Let me first say best experience ever. My guy James Cosgrave is the best at what he does. If everyone would take a page from his playbook sales would probably go through the roof at other stores. This guy goes well above and beyond to help you make the right decision for you. This is my second purchase from him as I buy new phones every year and I stay almost 3 hours away from his store. Yes he’s that good. You guys go check him out at Crabtree Vally Verizon I promise you it will be the best experience ever. Love this dude!

Im combining two 1 star experiences into a single review. I chose this store- Victra in Crabtree Valley Mall- to purchase/pickup my new phone due to its convenient location. I would drive anywhere in the triangle to avoid going here again. Heres why:Experience 1: In 2018, I upgraded my device at this location. I was offered a paid service to transfer my data from my old phone to the new one which I accepted. After waiting >30 minutes, the employee gave me my new phone with the transferred data. I immediately realized upon returning home that all of my data wasnt transferred, so I did it myself on a personal computer in less than an hour. Upon calling the store back to request a refund for a service I paid for but was not given, I was told that wasnt possible. I had to spend over an hour on the phone with customer service to submit a complaint. I was never refunded the fee required to transfer my information, which is a scam in and of itself when you can do it so easily at home.Experience 2: In 2021, I ordered a new phone online to be picked up here, which I was led to believe I could do the same day. I receive an email telling me I will receive a notification when my order is ready for pickup. Two days later, no notification. I call the store and am directed to an agent who goes back and forth between me and the store to investigate. I soon found out why I wasnt able to talk to the store employees directly. My order was submitted successfully, but the phone I ordered was sold to another customer yesterday. Because the store was so busy the employee forgot to inform me of this. But dont worry they say, weve cancelled that order meaning I miss out on the promotion I had originally. Please go online and go though that entire process again, but this time pay full price, they say.Who has ever heard of such things? Avoid this location at all costs.

My phone was broken and I was really hesitant on buying a new one. I was already in a bad mood because my phone was broken and I knew If I wanted to get a new one it was going to be pricey. I didn’t know much about iPhones but Brandon Was super nice and informative on getting me set up. He was patient, kind and uplifting! He set me up perfectly to have a better day! I will definitely be coming back to get a iPad and/or Mac for school next semester! Thank you so much Brandon!

Let me start off with my experience at this particular location was the best experience I’ve ever had while being a Verizon customer for ten plus years. The manager James was absolutely fantastic to work with. My fiancé and I had been having a terrible day with bad experiences at other Verizon locations trying to upgrade our phones. We are very glad after a long day we luckily got to speak to James and have him help us. He made the process that can be long and confusing of switching to two new phones from our dated ones very easy and quick. He helped us in the beginning get set up and answered all questions with ease and then his associate Matt helped finish up the process. Matt also did a great job helping us throughout. All in all if my fiancé or myself ever need to go to a Verizon for assistance I know this will be the location we will go to and will ask for James and or matt to help. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. Thanks so much for the help and for turning a long day around.

Had a great experience at this store. I showed up with about an hour left in the day, and Alex greeted me personally and enthusiastically. He readily had concise descriptions and information available for any phone of my interest. Upon selecting my new phone, Alex rang me up and offered to provide miscellaneous items and extra features in the meantime. There was about 10-15 minutes left during store hours, and Alex offered for me to lounge around or even hit the food court if I wanted to. He then, in the same manner with which I was greeted, greeted others who entered the store to make sure they were being assisted, and offered his as soon as we were done together. I wanted to personally commend him, and the store, for the warm and professional atmosphere. It was a smooth experience, and everyone in the store seemed to be on their A-game, even at the very end of the day on a Sunday. I was very impressed.

Stopped in after having a quick bite in the food court because i was considering upgrading my 7+ to an X but wanted to look at it. Mike Love came over to helped and I explained i was budgeted and didnt want any changes to my account; just an upgrade. He was GREAT in helping me navigate the swap out, didnt try to up-sell any plans or features, he was up front about any charges on the account for the upgrade, and even swapped over my stuff. I would highly recommend going to see him. He works 3-9 except on Tuesdays. :)

They bailed me out of a difficult situation. I needed a replacement phone on short notice to catch a pre-dawn flight the next day. Quinton stayed after closing and made sure I had a working phone before I left. I am very satisfied and would shop at Victra again.

Im only giving this Verizon location three stars because of Quinten. I went up to find out if there were any deals on the Samsung phone and the employee, Jennifer put her hand up and rudely said Im on a call instead of simply grabbing another employee to help me. I was asking for someone else but for all she knew I was switching providers and upgrading my phone. I have never been treated with that much disrespect by an employee and will not be using that Verizon location ever again unless I am helped by someone other than her.

Alex, the assistant manager was by far the friendliest, smartest, and BEST person I have ever dealt with from ANY phone company! After an Apple Customer Service Rep completely ruined my order, I went to Verizon at Crabtree Valley Mall as my last resort, hoping that by some miracle someone could save the day ... And Alex did! Not only did he completely undo the mess Apple had made, he was also kind, great at multitasking (helped multiple customers while I was there, but made sure each person felt as though they received 100% satisfaction), and also knew the answer to every single question his coworkers had... I am beyond impressed and will definitely be back in the future! Thank you, Alex! :)

I have been very happy with Verizon but not this store. While they were nice. We were charged extra fees because they are an indirect dealer. When I called customer service they were upset about what took place in the store because of lines that were added that were not needed. Also our bill ended up being $30 a month more than what we were quoted in the store. People are not knowledgeable and are looking to get you out as fast as possible.

Brianca Jeffrey sold me my phone & I absolutely love it. She was kind & courteous & listened to exactly what I needed without trying to upsell me for a more expensive plan just so she could get the commission. Every other carrier in that mall tried to run that on me, but not her. Shes smart. She did a wonderful job. I will always deal with her for my phone needs. And the managers are so competent & really quite enjoyable to deal with. Great experience all around; probably the best Ive ever had to date dealing with mobile phone carriers over the years. Top notch customer service & attentive & polite dealers, who treat you like the smart consumer you are.

I was offered a free upgrade for my Verizon hot spot. Then was presented with a bill for the equipment.It was a small fee so I paid it, thinking all was good. But no. I got an upgrade fee on my Verizon bill this month.So a free upgrade for their device comes with 2 separate charges.I returned to the store to see if they could remove this hidden fee and they said well have to have the manager look at it. and she is on vacation this week. (of course she is)They were even so helpful; as to suggest calling verizon customer support.Well I did. and they refused to help me either.I have been a customer for 11 years. Maybe its time to find a new provider.

My sister bought a new phone from this store over the Christmas holiday; she recently tried to file an insurance claim to have the phone replaced, and they are not honoring her claim. She has provided documentation that she accepted the insurance coverage but now Verizon says they have no record of it. Corporate is passing her off to the Crabtree store and vice-versa. Glad Im with AT&T!!! (if I could leave them with no stars, I would!)

Bought a Tablet here for 150$ they said I would have to activate it for 50$. I said I didnt need one and I didnt want to pay verizons 20$ a month fee. He said you could remove the device after it is activated and you would only have to have it on a few months. I am now in a contract with verizon for 2 years. To remove the device would cost 175 dollars. I hate verizon its not enough I pay over 200$ a month cell phone bill. They are trying to get an extra 175$. These guys say one thing and apparently the paperwork says another. Dont trust them. They are only trying to sell.

Walked in for a phone cover walked out with a free tablet and all I had to do was extend my contract and Ive had Verizon for almost a decade so a free tablet for keeping a service I planned on keeping anyways, cant go wrong with that and now I can get on the internet anywhere Verizon is, no more relying on wifi!

Looks like the retailers are based on disrespect and not helping the customers from what the akward short chinese lady manager was saying. Just disrespectful. Someone please replace her. I bought a phone from this location towards the end of August last year and bought a $50 glass protector which the sales rep said had a 1 year warranty in store if the protector ever broke. So I decided to go ahead and get it replaced since it was broken. I walked in the store today with my 6 mo/old and 6 yr/old and explained to the manager Jennifer the situation. She said she wouldnt replace it because that information was incorrect. I told her that the information was not incorrect because I know for a fact that they were replacing it in store and therefore they should still honor it. She said she wouldnt and told me to go online instead and do it there and that it was very easy to do so. I told her why should I have to do that when I was still within the year and regardless of whether they still say that or not to customers now, I should still get the screen protector replaced because this was what they promised me. The manager got very rude and started yelling at me and told me she was going to call the police on me and have me escorted out of there. She told one of her employees to call the police because she wasnt going to allow anyone to be nasty to her. I NEVER yelled or disrespected her and it seems like her employees are either scared of her or just as rude because when I asked 2 of her employees, including the one that was calling the police if they thought I was being nasty, they just completely ignored me. I tried asking the manager Jennifer why she was going to call the police on me when I was NOT being nasty to her and she kept YELLING over me telling me she was going to get me escorted out of there and kept telling the employee to hurry up and call or she was going to call herself. The funny thing is that Jennifers voice was the only thing you could hear because she was the one yelling and being nasty to me. In the end I told her it wasnt necessary for her to call the police because I was going to leave myself. She did all this yelling in front of my kids and my 6 year old started getting scared because he thought I was going to get taken to jail. Jennifer is the rudest person I have ever met. The old manager and old employees were totally different. This store is NOT the store it used to be. As of a couple of months ago, the whole atmosphere in that store changed and they changed their whole staff, mainly because all the old employees left for one reason or another. This company is NOT A Wireless anymore. They got bougbt by another company and since they did, their customer service went from great to one of the worst. This manager should either get fired or be trained to provide good customer service because she obviously doesnt know the meaning of that. I saw another review that descibed her. She is the asian one with the highlights. Theres no other asian employee there but her, so just know that Im not the only customer she has been rude to. But yet she claims that we are the ones being rude to her. She got my 6 year old scared and to be completely honest the only reason I ever left was because of my kids. I didnt want them to keep in that situation for one more minute. If I wouldve gone alone then the story wouldve probably been totally different. The only reason I kept calm was because of my children. If you go to this store then go at your own risk. Make sure you get everything in writing and that you dont even speak or else Jennifer will threaten to call the police on you or tell you to just do it online. The old customers know who used to work there and the manager back then were great and provided excellent customer service. The employees now and the new manager suck big time. They dont care about customer satisfaction.All they care about is making their commission and if youre not going to buy then they want you out of there.A TODA MI GENTE HISPANA, NO VAYAN A ESTA TIENDA. Be sure to document everything that the employees of this store offer when activating a service because they offered to give me credit in the activation of five telephone lines, after two months I called the customer service of verizon and they told me that this promotion did not exist, return to the store with the same seller and denied what he had told me when I activated the service

I came to this location looking for an upgrade a short time ago and I was kept waiting for a long period of time. The person I was dealing with was extremely rude over an issue with my account. I cant recall her name (she was asian and had highlights) and she was extremely impatient and came across abrasive. She is not someone you should have working with people.
