I usually hate going into GameStop but the guy working was very knowledgeable and had a great personality. Preordered some things. Nice place

The store associate was very nice and helpful. They even gave me information on upcoming items and events that may peek my interest and didnt have to. Its my second time going to this store and this visit has been as pleasant as the last.

This is one of my favorite gamestop locations. Tabitha is usually working when I visit and is super friendly and helpful. She doesnt shove all their special deals at you when you first walk in like some places do, and makes conversation while youre browsing if its a slower day. Only downside is this location is pretty cramped. Itd be cool if they moved to a slightly larger location in the mall.

If something is out of stock, the manager can properly explain why.

Good service, I traded a controller in that had a broken charging port and got 16 dollars store credit so I bought a used controller and asked if everything was tested and the cashier said yes but when I tested out the controller it didnt work.

Horrible service sucked he never came to the door instead he stayed on the phone I don’t recommend this location to anybody. In my opinion the best one to visit is the one on Capitol blvd beside the ihop

Tabitha is the best GameStop Manager I have encountered and Ive been to a bunch of them! She went the extra mile and was so helpful and friendly. I would love to work on a team with her!

It was well stocked. The only draw back was the poor clerk was by herself and she had people walk instead of waiting since she was trying to help this one customer that had issues with his gift card or something along those lines. They really needed 2 people in the store.

The sales clerk was super nice, friendly and helpful. BUT, when I stop in to buy something and tell him that, No, Im not interested in buying anything else today, I dont need to be asked, Are you sure you dont want anything else? three or four different times. I understand thats part of the job, but pushy sales people are a pet peeve.Also, this Gamestop is in a mall. I know that bothers some people.

Educated, helpful staff. She knew what she was talking about, I went with a friend and she asked about Pokemon stuff and the staff there knew exactly what she was talking about and how to answer. For a store that sells game, I guess this would be very important! Clean place!

Everything went smoothly. The employee I talked to reminded me about some special offers that came with the game I purchased recently (which I had already claimed) and he knew his stuff. Enjoyed my visit.

This gamestop has always catered to my needs. They have never cancelled one of many of my preorders and are friendly. They once gave me a promotional Super Smash Bros, for Nintendo 3DS poster when I preordered it because they messed up my transaction. Great store, see you soon.P.S.
