The store rep was awesome, friendly, courteous, & knowledgeable. The issue I have is having to drive 45 minutes to even find a metro store and getting there to find out that their shipment is weeks late for all of their locations in the area so I was unable to get a phone today which was my main focus. This guy totally deserved the sale.

The police was called on me today by the employees because I confronted them about their customer service I have been dealing with this company for years dealing with the poor quality phones and the bad customer service and the one day I decided to say something they call the police. I dont think people should pay their money and get treated any kind of way they cater to Hispanics, Latinos, etc and it is not right plus the police and the manager filed trespassing charges on me but they didnt have a problem taking my money . I tried to call cooperate and Im getting the run around do not spend your money with this company! It will not be wise and you might end up getting the police called on you

It was the worst experience for me the store attendant lied about a lot of stuff . Now I have to fight with the credit card don’t do business with them horrible experience a bunch of liters and scammer

I went in to get my phone that I ordered, I didnt have my old phone so they told me to go home and get it and when I went to get my phone they locked the door and called the police on me

On December 24th at 5:45 pm I walked in this Metro store to purchase a phone for my fiances Christmas present. It was one of 3things he wanted. Upon arriving at the store , two men were leaving which left 2employees only with my daughter and me. The yound lady asked how she could help and I proceeded to let them know that I called earlier and they said yes they had the phone I needed and that they close at 6pm. The young lady quickly looked at the yound man behind the counter and said , sorry its 5:45, its too late to sell me the phone because it would take about 20 minutes to conduct all that business which means they would end up leaving the store later than 6pm. I begged and begged, but regardless of informing them that it was a gift I wanted to put under our tree that night while he was at work, they kept saying its too late. NO COMPASSION ON CHRISTMAS EVE!!! Iwas heartbroken ! I left the store abt 4 minutes later after I realize my begging wasnt working. I asked before leaving if any other metro would be opened that is close by, they both said no. I walked out crying as I couldnt get something my fianced wanted for Christmas. When I got to the car, heart racing, cryingand mad, I called a few metro one was opened until 8. When I got there on Capital, I told them the store they both kept looking at each other saying I cant believe it. They took less than 10 minutes to sell, activate the phone and wished me Merry Christmas.Metro your employees make and break you! I told my fiance and we both agreed never to use that store again.Poor service for Christmas isnt good.

I could smell the marihuana from the parking lot. Not sure if it was an employee or a customer who just smoked and walked in but it was bad! Never coming back here again. I was with my small child and she wanted to know what that smell was too... so unprofessional.

The staff was very bad, they where trying to tell me that i could get an iphone only with the 50 or 60 dollar plan, in which is a lie, you can get any phone with any plan. the girl helping me was rude and laughing at me, she was also in her phone while talking to me and i saw her take a picture of me.
