The entire staff made me feel welcome and valued. I was direct with the salesman on my first visit that I was looking and not buying and he still spent an hour and change with me answering questions and such. When I went back over a month later, he recalled me by name and made the buying process very easy and pleasant. I cant recommend Tobacco Road HD overall, or Chris B specifically, highly enough.

Extremely happy with this purchase. Staff were beyond helpful and wanted to make sure the best buying experience was had. Showroom was amazing. Bikes are reasonably priced and they are willing to work with you to do their best to make sure you get the best deal.

I have a 2018 deluxe with 7000 miles. When I bought it new had the back seat conversion done with pad and removable back rest. Since new, drove 7000 miles with no issues. Tobacco Road replaced my back tire. After I picked it up I did a 45 mile run and pulled over for gas. I noticed when I got off bike, the back seat had blown off amd the bolts were not tightened down. Called and spoke to Nick the service manager and explained this amd his response was not his problem. I asked again that is I’m not ironic that after they replaced a back tire my seat blew off amd his response again was “not his problem they don’t remove back seat”. I do not know the process of the tire replacement but I am smart enough to know that if it can go 7000 miles with no issues and then Tobacco Road touches it and it flies off there is a correlation. Also Nicks tone of arrogance in his voice along with his attitude I will not do business with. I have already reordered the new seat but this experience will be shared with many who I know amd will not be going back to this dealership again. As for Nick, watch your tone son!

Incredible customer service. Guy who helped me at parts counter was extremely nice and spent quite a bit of time looking for an answer to a question I had and he didn’t mind at all! Also lady who greets you at the front is always incredibly nice and welcoming!

The dealership did a great job of delivering what they promised. I drove 6 hours to pick up my 2021 Street Glide CVO after doing the deal over the phone and through text messages with the Sales Manager Scott Aaron. All the paperwork was just waiting for my signature when I arrived. I was very pleased working with Scott and the sales representative Chris Britt of Tobacco Road Harley-Davidson. Betsey was awesome in assisting in accessories and apparel. Katie called from customer service a couple of days later to check if everything was good. They have great people there.

Store is well stocked plenty of bikes to view for sale. Clothing area was laid out nicely and everyone was helpful. Every step of my visit was smooth and pressure free. Definately recommend giving this place a visit and a chance to earn your business.

Great Staff at the Service counter, having lived in 5 different states and dealing with 8 separate dealers for parts/service on my bike this one is near the top. The museum that is on the second floor is awesome place to look around. Good selection of items of course with the Harley Davidson markup.

Service manager is a great guy who took some extraordinary measures to help me get my bike fixed and super quick too!

Went in for boots, wanted everything, of course! If you look on the sale racks, you can find some pretty good deals. Great local place to get high-end wax, polish, and soap you wouldnt normally find anywhere but online. I guess there are 3 floors, I only went so far as the 1st. Dont worry, Ill be back!

Great place if youre looking for a new or used Harley. The sales staff is very knowledgeable and zero pressure.After speaking with dealerships in 3 different states and visiting 4 dealerships in my area I ended up getting the best deal on my 2018 Low Rider from Tobacco Road.The service department is friendly and knowledgeable and the ladies running the accessory area are great.I have not bought anything from the parts department but I would expect they are great also.You wont be just a customer, you will be family.

Just had my bike recently serviced their. They had the bike for 3 weeks to fix oil leak issue from rear rocker and replace a clutch, plus a 10k mile service. All this and when I get back home I realize a slit in my oil drain line! How after all that do you not notice this? Got to be better places to get you bike worked on!

Hd Bill, greeted us in the show room, asked us what we where looking for in a bike. Unlike other dealers we recently went to, he Actually listened to everything we wanted in a bike. He showed us multiple bikes and was very patient. When we finally found the bike we wanted he introduced us to Scott. Scott was very pleasant and easy to talk to. Again very different from past experience. He was very thorough and went over the financial end of the deal. We feel like he did everything he could to make the deal work for everyone. Then we were introduced to Rich to sign the paper work and learn about the ESP, he also was super friendly and made us feel very comfortable. This was probably the best experience we have had buying a bike. Trust me when I say before going to another dealer, try them first. I dont like someone pushing me into a sale or completely ignoring me....these guys are a pleasure to deal with.

Had a couple of bad experiences with the service department. The first couple of issues I will chalk up to a communication error. This last experience I can’t let go. I set up a service spot for the clutch stopped working on my 17 street glide. After I dropped the bike off. I received a call that the Tec Jason said there would be an extra labor charge since I have after market pipes. I replied that this does not make sense since you have to remove the stock pipes as well for this repair. I am also covered by the extended warranty. When I picked up the bike, I noticed that a clamp on the pipes was loose. When I asked if they could tighten the clamp, the tec Jason came out and was very upset stating that he never touched the pipes for the repair. He argued with me for wanting a safe bike to drive home. He went back to grab his wrench and came back out and then proceeded to get into my face and argue some more. He was very aggressive and upset. I walked away to find a manager and explained what happened. It took him longer to argue and get in my face than it did for him to tighten the clamp. I simply wanted a safe bike to drive home. The manager apologized for his actions. Even after I explained that there are several other dealers in the area that can service my bike the manager did not offer anything other than an apology. Needless to say, I will not be going back to that service department anymore. Not worth getting yelled at by a tec who is suppose the deliver a safe bike to ride after it was serviced.

Needed new fork springs put in my Sportster and had a bad front end wobble at Highway speeds. They got me in at 9am and it was done before 2pm. Bruce helped me in the morning and was super nice. Everyone was super helpful. The bike rides so much better now and I’ll definitely be back for more services in the future 👍🏽

Just had a 20K service, on a 2017 CVO Street Glide, completed last week at our local dealership of choice. Perfect experience all the way around starting with attentive customer service, flexible pick up arrangements, and follow up by staff. Thank you again and keep up the great work.

Its the largest Harley showroom around here, I think. The service department is amazingly meticulous - every little thing gets done perfectly, and they also clean your motorcycle every time they fix it. Their used motorcycles are often a good value. (Used to be Ray Price Harley-Davidson.)

I had a very good experience with my first time service on my VRod last week after getting over the initial shock on the cost to replace the tires, LOL. My brother (who lives in Virginia) has been riding for decades and took me to the dealership a year ago on a Saturday where he had me enter a raffle for the riding course. I entered it and I won, so it does seem to me that it was meant to be! I hadn’t ridden since I was a teenager and after riding most of this year I had no idea what I was missing all those years. Buying a Harley is one of the best decisions I’ve made, and my brother says I’m also fortunate to live close to one of the best Harley dealerships in the nation. That does seem to be the case, they have a great showroom and so many wonderful and friendly people there!

Great place to hangout, get parts and accessories or buy a bike. I have used them on and off over the years. I have to drive over an hour to get there but for Triumph parts they are the best. I dont trust my local Triumph dealer. If you need anything for a Harley or Triumph this is the place to go.

Tobacco road does not understand the meaning of customer service their counter person Justin is rude and dismissive Asked if he could tell me the location of the fuse block On my bike he said he didnt know and I said can you ask a technician he syud their busy working youll have to go to parts and order a service manual at look it up I would not buy another motorcycle from them I want a different bike from raging bull in Durham and their customer service is head and shoulders above tobacco Road

I had called and asked to speak to someone about seeing if they had a certain tire for my boyfriends motorcycle. I left a message and told them its for his birthday, I never received a call back. She wrote down my name, number and size tire. I was told yall were very clean and professional, thats why I was going to bring my service to you, but nobody followed up and I was disappointed. Went somewhere else
