Careful! I’ve bought 4 disposables from them and 3 of them came with dead batteries and the other died after about 20 of the 500 advertised puffs. I bought elsewhere and the same product came sealed in tamper proof outer plastic that wasn’t present from this store. Employees seem nice though for what it is worth. Avoid disposables and you might be good. I won’t make assumptions about their other products.

I really like the staff that works here, they are super friendly. My issue is every time I get a vape from this place, it loses flavor the next day. I can go to Joker Smoker and my vape from there will last me 4-5 days. While I enjoy the staff, I won’t be buying vapes from here any longer because it’s a waste of money to have to keep buying vapes cause it loses flavor in less than a day.

They have a huge variety of tobacco and hemp products to choose from, as well as very friendly staff. The only reason I give three stars instead of five is that they limit your purchases. I dont really I understand why I am not allowed to buy a whole box of wraps when I have the money ready to go, but still a decent store.: edit/update:Thanks for responding, and that makes sense. Thanks to Malique for providing great customer service. I was ready to leave a bad review but decided to give them a chance first. I was happy when they replaced the defective item. They really seem determined to deliver a positive customer experience.

Beware — No COVID Precautions Taken HereThe last three times I’ve been into visit here, neither the employees nor other customers have been wearing masks. Today there were five people inside, all mask-less, even though it is mandated by NC law. Not sure why it isn’t being taken seriously, but it’s really upsetting to see such a lax effort to safely due business, especially in the midst of the worst spike yet. This place is just asking to contribute as a super spreader.There are plenty of smoke shops in the area — Don’t risk you or your loved one’s health by shopping here.

Stopped by at just after 8am on a Monday. Weren’t open. Went and got gas and came back. Still not open. Dk what’s with smoke shops and not actually being open when they have posted hours.Hopefully I’ll actually get a chance to see why everyone else rates this place so highly at some point.
