Raleigh Windows and Siding did a roof replacement on my home. The existing roof was nearly 25 years old and the thee-tab shingles were breaking down on the edges of the roof.The replacement was done in one day. After stripping the roof down to the plywood, two small areas of plywood were repaired. RhinoRoof, valley sheets, and edge shingles, were followed with Atlas Pristine Weathered Wood architectural shingles and ridge venting. We did not get a replacement, we got a brand new roofing system.The day heated up to 98 degrees and the crew worked without stopping, except for lunch, and finished the cleanup as the sun set. The next day, the contractor came by and made some slight adjustments and finished the shingles on the ridge vents.We are very happy with the workers, the products and the superintending of the work. Our roof will be in good shape for all weathers to come.Talk to Bruce Forster about your home improvement before you sign the contract with any other contractor.The pictures show the morning start and afternoon finish.

I had a great experience with this company. We had one window and one sliding glass door replaced, as well as new trim put in around both. Their communication, quality of product, installation, and follow up, was all outstanding! We will be using them to replace the rest of the windows on our house in the spring! Would highly recommend!

Last year I had Raleigh WIndows and Siding replace 5 windows. They were on time, professional, and very neat. I was so pleased with their work, I had them come back this year to replace an additional 9 windows. Again, they showed up on time, did excellent work, and cleaned up all the debris. I would also add that they were the only company I spoke with that finished the job by patching and painting both outside and inside and left the site looking like new. Very pleased with the work crews and the products provided. I will not hesitate to bring them back for the remaining windows when the time comes.

This is the second time wee have worked with Bruce at Raleigh Window and Sidings. He first replaced all but 4 of the windows in our house in 2015, and then came back to do the final four recently. In both instances, he was easy to work with, and the quality of both the product and installation was great. I would not hesitate to use Bruce for any future work.

Despite COVID delays, the Raleigh Windows and Siding team took the entire day installing my 11 windows. They did excellent and detailed work. The windows look great! The crew cleaned up after themselves and each window was installed perfectly and without issue. I would recommend to a friend!

Excellent installation and quality of 15 new replacement windows. An upper sash of one window developed a small crack in the glass. I didnt notice it until nearly four years later. I called the company and they ordered and new sash and installed it for me. As there is a 10 year warranty on the windows, there was no charge. I am very happy with the company and their customer service.

Bruce and his team are very professional and efficient and the windows are very good quality. So good to get rid of our old wooden windows that no longer opened.

I felt the sales person cared about my situation and answered all my questions honestly and with demonstrations unlike others who seemed to have a practiced pitch. My project has just been completed and I have had a great experience with the responsiveness, the skill of the installation, and the follow-up. I believe I received an outstanding product at a fair price - certainly a better price than the competitors I considered. Mostly, I appreciated how easy they made things and that there was no drama...it got done and it got done right and at a fair price. Raleigh Window and Siding is a top notch customer oriented business. I spent weeks researching many window manufacturers (Okna is who we went with) and performance and pricing were key factors. The Okna windows that RW&S installed are very good quality and have energy ratings and functionality that will last for decades. Dont be confused with lower priced builder grade windows some sell for slightly lower prices. The owner Bruce was very responsive to any question or issue we had during the process. The install crew was Class A with their attention to detail unmatched. Nate is the head installer and knows this business inside out. He along with his two installers Chad and Craig did a superb job removing old windows, replacing rotted trim with PVC pieces, installing leveled windows, insulating, caulking and capping the outside trim. It looks amazing now that the job is complete. I would highly recommend the Okna window as a replacement and as there are two companies that install this window, I would highly recommend Raleigh Window and Siding to perform this work.

Just like another review mentioned, I had an appointment with them to repair some siding at the house. I reached out to them, made an appointment a few days away. On the day of the appointment, I called again to confirm everything was still good with the appointment, they said the appointment was still on and it was on the schedule. They never showed up, next day I call them, they dont pick up and return the call an hour earlier. They called to say that we had talked during the week and that we had agreed to cancel, that NEVER HAPPENED, they even still had the appointment scheduled. Seems like this is not the first time theyve done this, AVOID them if youre looking for a professional business that knows what theyre doing.

I contacted Raleigh Windows & Siding because they had a number of good social media reviews and their website says they replace doors, roofs and siding. I needed all three done. I was told they would be sending two estimators because I had so much I wanted done. The appointment was scheduled for a specific day and time and no one showed up, called or emailed me. So I called them to ask where were the estimators. I was transferred to someone who told me that I was contacted last week – who told me they didn’t do the type of work I wanted done. I never spoke to anyone except the original appointment. I was told that someone would call me. I got a phone call and they gentleman said he spoke with me and then said they don’t repair doors. I told him I never spoke with him (and he could not have spoken with anyone else in the house as everyone is out of town except me) and that I never asked for any door to be repaired. Then he said, well we don’t do vinyl siding. I ended the phone call as I don’t need this type of extremely poor customer service.If a business cannot even take the time to understand what the customer needs and provide a courteous estimate before the work is started then I would hate to see the end result.Basically, my experience with Raleigh Windows & Siding was terrible. They wasted my morning as I stayed home to be ready for the estimators who never showed up. My experience with them was terrible before we even go to the quality of their work which I can only assume matches their initial customer service and I will never do business with them. I do NOT recommend Raleigh Windows & Siding. Good luck to anyone who does, cause I bet you are going to need it.

We had Raleigh Windows and Siding install several windows for us. We appreciated the no pressure sales and the installation went smoothly.We are very happy with the quality and we will use them again for our next set of windows that we will replace.

Reached out to see about an estimate on replacing a couple windows since one had a cracked seal, water had gotten into it and the whole window needed replacing. Was promptly told to reach out to a glass company (I thought you guys do windows). Explained the windows needed replaced, not the glass fixed. Was told they wouldnt match (they hadnt seen what windows I have. Was planning on replacing the others to match anyway). Way to blow off a customer. Our future siding project will NOT be this company.

Raleigh Windows and Siding installed new Marvin Infinity Windows, replaced some siding, and repainted my entire home. They also installed new gutters and gutter guards. We are very pleased with the quality of the products and their workmanship.

This was a very easy process in helping decide which product to purchase. The day of installation was great. They showed up on time and the team was quick during installation and cleaned up afterwards.

We purchased 32 windows and had them all installed on time and in a professional manner in December 2017. I recently had a window sun seal fail (no fault of the RWS) and they were responsive, ordered and replaced the window at no cost. I look forward to doing business with RWS in the future.

The order was placed for exactly the windows decided on and described. The salesman had a few questions and called for confirmation to answer the concerns. The project took a bit longer to finish due to some cabinetry, siding, and finishing concerns but it was looked great when completed. Now they have gone through several hurricanes for the 2018 season and no leaks or problems. Painter, carpentry, siding all included in the quote so made things easy. Everyone was terrific to work with.

I worked with Patrick for about a month going back and forth with him trying to determine what windows I needed. He was quick to answer all questions and provided a quote that was the cheapest I found for the Okna 500 windows. I eventually ended up choosing another contractor to perform both a window replacement and hardi siding repair. I wanted to leave Patrick a 5 star rating because I believe his work would have been superior as his customer service (for a non customer) was top notch. Thanks
