We agreed on a price on my trade over the phone, I got there, there was no hassle, no trying to sell me anything my car was ready? I signed the papers and left Spiro came outside synced my phone and showed me the things about my car!He was pleasant and so easy to work with. Quite literally the best customer service experience Ive ever had. DISHONEST I contacted the dealership via email (Robert) and was told it was still available. I drove there Thursday (almost 2 hours away). Was given a salesman (dont recall his name, I thought it was Robert but apparently wasnt). We went out to the car, said we wanted to test drive it.. he came back after a long period and told us the car was sold. He said someone had a deposit on it.. he said he would let us know if it fell through.The very next morning, i saw the car posted for $4000 more. I emailed Robert and he restated he checked and the car was sold. I said i was upset because they just posted the ad and I felt I was lied to. He responded he couldnt help me, that i need to speak to the man I worked with Thursday, never offering a manager to discuss with.Today I saw they now have it listed again on their website for the higher price. what happened to letting me know if the deal fell through?? Of course they wont because it was never sold and they dont want to honor the listing price that i drove 2 hours for!!! I posted the pictures so you can see its the same car.. the lower price was from Thursday and the higher price was from today..

Mini of Ramsey is awesome. Friendly, clear, great work, nice place to sit while waiting for repairs/service, and good humor. My only complaint would be that they are not closer to my house! But the drive is worth the great service. Highly recommended.

It was amazing experience being there. The mini electric car is amazing, Im just sad that they dont allow you to lease the car. The person that helped me was amazing he was so sweet. I could see why someone would leave right away with a car from this place its just an amazing group of people that work there and the cars sell themselves.

I think the service person I dealt with was Jason Velazquez. He was able to get me in / out in a short period of time for tire replacement, rotation, and standard service. He was even able to get me a loaner in very short notice! Quite impressed!

Construction really loud. Daniel Murphy was a savior and so pleasant. Car was cleaned nicely on the outside but barely touched inside. Trunk wasn’t even touched to clean.

Just purchased a used 2008 Mini Cooper from Prestige Mini of Ramsey. Ruby was an awesome salesperson (very quick to answer texts and phone calls) and helped me figure out a creative way to handle my financing so that I could get the car in time for my sons graduation.The dealership is clean and neat, albeit very busy at times.The few cons are a high doc fee ($799) and a $199 fee for “nitro tires”, which, in my opinion, is a waste. Overall Id recommend this dealership.

Love MINI of Ramsey! They are the best at customer service, quality of service work, and anything else related to my mini. They send you texts about the status of your car while in service, you can request for a loaner if it’s available and the work requested is take 2+ hours, the mechanic working on the car sends you a video before starting any service work and will call you for any recommendation needed for the car. Can always rely that they are doing their best for you and your car!

It was definitely one of “those” days. Got in my car and had 2 flat tires! Had to drop my dog off at the groomer. Then I called Ramsey Mini and checked to see if they had the tires in stock. They did. So I drove on my run flats over and they fit me in. However, my dog was at the groomer and they were about to lock up for the day. So Mini took me in their shuttle to pick up my 150lb dog!! By the time we got back my car was ready. They clearly went above and beyond!Amazing service. Honestly, that’s the measure of a great dealership.

They keep me updated while my car’s serviced (great communication) and the wait’s often shorter than anticipated. Everything they do gets documented, so I can go over what happened and keep track.
