Store is great and staff have always been friendly and engaging. Games top seems to be causing issues for them and I wish they would stop it. Id like to have this store around for much longer

My son comes here for Funko Pops and fun t-shirts. The prices are good and the selections are good. He really enjoys the variety at this store.

Every geeks reason to be at this mall. The collection of fan collectables and novelty items that can be found here is truly amazing. Worth a look for sure!

Great! My geek heaven. I was looking for more Transformers stuff, but i think this pandemic is slowing their supply.

My go-to spot for POPs. Ignore the reviews about lack of stock. They were affected by the pandemic like everyone else. They always have plenty to look at. The staff is super friendly and super helpful. I chatted online with an employee about current stock, and she had no issues answering all of my questions...even about chases. When I call other stores to inquire about chases, youd think I was asking for top secret info. I will continue to bring my business here!

I love coming here because there is always random stuff you didnt know you wanted. The place was a little sold out and spare. I definitely want to come back after the season though.

GREAT COOL GEEK STORE WHERE I GET ALL MY FUNK POPS!!!

Wow. This store had virtually no stock. Shelves were empty and there were tons of lame Pop Heroes. The staff seemed friendly to people that engaged them.

They have a large collection of pop figures and the employee there was very nice and helpful

Always one of my favorite shops to visit! Theres always some neat shelf filler or geeky Gizmo of some description to suit whatever youre into. Staff is always very polite and very knowledgeable too!

They are working on the selection. The pandemic likely messed up purchasing. Still a fun visit.

Went to the store shortly after it opened for business on Friday, October 4th (aka Star Wars Triple Force Friday). Store was well organized and had a good display of new Star Wars merchandise. Tina was the associate who helped me and rang up my purchase. She was very nice and mindful of both her stock on hand and customers who could come to the store early and those who could only come in later by ensuring that no one person could make multiple purchases of the same figure on that day. A good approach to spreading the wealth in my humble opinion.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Theyll direct or help point you in the direction youre looking for if you cant find anything. Store features a wide selection of items. Many of them ThinkGeek exclusives. My wife found what she was looking for and what else can I say? ThinkGerk is awesome!

This was my first time in a ThinkGeek store and I absolutely loved it! My favorite thing about it is that it has some of their bigger ticket items on display and you can play with them. If you know the site well then the store is almost basically the same. They did seem to focus on a lot of high end collectibles and the normal lot of pop culture goods. My only wish is that the store displayed some more of the unique goods that ThinkGeek is known for.

ThinkGeek is one of the coolest stores Ive ever been in. The nostalgia of some of the items there brought me back to my youth, a mini NES, a mini Street Fighter arcade game, an assortment of Pop figures, cool tee shirts, movie items, themed mugs, themed socks, and umbrellas. They even have life like figures, such as Batman, Harley Quinn and the Joker. Super cool store man!

Ive been a customer of the online site for years, but this was my first time even seeing a retail location.I was really disappointed. The staff is ostensibly friendly; they have two stationed at the entrance that greet you, but its obvious to anyone with a clue, that theyre there for loss control.The store merchandise is split pretty evenly between t-shirts and cheap plastic toys, you could acquire for a much better price elsewhere.I really just felt this retail location was catering to the geek posers of the shopping mall set, not geeks themselves.

Over all a great shop to get your geek on. not their biggest fan with theor price points. Always staffed with smart and geeky folks that yyiu can spend endless time chatting up.

I was greeted on a busy tax week and got assisted properly and left with something for each of my family members.

There are some cool gems, but the selections are limited

The people were super nice when I went, starting conversations with me and pointing me in the right direction. They have quirky trinkets and clothing for virtually any fandom. I love this store and will recommend it to others.

While they had a LOT of cool things, I didnt find much Legend of Zelda items that I saw online. But nice store & friendly staff.

The people who work here are always super rude to me for some reason...once a girl looked at me like I wasnt supposed to be there and made me really uncomfortable, Another one snubbed me when I asked how she was. Definitely wont be back

Its so nice to have a whole store dedicated to need merchandise. I love this store, the prices arent outrageous, but I wouldnt say its cheap. Every time I go in I have fun, make friends, and destroy my wallet.

It has a lot of potential but they moved from next to the food court to what seems to be a much, much smaller space which is a huge shame because all I really see, as another review said, is t-shirts and cheap toys made in China. The larger store had more interesting items. We have a whole wall of cheap POP! bobble heads and a whole wall of tshirts. Middle display shelves with more POPs. So disappointing.

My teenaged daughter loved this store. They had awesome old school items that made me wow as well. Like the mini Galaga video game😍🤩

Paraphernalia of most Pop-culture hits are available here. The print Tees are a little expensive but often times there are discounts on higher volume. There are a LOT of things you can buy that you will love to have but no necessarily need :)

Very rude staff. If you dont look like someone who they think would associate with their products theyll ignore your existence. Two employees were having a conversation right in front of the displays and I said excuse me so I could see the products but they didnt move a muscle. I wish there was a Boxed Lunch in Crabtree instead because at least they have products people actually want to buy.

Love shopping here when Im Im the area. Great staff, and the products offered are awesome. They have some great collectable figures here if thats something you like collecting. I snagged an awesome figure of Kratos here a year ago that used to be a Gamestop exclusive that I missed out on when it originally came out when God Of War Ascension was released, and I did manage to get the NES Classic and Super NES Classic here when they were sold out for many months around where I live and Amazon was sold out for a long time also.Oh, and if you are a huge Sailor Moon fan like myself, go check this place out, they dont have a large selection of Sailor Moon items, but they have more than any other store Ive seen other than Amazon.
