find that little to no work was done on the vehicle. After a a very heated debate with the used sales manager, he refused to issue me a refund for the vehicle. The single most horrible car purchasing experience of my life. Most dealerships are bad but this one takes the cake. BUYERS BEWARE!*update to response*Best reply you could come up with after all this time? All the information is aforementioned. An observation is in order; In no realistic scenario am I supposed to cordial and polite to dishonest parties. At that point you are an opposition, and if rude is all I was, consider yourselves lucky. I know what kind of damage this review does up here, and I intend to keep it right where it is. Also, the problem never went away. Thats whats called a lie. You want polite, her goes: good luck in your future business endeavors. Bad business does not last. Thats free advice for you guys. Took my business to Ray Catena. Thanks again for all your time, considerations, and efforts. Once the service records are updated I am sure you will hear from me again. Ive come in with minor things that concerned me before going on a big trip. Theyve checked my car over and sent me on my way, No charge. Theyve become like family.. I am under the suspicion that their certified pre-owned vehicles are not actually certified at all. I purchased a vehicle with 29,000 miles on it that drove worse than my 2016 Camry with 88,000 miles. I believe the dealership is saving money on the initial prep of the vehicle, and when an issue arises, they have the customer go through the warranty, that way Nissan pays out the job, instead of the dealership doing it before the sale of the vehicle. Thats probably how they get their aggressive initial pricing. I hit a pot hole and needed a new tire. The pot hole must have also messed up the alignment and the car literally drives crooked and is a danger in the rain. They claim they did a full inspection, but didn’t fix the alignment. So I waited over an hour for a job that takes literally 10 minutes and they drive the car and didn’t fix the obvious issue.I have now leased 3 Infinities from Ramsey and have a 4th services there… I don’t know why I am so loyal to a company that clearly doesn’t appreciate my loyalty or business.Also, Ramsey Infiniti does not have their own garage where they do repairs. They outsource it to a regular shop and then charge the customer on top of the repair shops prices. It’s why they have to drive your car somewhere else when you get it fixed there. I thought I was getting Infiniti techs with Infiniti parts at the Infiniti dealership. Turns out they are literal liars. Found this out from the Geico guy when I went to repair my car when I got hit.

The worst car service ever: 13 days in service for noises in the car. While in service I did not get any information on the status of the car or when it may be completed. I had to call 3 times (each time wait over 30 min) and talk to a manager to actually get any information. Meantime, im stuck at home and not able to go anywhere since I do not have a car. While the issues with the noise were resolved this is the state of the car that was returned to me: grease on the sky-view cover, dirty, black finger prints on the front ceiling where light switches are, empty coffee cup on the back sit and dirty driver door. I brought the car with approximately half tank of fuel - got empty back (this part i could understand since the car had to be driven for test) and empty windshield fluid. Car was picked up on 6/18, today is 6/30, I am still waiting for the paperwork. Matt, the advisor told me the paperwork will be emailed to me. This was the worst experience I ever had at any car service and will never come back to Ramsey Infiniti. In addition, they were not able to even arrange a shuttle to get me so I could pickup the car. Luxury brand?

I really want to highlight what a clean and professional car dealer this is. We were looking for a car for my husband and were all over New Jersey. As soon as Ive stepped into this car dealership I knew we were at the right place. Highly professional looking place, kept very clean and we were welcomed friendly. So overall our experience was very average, we are happy with our car but the experience, especially and specifically the post-sales experience, had some major lows that really made us feel less than welcome.The sales manager, Colin Hoffman, is extremely rude and unprofessional, and displayed so while discussing an issue. And Tom Jacob, the service consultant who assisted me, was initially also very rude and unprofessional when helping me, though he didn’t display that towards the end of our interaction. There was no sense of accommodation to try to work with me at all. With Tom, when discussing a concern the discussion got to a point where he exclaimed “...at this rate someone’s going to have to pay for it and I’m not gonna be the one who’s paying for it!” Very rudely and unprofessionally. (Long story, but essentially regarding an issue for which something was supposed to be honored but there was some sort of misleading misunderstanding regarding the time period in which it was supposed to be honored). With Colin, it was much worse. When discussing a concern, the conversation included things like Colin saying that “it’s not our problem whether you’re able to make it up here or not.” (Long story, but in reference to me making a trip up to Ramsey as I live far away) and then also saying “you’re telling me that you can’t take out over an hour to drive up for 30 days?” (In reference to me driving up to Ramsey within a certain time period) The issue was unfair and there was little to no accommodation made for it, but really the thing that I was so upset about was to be spoken to the way I was by both Tom initially, but most especially Colin. And someone of Colin’s rank, which is sales manager, I would assume would know how to at least stay professional even if you’re sticking to certain unfavorable policies. I’ve worked in sales previously and I was not taught to speak to customers that way by my sales manager regardless of the situation. So I’m really confused and upset by my experience discussing an issue with him. And it makes me question the kind of professionalism that’s taught at the dealership if someone in a leadership role has such a strong lack of it.(I will say during our experience not everyone was this bad but for leaders at an establishment to be so doesn’t make me confident about the establishment and speaks negatively to those who could potentially display professionalism.)Overall, it seems that the people we worked with were professional when we were buying the car, but don’t care about you as a customer the minute you drive off the lot. Ramsey has the vehicles if you really like one but be mindful and careful of your sales, and especially post-sales, experience, because it seems extremely unprofessional. I would say if you can find another Infiniti at another dealership, maybe go with that one, not Ramsey.

Worked with Tom Jacob as my service writer. As someone with an older Infiniti (2008 G35) was my first positive experience at this dealership. He got me a loaner car, worked with my aftermarket warranty (not purchased at dealership) and got my car repaired. Overall it was nice to see finally this dealership was getting more in line with Ramsey Nissan where I have dealt with for many years and overall had a positive experience. Hope it continues.

Worst service experience I’ve ever had in my life , staff are completely incompetent and manager is never available. This is my third time being on hold for over an hour for nothing to be told “ we’lol have the manager call you back” , never receiving this ‘call back’. They over book appointments and with experiences in the past I see the difference in how they treat costumers of color.I Will never again spend money here and wouldn’t advise anyone to go through the same 3 day turmoil that I’ve been through. Please if you can take your time and money elsewhere.

Bad experience. Bought my dad a car there and they mishandled plates and title situation. Not picking up a phone not returning calls lying about the mess coming up with bs excuses. I was advised my car would be ready to picked up by Friday. Arranged a driver to take me to pick up the car on Sat and it wasnt ready. So very disappointed. My boyfriend purchased a certified pre-owned 2017 Q50. Damion (our sales person) and Eddie (the 2nd & final finance associate we worked with) were great. They were forthright, knowledgable, helpful & pleasant to work with. These two as a team made our buying experience easy and “feel good”. We highly recommend working with these two.Would have given 5 stars but Enrique, the finance manager (who we 1st dealt with), was the antipathy of Eddie. Enrique is clearly focused on money & not customer service; he is not thorough, exacting nor does he possess the integrity needed to be an asset to the dealership. Enrique was quick to push a package without going over full details & other options available; did not ensure what we ordered was reflected in the bill of sale and dismissive when we attempted to follow up to get additional information.Overall we recommend the dealership just ensure you stay clear of the current finance manager.

Went in to look at new QX60 and the sales person opened the conversation with if I wanted to take the car today itself and I told no but I would like to look at the car and get the on road price He told there are no cars to test drive, or even sit in one. He refused to even give me a price to lease the vehicle citing 2021 model pricing is too new, along with more gibberish.I saw good reviews here and thought this would be a nice place but it was a complete waste of time and the lack of seriousness to sell was disappointing.I went to other places and they had much better sales person.

Very disappointed. We came today to return our lease, and to browse around to possibly lease another Infiniti. We were told that they do not accept returns on Saturdays, which is understandable. We asked if there is anything they can do, since we would have to find someone to bring my husband home after returning the car...and one of the sales people who just happened to be walking by stated “ok you can do whatever you want then.” We felt like we were being mocked. But then it got worse.They proceeded to get someone from the floor, which i am assuming was the manager. My husband asked if there was an option of leaving the car there and coming back on Monday to complete the paperwork and the he said, “You can, but I’ll just have it towed.” We explained that we live far and he said “Well then there must’ve been another Infiniti closer to you.”We live a pretty good distance from Ramsey Infiniti but we wanted to come back here because we’ve had good experiences in the past. This is our THIRD lease from this dealership. A little respect goes a long way and honestly is the bare minimum when dealing with customers. Will never return to give my business here again.

Ramsey Infiniti is absolutely the worst! We scheduled service for a recall and were sent back as the parts were not available. Anyone who has common sense (or a partial brain) would call the customer and inform them prior to the scheduled service date. We had to go there to find out. Unreal! I would strongly suggest Infiniti owners to stay away from this place.
