Made an appointment with service 1 month ahead for a new back tire, 2 warranty recalls and an air filter. Was told it would take about an hour and a half and they would prefer I wait since they don’t have much room for storage. Paid for the tire in advance and was told it would be here in plenty of time for the appointment. I arrived for the service on the bike and was told the tire was back ordered, they had no notes about the air filter change or warranty check. After an hour of them finding a different tire I was told it would be about 90 mins. 2.5 hours later it was finally ready. So a 1.5 appointment turned into 4 hrs. They apologized but then handed me a full bill with no discount for the inconvenience which cost me a full day off work. Customer service is not that difficult. I understand delivery delays and would have been fine if they had called and let me know the tire was not there and rescheduled. Any type of discount would have been appreciated and would have let me know they care about making me happy and wanting me to come back. They have a beautiful showroom and great bikes to sell, could use more apparel and accessories displayed. Just a little more training into customer service would go along way!

This is the best deal ship experience I’ve ever had in North Carolina.I’ve worked at motorcycle dealerships before so it’s safe to say I know a great place when I see one. The sales guys were straight forward and honest. Gave me a great price on a new Ducati and an even better price on my trade in. No hidden fees no BS.I live in Charlotte and drive 2.5 hours to get my service done here because their team is so awesome. The lead Ducati mechanic Ian is great and always seems to find time to accommodate my maintenance needs.Karl in parts helped me with an apparel warranty and now I’m getting a new set of boot from BMW all under warranty. If you want a great bike at a great price and have an excellent experience I can not recommend this dealership enough.

Staff makes you feel like you need to be part of the club to get good service. Got the sense that no one really cared about me or wanted to take me seriously. I would have bought a new bike from them but I couldnt get them to give me a trade value. When I asked to demo ride the bike I was interested in I was told they didnt have time to help me. So I ended up buying the bike from a different dealership instead. Too bad since these guys cary the types of bikes Im into and they are conveniently located. But I would prefer to deal with a dealership that is more customer focused and friendly. Garcia just doesnt offer the type of customer service Ive grown accustom to from other premium brand motorcycle dealerships.

Bought a G310R from them a little under a month ago. Their salesman, Steve was great to work with, good all around guy. However, after about 2 weeks the bike started having an issue not wanting to crank. Spoke with Ian about it who told me that the manufacturer warranty expired in February of this year. Despite this fact, he said they would take care of it anyways. Couldnt ask for a better solution. It ended up being a sensor issue, which I cannot fault their mechanics for not catching, as you cant really predict something like that. Would recommend them for not just a bike but customer service as well.

Attention to detail. When I called to schedule the service two weeks out, part of what I wanted was a rear tire replacement and state inspection. The service personnel confirmed the make, model and size of the tire. Took off work on a weekday and rode over an hour to the dealership. Checked the bike in after again confirming the services requested. Learned that they did not have the tire I requested and the only tire that would fit was of a different style than I wanted. The remainder of the services were performed as requested, except that the state inspection was forgotten. At least until I went to renew registration today. The service staff is friendly and I have had no problems with the services actually performed. However, they do need to pay more attention to detail.

Horrible customer service!I booked an appointment and took my bike in for its first 600 mile service. I asked that they update the TFT firmware while the bike was in for service. I was told it would be an extra two hours. I said not a problem, I would just plan on connecting to their WIFI and working from there for a few hours. When I dropped the bike off, the guys behind the service desk were having a conversation and basically ignored me for about 15 - 20 minutes. Finally one of them asked if he could help me. He then pointed me to another person. Then I was pointed to a third person. This guy spent another 5 minutes looking up my appointment. He had a deer in the headlights look the whole time.My appointment was scheduled for 1:00. After 3 hours I asked how everything was going. They said the bike was still being worked on. The next thing I know, it was 5:45 the lights were being turned off, and the mechanics were leaving the shop. I went to the service desk and asked for a status on my bike. Once again, I was given a deer in the headlights look. The service guy looked through some paper work and then went into the shop. Everyone was gone. He grabbed my bike and wheeled it to the front. No apologies or anything. I asked, why wasnt I told that the bike was done? The guy just shrugged. I then asked if the bike was ok, and if they ran into any problems. He said he wast sure since the mechanic who was working on it had left for the day. To make matters worse, they never did update the TFT software. So basically I spent 6 hours at the dealership for an oil change and a maintenance checkup.I would not recommend this shop to anyone. They treat their customers like garbage and are more concerned about local gossip. They all love to sit down and leave customers to fend for themselves. In the future, I will be taking my bike to Greensboro even though its 80 miles further away (round trip). Im not sure how these guys stay in business.

I made an over-the-phone deal from Texas with Sales Manager Steve Rakes on a used bike I had been hunting for. They had paperwork & financing overnighted to me & we were done with the entire deal within about 48 hours. I flew into Raleigh, Steve picked me up at my hotel & drove me to the dealership himself, we went over the bike, I test rode it, we finalized the paperwork & I rode it home to Texas. Their shop is immaculate & they treat you like family, so yeah, these guys are the real deal...no BS, just straight up great service & satisfied customers, & I got a great deal on the bike.

I had a GREAT experience at Garcia Moto. I have been looking around our home state my perfect Indian Motorcycle and I was not finding what I wanted. I found online several in other states and called the dealerships but I found the staff friendlier at Garcia Moto.Steve Rakes was the sales person that I had the pleasure of working with. Steve was friendly and accommodating of my requests since I was buying through phone calls, texts, and emails. Steve sent additional pics of the Indian that were not online so I could make sure I was making the right choice. He answered question several times before and after the purchase was complete, up to the time we picked up the motorcycle.Jason Lanier the finance person was also great to work with. We worked together to get the necessary information he needed to get me financed before I made the trip to North Carolina. We were able to get all of the financing done through priority mail and emails. On the day I picked up my new Indian the staff at Garcia Moto were very busy. We saw 3 other motorcycles leave that day besides the one that I picked up. When it came time to load the motorcycle in the trailer that we brought with us the owner Garrett Garcia helped load the motorcycle and brought out water for us to drink as that day it was in the upper 90’s.Overall I am very pleased with my experience at Garcia Moto and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new Indian motorcycle.Thank you Steve, Jason and Garrett.

I would give more stars if I could! Greg Murphy and Eddie Huffaker went the extra mile and got me a great deal when two other Indian dealers would hardly give me the time of day. My wife and I were in town and just happened to stop by to check the place out and maybe pick up a t shirt. The staff were super and treated us like long lost friends. I had a bike to trade but two other dealers seemed more interested in their bottom line than mine...I get a business is to make money but the folks here at Garcia Moto Indian were more interested in getting me the best deal possible. Not only did they pay off my trade I got $4,500 off a 2017 Springfield and at a rate that was too good to pass up.I would fully recommend the dealership to everyone interested in a two wheel wind machine!! My daughter is already making plans to take her 2015 Scout in to them and trade up for a new one.I had it out today for a short 25 mile ride but will be on it the rest of the week. The Springfield is well balanced, great throttle response and is very comfortable to ride. I traded in a Victory Gunner and I dont miss it at all.

Not one salesperson approached me. I love the chieften. I have a small Honda Shadow 750. And am an inexperienced rider. I will be buying a true cruiser next season. I will go to a dealer in Greensboro to see if the service is any better. If not I will buy a Harley Limited. New to motorcycles... Went to several places, but found that Garcia Moto had a wide selection of styles and brands. I bought my first bike the second time I stepped foot into the place. Thats a pretty big deal for me. Im the kind of person that has to think about things a little more than that. However, after talking with Steven, I felt comfortable making the purchase. Knowing that I was a new rider, he steered me towards some of the smaller, more manageable bikes. I am also a big dude and he took the time to check how I fitted on the bike. Neither him nor I wanted to break the thing. Haha. They were a tad busy, but he constantly checked with me to ensure me that he would be with me shortly. Once I had my decision and was ready to do the paperwork, he recommended a little restaurant down the road to grab lunch. It was going to be about an hour wait due to some folks ahead of me. He said he liked supporting the local businesses... Refreshing now-a-days... I had lunch, which was delicious... Like I said, Im a big guy, so thats important... Once I got back, Jason was ready to go over the paperwork. It was fast, clean, and informative. It was close to closing, but both Steven and Jason insisted that they answer any question I may have had. I heard the phrase buying a bike should be fun a couple of times from these guys. They made it fun and easy. I was able to have the bike delivered the next week for a very small fee. My biggest fear was how do I get it home..... They made that easy too. And Greg, who delivered the bike, was willing to hang out for a few until I felt comfortable taking delivery. I also must mention that the couple of other employees that I wasnt working directly with were courteous and up-beat... Working at Garcia Moto must be a dream job because buying from there was a real pleasure! Thanks guys! I am sure I will be doing business with yall again.

SCAMMERS and THIEVES!!Where do I even begin. I brought in my Ducati to change the rear tire and an O2 sensor. That took a month! Literally, a month! When I finally came to bike up the bike I instantly noticed a noise and brought it up to their attention. I never rode the bike. It was clear it was making a loud engine noise. I also noticed the odometer showed 1500 miles on the bike, when I brought it in it had 1200 miles on it. 300 miles of test riding????I contacted the service manager Ian and owner, Ian replied telling me that the noise was already there when I brought in the bike. I would NEVER ride with a bike that made that noise. How they let it out of their shop and not notice it is beyond me because I noticed it the moment I started the bike. I am not a trained technician, and I instantly noticed it. How could their experts not hear it??? They were hoping I would leave and try to say I must have caused it.Ian told me they would charge me to fix the issue and that it was already there. I asked to speak to the owner and never heard from either one of them ever again. I tried reaching out multiple times and got nowhere. Typical, since they never answer their phone and never return the voicemails I left.I ended up towing the bike from their shop and took it to another place. This is where things get really interesting. Turned out the O2 sensor that they charged me for was never replaced!! It looks extremely used! They also didnt put back special Ducati screws which I had to replace. The engine noise issue turned out to be water pump idler gear that needed to be replaced which only could have happened from abusive riding. This happened while they had the bike, it was impossible for me to cause the issue and the only explanation is they took the bike joy riding and were abusive.Just a terrible nightmare this place!! They did not offer any solution at all other than to blame me for everything and offering to charge me more.I have proof of documents to show everything. I have pictures of the work they did, the write up of the new work to fix the damage they caused, pictures of my odometer before and after giving it to them.

Every question I had was answered either by sales or the service department. I left with a quality product for a fair price and I am completely satisfied. I will be recommending Garcia Moto to everyone who is in the market for a Ducati, BMW or Indian Motorcyle.FYSA. I’m the proud new owner of a 2020 Ducati Monster 821 Stealth.

Can’t say enough good things about these guys. What struck me the most was the no pressure atmosphere. They are genuinely interested in doing everything they can to put you in the motorcycle of your dreams. The owner even personally delivered my new ride that evening so I could have all day Sunday to enjoy the beautiful weather.

I called looking for a part, and spoke to Randy, who was extremely helpful. Not only did he look for the part in the shop, but he took down my information and even called me back to tell me where I could find it as quick as I needed without having to order from the manufacturer. I pride myself on my customer service at my job and I can tell Randy does as well. He went above and beyond to help me out and Ill be sure to call Garcia Moto next time Im on the hunt for a part.

Always very accomodating.Jon (BMW service) has worked on three of my BMWs (99 R1100s, 91 K100rs, and 07 R1200s) and has been accurate with my estimates, good with communication and gotten the work done in a timely manner.

As I was shopping around Raleigh for my first bike I went many places. This was the last for a reason. They helped me look around and decide on a bike that was perfect for me. Steve Rakes was the most helpful throughout the process. Will be back for sure. Best in the area. Thanks guys!Spencer

I bought a used BMW R1200RT with 18,000 miles on it and decided to have full maintenance done to be on safe side. Karl Zimmerman the service mgr. set me up with an appointment and estimated six hours labor plus parts totaling about $950. They finished the job in five hours and my cost was $848. I was treated very well and except for the long wait was very satisfied with their reception, honesty, and the courtesy extended by everyone at the dealership. The ride to Raleigh from New Bern, NC is a little over two hours. I am schedule to return in 6,000 miles. I am sorry they are not closer. Karl was especially friendly and helpful with my questions. Kudos to GarciaMoto.

All of the staff here are excellent to work with.Steve earned my trust 3 years ago with the purchase of a Ducati, and it was a no-brainer to reach out to him when I was looking for a new KTM. Hes made my last 2 purchases easy and enjoyable, even with my last bike which was hard to find.Karl is also friendly at the service desk and is super helpful and courteous when its time to schedule service. This place is not your average dealership!

I had a great experience at Garcia Moto! The staff is extremely knowledgable, absolutely no sales pressure, and incredibly helpful. Greg went out of his way to help me with the purchase of my Ducati. He actually swapped out the plastic on my 796 with another bike because I preferred a different color. When I had an issue with the starter, he was quick to have the shop look over the bike and back to me in a week at no charge. Ill definitely be back when Im ready to buy again. Thanks again Greg!

Would love to thank Garcia Moto for the wonderful service....Oohh Wait, thats right, they provided no service at all. Tried setting up a service appointment for an oil change and did not receive any correspondence. Was great to waist my time sending 3 different email on there website as well as 2 other voicemail. So happy. Thanks.
