I am so glad that I decided to stop in at The Right Shop when I first noticed them opening at the end of the shopping center on New Hope Church Road. I was very happy with the tobacco shop where I have been doing business for the past 6 years, however, I have switched my business to The Right Shop now. The prices are competitive and the customer service had been outstanding since that first visit. Even though I am just another random old man the staff, which are quite q bit younger than me, have always been very friendly, attentive and respectful. They are very patient and helpful even when I am struggling with a decision on cigarette tubes and having them jump through hoops to pull products down from high shelves and give me prices for comparisons purposes. The store is extremely clean and the wide variety of merchandise is well organized. I am almost afraid to stay in there too long because I know I will start buying lots of things. I did buy some smoke eliminator candles that worked really well. Need to remember to get some more of those next time I visit. I have yet to try the Drive Thru because I actually enjoy going inside and engaging with the staff. The two young ladies that assisted me today, Talia and Hanan, really brightened up my afternoon after a long day at work. They were so personable and helpful that I felt compelled to write this review as soon as I got home. I highly recommend The Right Shop.

The Right Shop is THE RIGHT SHOP! Definitely the new go to place and its in such a convenient location in Raleigh. They always have all the products I am in search of and never have a problem answering my questions. Love the clean cool feel of the store upon walking in and the staff is on their A game. Especially Talia! Shes amazing! Very knowledgeable, prompt and polite with her service. I always feel welcomed here!

Just found this place the other day by accident and WOW! Definitely my new spot! It has everything I want and they even got a drive thru! Been inside a couple times and always get greeted by Talia who runs the store with a huge smile. She even surprised me once when I was in there and overheard her speaking Spanish to another customer. Would not have known shes bilingual from afar. Very welcoming energy in there, for sure my new go to spot!

One of the cleanest, well organized stores I’ve ever been to. Very friendly and personable staff. There’s a huge variety to choose from.. (many different vapes *from disposable to high end touch screen products*, many juice flavors to choose from, hookah, cigars, cigarettes always in stock, ) and I’ve never seen a DRIVE-THRU tobacco shop!! So it’s literally a convenient store/tobacco shop.. snacks, grocery, beauty products... literally everything in one shop! I won’t go anywhere else for my tobacco products. You can literally get everything in one stop here at this place!
