Josh Cabral Was a great guy to work with he was easy to communicate with easy to get a hold of if you had any questions. All around great guy to talk to. All the rest of the staff there where very open and down to earth all around great people are working there which was a great experience buying a motorcycle from there.

Called MotoMax today to inquire about some paperwork needed for the DMV--really appreciate it when a real person answers the phone. The gentleman I spoke with transferred my call to Felicia who was wonderful. She heard out my story, did quiet a bit of research given the date of the transaction and provided me with the much needed docs. Felicias customer service went above and beyond. It was a real pleasure working with her--absolute rock star!!!

Best go elsewhere. The prices are extremely high, you’d be better off buying new. Bad warranty work. If you got to get something fixed kiss your bike goodbye for a month. Also they will not call you, you will have to call them for any communication. If you’re extremely desperate, this is the place for you. There multipoint inspections are a joke also.You may get lucky with a bike but most are badly abused by the previous owners and the staff.

My experience at Motomax was pretty good overall. I had been trolling their website and showroom for a few weeks waiting for something I liked to come in. Their website doesnt update very often so going to the store is the only real way of keeping up with their inventory, hopefully this will get better in the future, but for now its the only thing I can take a star for. When I finally found a bike I liked, I did some research on it and found it was pretty well comparably priced to other bikes of the same year and mileage. I understand businesses like this need to make money off what they sell but Motomax has pretty thin markups on their used bikes. The application was pretty seamless and within about 45 mins the salesman Kyle had put numbers together for me which fell pretty much in line with what I was expecting to pay. Motomax may have had some rough patches in the past but this place strikes me as a good, honest and family owned business that offers a way for anyone to become a motorcyclist. This will be the 2nd motorcycle myself or my close family has purchased from Motomax and I look forward to continuing to do business with them.

I bought my motorcycle from this place. Good place to buy a bike I’m very happy with it. Customer service is amazing. However I will never take my bike back to their service shop. They made a repair on my motorcycle and had to take the plastic off of the right side. Almost 2 weeks later I get my bike back which is fine because we had to wait on a park. I get it out on the highway and the plastics almost fly off the right side of my bikeThe guy at the counter mentioned they had a hard time fighting with the plastics. But they broke some of the clips and did not even put it back together properly. when I hit 55 mph on the highway everything almost flew off. Definitely not happy with their service side

I have enjoyed getting 2 bikes from MotoMax of Raleigh. Their prices are great and both times the sales rep, Josh, took good care of us. I would have given 5 stars, but the time it takes from approval to when you actually get to take possession of your bike is a little excessive to me. It is a little frustrating to find your perfect bike and then have to wait a week or more to take it home. I know there are extra things that they have to do to the bike as an in-house financing facility, but it seems like those things would be readily available and it wouldnt take more than a couple hours to prep the bike and release to the customer after all down-payments and approvals are complete. Other than that, I highly recommend MotoMax of Raleigh and once you actually get your bike in hand, you will recommend them as well.

This place had the best atmosphere! It was like I was a kid walking into a candy shop. When we walked in Josh was very attentive answered all of our questions and was very helpful. We did not buy anything yet but we are definitely going to make the 35 min drive to go and buy our first bike because of him.

Searched MotoMax website inventory. Found a motorcycle I was interested in. Being a 61yr old retiree I just want a comfortable bike to see the country in comfort. I admit I presently have a low credit score because I refused to pay some of my ex-spouse debt. They claimed to work with individuals with low credit scores but have sufficient income to make payments. I have both. I presently work full time as a professional truck driver with minimum debt. So far Ive been refused the purchase of a motorcycle because I live 7 miles outside of the 75 mile zone. Wow! Please give me a better reason. If I lived in Goldsboro near Seymour Johnson AFB would I be approved with no job? Received a phone call from sales manager and my questions were promptly answered. I was invited to visit store where I was immediately seen by sales personnel and treated as though I was a lifelong customer. They had no idea who I was until I told them. I apologized for making comments before I actually visited the store. They are very busy but they had time for me. They have a variety of nice, clean motorcycles and riding gear. After my visit I have to say this is a 5 star establishment with 5 star staff. They have my business!!!

I was having a hard time finding a Technician to put my tires on my Honda VTX1300C.. I called MotoMax and spoke with a Guy named josh. He stated if i came right now he would squeeze me in to get those tires replaced. Perfect timing because it was raining! He avoided me getting into a accident with those bald tires. Thanks Alot Josh! Went to MotoMax a few weeks ago looking to cross over from a sports bike to a cruiser. I had no idea what I was looking for. Josh walked right up to me and greeted me with a big smile and asked how he could help me. I explained why I was there and he was excited to help me. He showed me several bikes and encouraged me to sit on them and get a feel for comfortability and weight according to my size being a female. He was happy to start the bikes so I could listen to them and show me the differences between make and models. Josh spent a lot of time with me and I learned a lot about cruisers and am now the proud owner of a kawasaki Vulcan mean street thanks to Josh. Hes a valuable employee in my opinion and I can tell he loves what he does!

I went to Motomax not sure what to expect. Most dealerships Ive been to before seem to me, be all about them (the dealership). I went to Motor Max looking for my new bike today. Eric walked me through, and really educated me on different bikes and what they had to offer for a beginning rider. He was knowledgeable, professional, and made the process fun!While I didn’t end up picking out a bike, I did buy all of my gear there. I bought a great helmet, a leather jacket with padding, and gloves all for $257. I was expecting to just spend that on a full face helmet. Great prices, great service. I love the people who work here (especially Felicia and Ashton) because not only are they all professionals but they are fun, down to earth people. They will make you feel like part of the family. Terrible place to get anything. Rude service. Stopped by earlier in the day to check out the 4 wheelers. Was told we would be approved due to my husbands income and him being a retired military veteran. Test drove the one my husband liked, found a truck to come back and pick it up in only to be told we are not approved. Not only did the person lie about saying he was sure to approve us. He started asking personal questions that were beyond disrespectful to any human bein. Asking questions that dont pertain to the application. False Advertisement from the website. Do not have half of what is listed there and nothing comes with a warranty which is enough red flags to know this is a terrible business. I do not recommend to anyone even thinking about purchasing a scooter, ATV, 4 wheeler or whatever they sell. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

I must say this company was by far the BEST experience that i had when purchasing a motorcycle and this is my third purchase. The sales person that helped me was Josh, when i tell you he actually listen to what i wanted and with everything that is going on he made it so smooth by sending me pictures of my bike to my cell phone, following up with me to make sure i got them and just overall letting me know what was going on. When i arrived to the store all i had to do was sign and ride off. They even gave me a battery charger as a gift how sweet is that. MotoMax of Raleigh is the place to go to find your dream bike. I financed my 2009 Suzuki GSXR 1000 with them and it was such an easy process. The stuff their was helpful and answered all of questions. Whenever I had a question about my payments or needing a couple more days to pay Felicia, my account specialist was always willing to help me out. She went out of her way to assist me and remind me to pay but not in a annoying way. Her voice is always so pleasant and you can tell she is always happy to help. Great staff to to deal with here, decided to get back into riding and decided to check them out. Easy going guys here, found what I wanted here, Daytona 675, talked with and dealt with Eric for the majority of everything except final paperwork. Super nice guy, answered every question I had and didnt try to push a more expensive bike to make more money like most dealers will. Told me a day the bike would be ready and it was.
