I’m just a New Yorker coming down for some r&r. Staff was perfect. They were very organized from the time you walk in someone will greet and guide you. Explained everything thoroughly and in detail. Your staff was very patient and made me feel so comfortable!

I use to go here before the corona hit. It was expensive then But I paid for the convenience. Close to work etc. I got off work today and rolled over. The counter person said they take the last shooters at 5.I’m sorry people who work 8-10 hours a day need to practice or get some much needed range therapy. It’s like when you find something you want on Craigslist or marketplace. If you work all day everyone who doesn’t work beats you to it.It’s like everyone caters to the unemployed. Adjust your hours so you open later and can close later. Not everyone can go on the weekends because family comes first always.I’ll be going to on-point tomorrow after work. 25min further away and I hear they are cheaper.

Went here today and had such a great experience. All the range officers were very helpful and super kind. Tom was outstanding, and helped us out today! 10/10

Really great place for instruction, Randy and John were exceptional getting my son properly trained to handle the firearms he selected to train on and he had fun doing it !! I recommended this place to any in the Raleigh area.

Had a great experience here. Amazing crew and facility.The place I normally go I can’t shoot my AR.I’ve read some of the one star reviews and it doesn’t make sense. All the bad reviews say it was staff being over confident or rude? I did not experience that.They have 3 range safety officers in just one section (out of many) and they were extremely helpful and not condescending. Things were a bit different than where I usually go but they were always respectful when informing me what to do.Here is a pic of Tommy, one of the officers there helping me zero sight my AR. He gave me a few pointers and went over and beyond to help.For those that had a 1 star experience bc of personnel, I just can’t see how.Will be back

Range instructors: 10/10Seamless transition between changing rental guns to find the one that suits you.Had the pleasure of dealing with a range instructor named Tom who was able to help my wife and I go from winging every other shot to drilling the red center out of the targets with easy to digest tips and assistance.If you have no clue where to start, I cant think of a gun range Id recommend in lieu.

The customer service is by far the best in town. We had the wonderful pleasure of being assisted by Jacob. He spent as much time as we need and answered all of our questions. We felt assured in his knowledge and expertise. Jacob is a valuable asset and represented TSA in the highest caliber.

Had a great experience with Douglas aka Bear in the retail department was extremely helpful in recommending my wife her first pistol purchase. He suggested a few pistol options to rent out prior to making a purchase in which was definitely the best way to determine which one will work best for both home & carry defense. Overall, Mr. Bear was extremely patient and gave us great advice without being pushy.Definitely going back to make future purchases from Bear.

I had a private session with Norm yesterday on my Birthday! He was the best! He was patient and knew what to say when I was overthinking and knew when to switch up the drills. I was very uncomfortable years ago when I went I took a class at another range. I was very proud of myself and so was he. I will definitely be back to get even more acquainted before my first purchase.

Went to see my boys at Bragg on fathers day and they took me here. Really nice range and knowledgeable staff. Large selection of toys to rent even ones with the giggle switch. If target sports is your thing then stop in and check them out. You wont be disappointed!

Very clean and large. Nice range but a little pricey so we went with Onpoint, which gives me and my husband a membership at 1/2 the price with nice clean and modern amenities.

Me and my friend had a private instructor class with Brent and it was awesome. Brent was very detailed in each step, this was our first time and we both are new shooters, so his patience was greatly appreciated. The knowledge he shared on the different types of guns was also appreciated. I can not forget Guy at the customer service desk who was awesome in checking us out and had our cards ready for us to purchase by the end of our class. I would definitely recommend this site for fun, practice and great A1 customer service.

Called over to speak to Casey who was very professional and patient. She took the time to actually go check the stock on availability for a specific firearm I was looking for and she was able to find it.

Great facility, BUT beware when it says open till 6 they take the last shooter at 4:30. WTH! No exceptions! 🙄

We had a great time! It was my wifes birthday and her first time at a range or handling a firearm. Randy was an amazing range instructor! He gave great instruction and demonstration. All the information he provided put her at ease, made her comfortable and really enjoy her time at TSA. We look forward to coming back and working with Randy. The staff overall from the entrance, to registration, to selecting a firearm, then firing her first shot were awesome and made it an experience we look forward to doing again and again.

I am an amateur gunsmith, Ive been looking for a rarer handgun with a new type of action I wanted to study. Talked to the guys at TSA, turns out they had one. It had serious damage to the frame and was unsafe to shoot, but that didnt matter to me as I just wanted to study the action. I offered to buy it, they quoted me $700 ($850 is MSRP) for a broken handgun they told me they planned to throw away. A gun they were going to have me sign a waiver for acknowledging it was unsafe. I left gobsmacked.Their prices have always been high, but that experience was something else. I used to recommend them for beginners because of friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff, and I have only had positive experiences there until now. This situation has changed my mind completely. If theyre trying to screw me, a customer whos spent thousands at their store, they must be screwing others who are less knowledgeable. There are plenty of better and cheaper places in the triangle now, and I cannot recommend TSA anymore. Im going to take my business elsewhere and tell my friends to do the same.

My Son and I took a private lesson with Randy the other day and it was an all around great experience. He was very knowledgeable and took his time making sure we were comfortable before taking us to the range. Then he made sure to make it fun as well as informative.Im disabled and he taught me ways to shoot that would be the best for a person with my disability.We cant wait to go back and take another lesson with Randy, well worth the money and everyone we came in contact with was great.First time ever at a Range in NC and it will now be the only one we go to.

Randy is an exceptional, passionate, and experienced teacher. I had a private instruction session yesterday, having no prior experience handling a firearm. I left feeling educated and confident operating a handheld gun in a safe manner. Randy was very informative, professional, personable, and fun. He answered all of my questions, was patient with me while I was learning, and was super encouraging the whole time. I will absolutely be returning to TSA!

I love this place. I’ve taken several of their classes and became a member last year. The staff here is amazing! Joe M, Jim, Nancy and Aaron and Jeff always go out of their way to help me and answer any questions I might have. Today I worked with David and Jeff to purchase a new rifle. As always, they were attentive, helpful and efficient.They also have a women’s group that I would like to mention. It meets often and is an absolute bargain. I would recommend it 100%. Triangle is a very (woman) friendly and safe environment. I’m very glad to have found this place.

My husband and I absolutely loved the private instruction session we did with Brent. He is the best. It was my first time ever handling a gun, and I was extremely nervous but Brent made me feel at ease and he was very knowledgeable and professional. By the end of the session our adrenaline was rushing and we were pumped. Deb was very sweet and accomomodating. She set it up for us and provided us with brilliant service!! Money well spent!!

I love TSA! I started going, at first, just to accompany my husband and quickly discovered it was an amazing experience that we could enjoy together. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and most importantly, friendly.

I came in to comparison shop for my first firearm purchase. I told the guy who helped me, Alex, that I was brand new to guns in general and had very little idea what I was doing. Alex was very patient answering all my questions (no matter how basic) and took my personal preferences into consideration when showing me my options. He was even kind enough to take the time to give me somewhat of an on-the-spot beginners course on different aspects of gun ownership, basic handgun operation, ammunition, etc. which he did not have to do. I definitely recommend him. They didn’t have the gun I wanted to buy in stock as demand is crazy right now, but I definitely plan on purchasing my first firearm from this place as soon as they get it in stock.

Bear was AMAZING during this transaction. The owner was also an absolute thrill to work with. As a first time buyer I felt confident leaving the building! Customer service 5-star!! Thank you!!

Wow. What a great experience. Walked in and was greeted by Ashlee and Ryan. Immediately felt at home. Guy processed my range card and set me on my way. Super friendly. Then it was on to the range counter where Sam, Beth, and Pete helped me manage my way through the plethora of choices of firearms from which to choose. Had a great experience recently at TSA. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, as well as very knowledgeable. Me and my fiancé had a private instruction session with Randy and he was fantastic. We appreciated how patient he was with us (since we are novice shooter), and how much information he shared with us. He was a great teacher of the fundamentals we needed, and even gave us general life safety tips after our session was over. He treated us really well, and would highly recommend to others looking for an instructor. Will definitely be coming back to hone my skills!

My mom and I went in for an introductory private lesson. Our teacher, Randy, was insightful, patience, and encouraging. As two folks approaching firearms for the first time his approach was perfect for us. Will definitely be returning soon. Just wanna say this place is a very fun place to go to. They are quite knowledgeable and very helpful. We came in there for private classes and Ryan was very helpful our instructor. We plan to go back next week and take another lesson. Guy and Kim were also very helpful they were working at the front counter. Again it’s a very nice experience going there.

My wife recently bought a new carry and had some difficulties with the transfer through no fault of her own (or TSA). Thankfully Kate, Bear (Doug), and Justin, were all able to work together to handle the problem in a timely manner so we didnt get caught between a rock and a hard place. Great service with a smile and willingness to go above and beyond for the customer by all 3 employees. We will certainly be back for future purchases or classes the business offers thanks to this experience.

Randy was awesome! Super patient and very knowledgeable. We covered so much information and he was so helpful. I wanted to practice with long guns and the only thing available for practice was a 12 gauge semi automatic. Im pretty small but Randy assured me it would be fine and I could handle it. He helped me relax and feel very comfortable. Awesome experience and really helped my form and understanding of what is next for me exploring home safety and defense.

Had a great experience today getting my range card. I was met at the door by Guy. He walked me inside, got me started on the electronic waiver. Per my request, he found that I could drink a soft drink while watching the film. And on top of that, he gave me a card for a free soft drink from their eatery. He checked on me after the safety film, connected me to a person behind the counter who gave me the range card. This was first class service by Guy. Thanks Guy!

I had private instruction with Randy. He was super patient and answered all of my questions. I was there with my recently purchased Sig Sauer P320 and by the time we were done, I felt super comfortable with the weapon and feel I could comfortably use it in an emergency situation. Visited the store for the bulk 9mm case sale as advertised. We arrived about an hour before opening time and there were a number of people in their cars wanting to take advantage of this offering. They were very organized by providing a number upon arrival with a return time of our discretion. The numbered token guaranteed a case. The owner (and staff) were organized, well staffed, and very helpful. Great customer service should always be rewarded. Well done!!!

Had a fun ladies night experience here. Guy handled our check in process - it was smooth and easy, Paige helped me on the range and was just what I needed as a first timer. She was so friendly and made me feel beyond comfortable. Bill was helping friends of mine and they mentioned having an extremely positive experience with him as well. I signed up for a private class, since all other classes that I was interested was full, for a new-shooter. Randy, our instructor (my husband also joined us) was really great. He was patient and very informed. Im glad I did this as a private class instead of with others so I had more time and personal instruction. I would recommend.

Had a few friends from out of town visit a few weeks ago. Great place to have some fun and try out different firearms. Can find better prices on firearms somewhere else but using the range was fun. Was assisted by Alex and enjoyed speaking with him.

Im loving their womens classes and drills, with lots of range time. I learn more each time. Nancy is so patient and knowledgable. I appreciate the time getting more comfortable with my gun. And I can see my visible improvement with each session! Such a fun time!

I really do not like belly-full, overconfident establishments. Understood that the business is awesome, but you got to stay humble for the long run.Customers will remember the lack of customer service and silly jokes.

Akeem, David, and V were all very helpful! V helped me select a gun and was very knowledgeable about what they had in stock, and was also very funny to work with. Akeem got me through all the paperwork very quickly even when I accidentally signed on the wrong line, a VERY hard worker, and David was very nice when he was checking me out and answered all my questions. All three seemed very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I would absolutely return here!

Just purchased my very first pistol. Im glad that I went to Triangle where I received expert advice on the best pistol for me from Bear, and awesome shooter training from Brent. While Beth assured me that women can handle a big gun too!! It was all around exceptional experience!!

I went in to buy ammo and was surprised to find some at a very reasonable price (considering the market for ammo right now). Their prices are much more reasonable than anything I’ve seen online. Akeem was the one helping me at the counter. He was very knowledgeable and really represented the company well! 5 stars for these guys!

In one hour he had us feeling comfortable firing a 9 mil semi-automatic pistol. Brent got me dialed in quickly after being away from the range a while. The converse high top sneakers put me at ease immediately - confident easy going instructor. All the customer service staff and Gabe at the rental counter took time to ask questions and create the down home vibe.

As a first shooter, I was scared to engage in this activity. My first class yesterday was informative and helped me to relieve my stress about the activity of using a gun. TSA is a great place overall, its clean, modern and offers a large selection of firearms accessories. They also have a large selection of firearms for purchase (aside of recent world events which have reduced stock anywhere these days). They are always well staffed, whom are always welcoming, professional and willing to help.A special shout out to Rob for his help. Robs personal attention to customer service is to be commended.

Great staff , great inventory, cafeteria has lovely choices. I took my CC here and have used the range a few times now. A little disappointed I couldnt take care of some issues with the in house gunsmith who is overwhelmed 😕 but glad hes busy.

Alex provided me with 5 star service from the moment I walked in the door! I was there on a Tuesday and he spent over an hour with me explaining what I needed to know. He showed my several items. He gave me a brief tour of the facility. Although he did not have in stock exactly what I was looking for, he did not pressure me into purchasing something. He actually helped me find some solutions through other sources. He promised to let me know if what I wanted arrived in shipments later in the week. On Thursday of the same week, he informed me what I wanted was now in stock. When I arrived at the store Alex carefully went over the item and made sure I was satisfied before purchase. From there, Casie took over and she provided 5 star service as well. I purchased over $1500.00 of merchandise that would not have taken place without Alex. I had been to other stores but was not made to feel as comfortable and welcome as I was at TSA. You must give this place a chance.

I was very hesitant about owning gun, but bit the bullet and bought one. We took a private lesson with Randy and he was so patient with us. He taught us about safety first, how to stand, load and shoot. Now with a little confidence, we cant wait to go back!

So I felt like the Staff was very on Edge and sometimes rude when they talk to me. I also felt like they were profiling me , because I look a lit ruff with my haircut and beard. Veteran USMC 11 years Honorable service, 3 Tours. I felt more safe in Iraq than I did in this place. It is a nice establishment and looks like they have some good classes for most age groups and ability groups,which is cool. Wouldnt sell me rounds after I heard them talk about me and refer to me as the Guy with black beard, I felt like there was a lot more of the Staff just starring at me, there all armed ,I am not, at least 8. Not very nice, I will be back another day to return all their merchandise I bought, except the bolt lock which Ill keep, because it keeps my eight children safe.

Received excellent private instruction from Randy Homola for me and my wife. Got some top notch weapon servicing from Gabriel. Picked up some valuable advice on self defense options from Hamilton. A totally enjoyable experience.

This place is fancy, but avoid them if at all possible. Their fanciness has gone to their heads. There are plenty of other options in the area for ANYTHING you may want or need.If youre looking for retail, check out Carolina Gunrunners or Perrys. If youre looking for range time, you can find less expensive, and even FREE ranges in the area if you do your research.Good luck!
