I cant recommend these guys enough. They just replaced two large three panel patio doors at my house that had rotted. Since the doors werent a standard size and I didnt want to pay for a fully custom crafted door we ended up going with a standard sized sliding glass door replacement. Unfortunately, the sliding glass doors were quite a bit smaller (though more window area!) in width but also smaller depth so they had to do quite a bit of work to get everything to line back up with the original door positioning to avoid having to redo drywall and base boards and to cover the gap between the doors and the flooring. The crew talked me through my options and listened to my concerns about the options and I think they came up with a solution that looks very natural and looks like the other doors and windows. They are definitely going to be the only company I use in the future for windows and doors.

The owner, Todd Gillespie, helped us decide which windows would be the most appropriate and showed us why a full frame window replacement was preferred. Todd was also great at keeping us informed during the order and delivery process. They covered our furniture and laid drop clothes throughout each room within the house. Todd Gillespies crew is top notch. They replaced 14 windows in our home with full frame Okna windows and installed one storm door. Excellent craftsmanship, attention to detail, great work ethic, and really good with the clients - answering our questions professionally and politely. The cleanup inside and outside our home before they went home each day was quite thorough. They even washed the new windows making them sparkle before they left the final day. We are so pleased with the experience of working with these guys and love the end result! We had full-frame window replacements done to all the original windows in our 1970 ranch home. Todd helped us choose the right windows and made some great suggestions based on his experience. They were all spot on. His crew is fantastic! They are craftsmen with great attention to detail and very pleasant to work with. Windows are a big investment and we felt like our money was well spent with these guys.

We love our new windows and our large new opening between the dining room and living room. Our whole house feels more inviting, warm, and bright! Todd was great to work with in getting the quote, understanding our options, and learning about the differences between installation methods. Our Okna windows are gorgeous, have extremely fine mesh screens that you hardly notice, and seem like they will serve us for our lifetime in this house plus some! Steve, Jacob, Ian, and Rich were so great to work with. We have two young kids and being out of the house was not always easy. They were on time, professional, very considerate of our needs, and just pleasant to have around. In addition to the windows, we also had them remove a large wall between the kitchen and dinning area. Todd and the team did an amazing job. They removed an exterior wall and replaced with a large Marvin slider. It was a big project and they did a fantastic job. We absolutely love it. Todds crew did an excellent job installing 2 windows for us. These were not replacement windows. We had these installed on a side of the house without any windows. The crew was on time both days. They were very professional, answered all of our questions. From replacing the siding to matching the indoor trim to our other windows the craftsmanship was excellent. Unfortunately, despite their good reviews this is one of those contractors who likes to cherry pick jobs based on price. If you’ve got a quick or cheaper job they don’t want to touch it. Unprofessional to say the least.

Called business to see about getting replacement windows and an exterior door due to hail damage. Once I mentioned the hail damage, the response was “We do not deal with insurance stuff. Sorry”. I am not sure what difference that makes since no explanation was given or no additional questions asked to see if our case might be different.Update: Todd did follow up with me to explain the reasoning behind his response even though my job is not a good fit for his company. I really appreciate him taking the time out to do that. You can tell he takes his business and reputation seriously.

Todd and his team at Windows Doors and More are hands down the most professional team of craftsmen Ive ever worked with. I purchased and had my front door installed by Windows ,Doors, and More and was thrilled with the workmanship and professionalism of his group. A few months later I hired them to remodel my kitchen and WOW! I gutted my kitchen and replaced everything. The cabinet installation was so good that the countertop installers said that theyve never seen cabinets put in so straight that he didnt have to do a lot of shimming to level them. Everything, from the light fixtures to the cabinets to the backsplash was installed perfectly. Additionally, the same three men did all the work and always knew exactly what the scope of the work was so that I didnt have to manage the project myself. I cant speak highly enough about Windows, Doors, and More.

Windows, Doors, and More replaced all the windows in our home. We are ecstatitic with the results.The team was very professional and responsive. They arrived on time, very courteous, ensured everything was protected, and cleaned up every day.The most impressive thing was their focus on excellence. They removed the old windows; fixed any framing issues (i.e. rotting wood, etc.); recommended various casing and sill options; installed the new windows ensuring they were aligned, squared, and sealed in; and explained how the windows worked and should be maintained. They also replaced the rotting wood pediments above the windows with PVC pediments.We used to feel drafts around the windows and excessive heat in summer, hear airplanes, and not be able to open certain windows, but now all is great.We highly recommend Todd and his teams.

Todd and his crew have completed 2 remodeling jobs for us. 2 years ago he replaced 3 windows in our breakfast area with an 8-foot Pella sliding door to our deck. Their work was exemplary. The sliding door looks and functions beautifully and looks like it should have always been there. We called Todd again this summer for a more involved project to extend the overhang on our deck by several feet. This was no small job in that the overhang ran for 65 feet and we did not want any support posts on the deck. Todd made several excellent suggestions on design and completed the job within a week. His attention to detail and engineering of the overhang was super. Todds whole crew were skilled workers with very pleasant attitudes. They cleaned up all materials and tools at the end of each day and were prompt on starting and ending times. The overhang turned out even better than we imagined. We are very pleased with Todds work and vision and wholeheartedly recommend him for your home improvement projects!

Windows Doors & More recently replaced all 18 windows in our home. We received quotes from numerous companies and Todd’s quote for full frame replacement was on par with what other companies were quoting for pocket install. This allowed us to upgrade to Pella’s wood 450 series, which was a better fit for the style of our home. (Psst, Todd’s quote was also cheaper than going Pella direct.) Seeing what an improvement full frame replacement makes, I know I wouldn’t have been happy with vinyl pocket installs. Rather than having additional frame reducing the glass area, our new windows have MORE glass surface due to a smaller profile frame. The WD&M crew was professional, knowledgeable and did quality work. Know going in that they are high demand, which could mean 3-4 months before they can begin work on your home, but they are worth the wait.

Best place for window replacements in this area, bar none. Todd has his own installers, and he does not overwhelm with empty sales blahblahblah like the others I got estimates from. Forget that! Satisfied customer.

Todd and his crew are true professionals. I just had 24 windows and a rear patio door replaced in my home.First, Todd really does care about doing the job the right way. His strategy of a full frame replacement is really the way to go. A pocket window installation is just masking the real problem in builder-grade windows.Second, his crew is full of knowledgeable, experienced and friendly guys. They cleaned up after every day of work. Brought my attention to problems they encountered and how they would go about fixing the rotted wood that was found. My windows look great and I can already tell a difference in the lack of noise penetration from the outside.I would recommend you give Todd a call if you are planning on replacing windows, especially in Cary because of the low-grade building materials that were used on homes built in the 1990s.Its too soon to tell how much the windows will help my energy consumption, but will post a follow up in a few months.

Again they did a fantastic job and not only does the house look great it is so nice and quiet inside. No more drafty windows because they completely rip out the old windows and replace and foam insulate the new ones and put up new trim. They are carpenters and craftsman but they are not painters and Todd tells you this up front. As with new trim, it has to be prepped before painting. This means filling nail holes, priming, sanding, and caulking before you paint so best to leave it to a painter that knows what they are doing and your new windows will look beautiful! However, Todds crew does caulk the outside trim of the new windows to make it waterproof and he uses PVC trim and molding so it will never rot! Love Todd and the work they do!

May 13, 2016I called Windows, Doors and More, Inc., seeking help in determining if our front windows were leaking. Todd came by and confirmed our suspicions that the windows were more than likely leaking. After and inspection he took the time to explain the problem and the various fixes that could be done to stop the leaks. He suggested trying the least costly one first to keep our costs down. This meant he was saving us a great deal and possibly costing his company a window replacement job.In addition Todd caulked the upstairs windows for us in an effort to make sure the leaks were totally covered. Todd did all this at no cost to us. Todd Gillespie and his crew replaced our doors and windows in 2006 and hes come out twice since then to fix issues that Ive had...at no charge. One caused by the house settling and the other one...user error! ;) I would highly recommend Todd and his crew!

I am the owner and operator of Affordable Auto Painting and Body Repair LLc in raleigh. We are a 5 star rated body shop because of our attention to detail. Todd, impressed me, with his knowledge and detail to his profession. I realized he was dealing from doing it right the first time and doing the right thing for my situation (pocket windows vs Full frame windows. I had full frame replacements installed and cant say enough about the quality and appearance of them. Todd was on sight with the crew at least half the time. My windows were installed about 2 years ago, and wanted to give them time to give long term quality before i reviewed online. I will say if i could give Todd and his crew more than 5 stars it would be a no brainer. By the way he also replaced 2 doors and resealed my top dormers. The other companies all wanted to install the pocket windows and never mentioned the full frame option. Todd showed me why he recommended them to me and proved it to me with me choosing a random window, he removed the trim and verified the need. Soooo impressed, also my cooling and heating cost also dropped by 25%. Thanks so much Todd
