Nice guy with quite a bit of experience under his belt. If you’re looking for a good scooter and/or a great repair man, this is your guy. The only down side is the scooters themselves can be hit or miss, but that just comes with the territory for Chinese scooters.

I needed a fuel valve for my scooter. I checked all the auto stores in town with no luck and was recommended to come here. After driving a limping scooter across town I arrived to a closed shop. No hours posted and no one in sight. The man next door informed me that he arrives around 930. I waited until ten then left. Returned hours later and the shop was open. A lady was in the office when I asked her about the part. She pretended not to know what I was taking about so I showed her the part on a showroom scooter. Having researched the part, I was expecting to pay 10 to 15 dollars at retail. 25 dollars she charged me. Its a tiny valve that coat 50 cents to make but hey we all gotta eat right? I informed her that I would need the clamps and a section of hose needed to install and was ignored. I had to install right away so I parked on the street and attempted the repair. Everything was written in chinese and I was lacking the hardware needed to correctly install it but I got it on and it ran better. 1 hour later the fuel line came loose spilling gas everywhere and flooded the bike. The bike continued to flood until I removed and bypassed the valve that I really didnt even need.The shop is not to blame for the breakdown, I did the work myself however I think the lack of instructions in English and the cheap part only lasting an hour contributed. I also drive away with 3 screws in my tires, the lot is littered with them.

Mr. Lee is a great guy to work with. I bought my 6 year old a 110cc ATV and works great. He supplies a 30 day if anything goes wrong and is reasonable for any fixtures after that. His shop is within the triangle and is the best for the price!! :) happy customer. Thank you Mr.Lee. P.S parts for my Tao Tao brand ATV is easy to find across the U.S.

No waiting room if you have to wait on a repair. Nice people and Dave the shop mgr is straight forward and is a good tech. If you want good work take it to Dave. Good selection of bikes ,Some good ,some cheap. But its about the better Of the three places in the Raleigh area.

So far what can I say, he been doing a great job on my scooter , would highly recommend him to any one that needs work

They are understanding company they call you back when they are done with your scooter i have been taking my scooter to them all the time no problems yet

Just dont let the nice lady touch your bike. But everything else is amazing. He knows what he is doing.

Very friendly and quick service. Stopped in for oil change and tune up for my 2016 tao tao motor scooter. Called ahead, showed up later and he saw me right away. If time is money to you, and quality customer service is important, Id recommend this place.

Got my scooter here and it runs great

I bought a scooter from this man in July 2015 and now in November 2015 the starter has gone out, the gas needle doesnt work, and some other things have to be repaired. I called and spoke to the owner about possible warranty or helping me get the scooter back running - he basically talked JUNK to me, and then said he would charge me $300 for repairs. Then I live in Chapel Hill, NC and he expected me to get the scooter to him.Run from this establishment and DO NOT buy a scooter or ANYTHING from him!!!!!! I bought a lemon and now I am stuck with it!!!! $1200 is not a small amount of money to not have any type warranty...

Bought an atv for my daughter came with no owners manual completely fell apart after about 24 hrs of riding time and when I attempted to bring it back even though the website claims to be open 24 hrs they were closed and l saw all these negative reviews. Smh wont be stuck with this long mr. Lee will have to make it right or I will report him to the better business Bureau.

Called to ask some questions about their scooters and the man who answered was extremely rude. I dont have transportation, which is why Im looking for a scooter. I asked for some details about the used scooters they sell and he wouldnt answer my questions unless I came there in person. Terrible customer service. I dont plan to ever go there in person. Thats how you lose a customer!

I bought my girl a four wheeler she rode it 11 times and the motor went to knocking now I got to pay to get it rebuilt not a way to run a business

Shops opened by Chinese people also have Mandarin services. The same model here will be cheaper than the other shops by 200 to 300 dollars. The hard hat motorcycle lock is also dozens of dollars cheaper than other motorcycle shops, and the owners service is quite kind. It is recommended to buy a car here.
