As always this service department is exceptionally SLOW! I had an appointment at 9:45, which I arrived early for. I asked about an estimated time - everything was routine maintenance, no issues with the vehicle. I was told approximately 90 minutes. Over two hours later I was called for my car. While the savings sounded nice at the time, I hate I ever bought the family plan! This has been an issue every single time I go. My time is so much more valuable…

Service required was a simple oil change and inspection. The service time was estimated to be 1.5 hrs. In reality it was just shy of 3 hrs. I presume the work was completed properly. As an added insult my vehicle was not vacuumed unlike the others I saw when I dropped off my car. I’m disappointed. I expect better service from the dealer. Otherwise I can easily take my car to a quick lube sop for a lot less money.

I came in looking to see if there was any other diagnostics for my 2015 Nissan Sentra which was having transmission issues. I told the tech that I already have been told that it needs a new transmission and I brought it to Nissan to see if they could give me a better option.After explaining this to my rep, he instead of telling me that this is a common problem and the only option unfortunately is the replace the transmission. He told me they will find out the issue and began to charge me the $200+ to tell me what i already knew and told them.I understand that the techs need to be paid for the work they did but I find it unethical for charging a customer for a diagnostics which you already knew the results and taking more money from the customer.

Went to get maintenance done for the first time since purchase the vehicle and wasnt aware tire rotation wasnt covered. You would have thought the service technician would have explained that and asked me if I wanted my tires rotated since that would be extra cost. So unprofessional I found and feel that next service any maintenance performed on my car not part of my family plan without my permission I will NOT be paying for.

I had an APPOINTMENT for an oil change and tire rotation. My tires made a roaring like sound and they said they would check them also. After 2.5 hours for an oil change/tire rotation (ridiculous) they said they had to drive the car to hear the sound which was another hour.I drive 45 minutes to get my services done. I have purchased my last 3 cars from here and they have always seemed to be ‘running’ behind. Spacing the appointments out more would probably help this.Justin made the experience better and was very courteous. The dealership as a whole is fine. It’s the wait times to get service done that’s the problem.

This was my first visit to Fred Anderson Nissan to have my Murano serviced but it will definitely not be my last. Every interaction from the initial phone call to schedule the service through paying for & picking up my car when service was completed was extremely professional. The staff was courteous, helpful and went the extra mile to make sure that I was satisfied. This type of customer service is rare in these post COVID reopening of businesses. Overcharged for a 60k service, then had to make a separate appointment to let them know the vehicle was leaking oil in my driveway/garage. They managed to not tighten the drain bolt correctly, which is a problem I’d expect doing a $20 oil change at Wal-Mart, not paying >$1,000 at a dealership. Recommend going elsewhere.

Vehicle had recall needing repair.Service providers were able to get the car scheduled for same day service. Matthew&service team handled Repair, cleaned car, communicated thoroughly. Then I scheduled also leather driver seat repair parts. Great quick responsive timing.Look forward to working with the Fred Anderson Nissan team again when parts are in for Driverside altima.

I brought my car into Fred Anderson Nissan for servicing. Normally once the tech gets to the car an associate comes out to give you an update about what was found other than what you brought the car in for to see if there are any other issues to address. I have been taking my car since 2018 to Nissan for maintenance and every time, but this time no one came out which became odd. The associate finally came and got me and told me my car was ready. He brought to my attention that the wheel alignment was not calibrated exactly because one of the tire rod ends seem short, but never came to ask me after the tech made that observation to see if I would like them to replace the tire rod ends so it would be aligned exact and my wheel alignment would not go to waste. Instead, he told me it was not aligned to the appropriate calibrations. So, I am still in the same position I was before I brought my car to them. I would have rather them fix the issue instead of leaving me with unfinished business of replacing the tire rod ends and paying for another alignment. I will not be going back there. That is not a good way to do business by not letting the customer know what is going on so the customer can proceed as he or she see fit.

Garret in sales is Awsome he helped me get a lower cost with my dignostic . You guys are saying that diagnostic is free but I paid almost 500$ just to have my transmission look at and I already knew it was my transmission not sure of why I was charged that much . Then I paid 3,200$ for a brand new transmission that required me to bring back my old transmission to get a 800$ refund . I thought that was really crazy. Money don’t grow on trees and for you guys to be a dealership its not good to be so high on things if expecting customer satisfaction. Overall experience was a 7 and I don’t recommend getting a diagnostic done here or purchasing parts they are really expensive

She went above and beyond to keep me informed about the status and cost of the repair and her efforts were very much appreciated. The repair was completed in a timely manner and the cost was in the range I was expecting. Pretty cool. The technician provided a short video showing me what was causing the noise, described what he did to fix it, and related precautionary measures.I am a bit confused because the techs video said they couldnt check my TPMS because thier tool was broken, while the clerk in the bay said they checked and found a rechargeable battery had failed but it couldnt recharge it because none of the techs had one with them.They appear to have fixed my AC problem... Im baffled. My truck is 12yr old, and I nearly 100% go to Nissan dealers for any maintenance. ..... Why did my AC stop blowing as much air, and the air temp was only cool but not cold, when it was about 2yr old, AND a couple other Nissan dealers saying that was normal............ but now 10yr later... (along with the trickling noise) all of a sudden it can really pump out tons of air thats freezing, and now Nissan casually says, yah, thats normal.Oddly... my driver side window motor was so sluggish and was sometimes intermittent (oddly, this and other Nissans said thats normal although they warranty replaced the part about 3 times over its life thus far!!)... now works as expected, not sluggish, every time, AND my AC suddenly working great.What happened? Sounds electrical, but it just slowed down, didnt quit.

I came in for an appointment at 10am on 11/13/2020 and I was in my new vehicle by 12:30pm. The facility was clean and organized. It was absolutely no hassle whatsoever! Malcom (my salesman) was very personable and I did not feel like he was trying to “sell” me anything. He had the vehicle ready for a test drive prior to my arrival. I was given zero pressure to buy. I told him exactly what I wanted, he showed me the prices, and I MADE THE FINAL decision. He answered all my questions, and was even available to answer my questions after leaving the facility. Overall, I had an amazing experience. Thank you Malcom for getting me into my very first brand new car.

Purchased my truck from there in 2018 and everything was great. This is our 4th Nissan vehicle and never had an issue until now. In the last 2 years the service and staff has deteriorated to the point I hate to bring my car for service to this dealership. Got an all green pass even when my battery was dying and my tires needed to be replaced in February. They had my car for service last week to check engine light and fix a leaking window. They were supposed to do my oil change and was not done. We have left 2 messages for service manager and 3 business days later still no return call. Can’t wait to trade off my truck so I don’t have to deal with Nissan in the future.

The mechanic could show and explain what and how he performed the service on the car at real time, I really like the clarity and transparency of his job done. I am always pleased with their service and the service department. They did a great job on my oil change and tire rotation but, the car wash was disappointing at best. My car looks freckled with water spots and dust. Im not sure that they did any washing, it looks like it was sprinkled with water.

I needed to replace my 2009 Altima, and really liked the 2020 Nissan Sentra they had in stock. Unfortunately I have a fairly steep driveway and I didnt think the raked front end would clear the entrance without scraping. My awesome salesman, Raphael Garcia, offered to bring the car over for a test run, a 30 minute drive each way. When it did clear it, he continued to go out of his way to ensure I had a smooth purchasing experience, and was completely satisfied in every aspect. He even walked me through using all of the fancy new features that my old car certainly did not have. I recommend the dealership highly, and Raphael Garcia especially!

3 strikes- #1 “express services” - Scheduled an oil change appointment and it took 2 hours to service my vehicle for an oil change and tire rotation. Yet they sent me a video of my car report timed an hour before I checked out. I’m not sure why I was waiting an extra hour if they was finished. Definitely Have gotten better and quicker services at Leith Nissan where no appointments are needed for express services. #2 My visit prior to this one, my key pod was damaged during my service appointment yet I was basically told they couldn’t replace it. #3 my visit prior to the key pod accident I had to call up to the service department to see if my car was ready because I never heard from the advisor. He stated he tried to call me but I had no miss calls nor voicemails nor text messages. Definitely think the services at this place can be better based on comparison from other Nissan stores.

My car broke down and had to be towed back to Fred Anderson Nissan dealership. Within just a couple of hours they called me to tell me they identified the problem and completed repairs. I asked them to keep the car overnight and check it again in the morning since it involved the battery and the electrical system, not only did they do that but they also re-checked the battery again in the morning. The car was fine and ready for pick up. Excellent service and a very happy customer.

They make everything really straightforward. Right now, because of Covid, they are texting you a short 2 minutes video of what they looked over on the vehicle and what is needed or recommended. Then they text you the estimate and you can choose which services you want to agree to without even having to speak to anyone. You just check or uncheck the boxes on the estimate, and that’s it. I think they should keep this method even after Covid, as I thought it was a super efficient process. It was also really informative because the technician working on the vehicle explained why they were recommending what they were at the same time as they were showing you what you were seeing in the video. These guys have always been great, and as someone who spent 3 times what they intended to spend when they walked in the door today, I still say they are the best. They keep me safe on the road for sure.

Rachel Webb deserves major acknowledgement on her level of customer service. I have had previously negative experience with Fred Anderson of Nissan. I am not about to go into full details, but I have been extremely disappointed with the level of service I once received and have been very skeptical on returning. Today 8/29/2020 my visit was very pleasant. At first I had to inform the young man that was moving my vehicle outside of the bay area to roll back up my windows due to the nature of the weather. I can tell that this young man was not made aware to not leave customers windows rolled down with the key left inside of the vehicle. Rachel assisted me on this matter and it was resolved. There have been many of times I have gotten my car back and the radio was turned on and all the way up. There has been times when my coolant seats was left on high. I stated thise two because I myself never use those features as much. My radio is never left on and turned up high. Still not going to get into details but a technician once before collided with another car damaging my back bumper. Not sure how that was able to happen with my car has several safety features and 6 cameras. But today visit was very warming and it was all because of Rachel Webb. My number one go to guy used to be Jacob Oliver but he is no longer with Nissan and now my go to person is Ms. Webb. Again todays service went very well and I have Rachel to thank for that. She provided very detailed service and allowed me to feel like I am still a valued customer.

I came in for a oil change and rotate tires. I requested Full Synthetic and I emphasized it because the last four years my car only used synthetic blend. I switched to full synthetic in February permanently. Josh McMillan assisted me. He was very kind and courteous. After my car was complete, I noticed I was charged with Synthetic blend. I immediately showed Josh and he immediately took my car back to the technician to get it done right. I emphasized to Josh to make sure he replaced the oil filter too since synthetic blend is mixed with conventional oil. I had a home refinance closing right after and showed it to Josh because I was in a hurry.(I left ample amount of time between the appointment and refi closing). I offered to pay for the correct amount because Im not one of those customers. Josh declined and offered as compensation. Im pretty sure there was a communication error between Josh and the technician. It happens. No ones perfect.

First of all I had a 1:45 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, originally quoted 60 minutes, needless to say it was 4:15 when I was leaving. I watched several vehicles that came after me( I was sitting on the outside patio area) come and go even before my vehicle was worked on. Was this because I was on the family plan ?Then I was told I needed battery service. I had just purchased the vehicle 3.5 months ago, and was first going to be charged for the service. Then to top it off they broke the battery terminal they were working on.I just find it hard to fathom the amount of time spent there for an oil change and tire rotation especially if I had an appointment.

I had a appointment for a routine oil change and arrived approx 7 min early. They were very nice and greeted me immediately. Upon review of what needed to be done, the service rep commented on how I had just purchased new tires. When reviewing anticipated charges, he showed a charge for tires rotation. I reminded him I had brand new tires and there was no need for rotation so he took that off. I also needed wiper blades which were at full price but being with Anderson family plan, I had to also remind him there should be a discount. He agreed and added. I then proceeded to wait over 2 hours for an oil change and wiper blade replacement. He did check I. With me once and was very nice. At one point I just gave up and went to find him. They were finished with everything except the car wash which I declined. I did express my displeasure with waiting for over two hours for something that could have been accomplished in a fraction of the time. He did give me a $25 discount on the bill. Again, he was very courteous and nice the entire time but I feel the time spent there was absolutely unreasonable.

Brittany Rush in the Service Department is so friendly, knowledgeable and professional that I didnt mind spending as much as I did for the necessary maintenance of my vehicle. They need more like her to help everyone through the stressful situation of getting our vehicles serviced.

I dislike when I pull in the garage and I never know if I should approach someone because no one ever approaches me and I’m just kind of standing there looking and feeling a little awkward. But I walked up to someone named Brittany and she was a great help!I appreciated her explaining the payment plan option to me and helping me to see if it was something I’d like to do. Even though I declined, I very much appreciated her for walking me through the whole process. I’d love to work with her again in the future!

Great staff and I did appreciate them letting me know right away about the wait time. Wish theit complimentary car washbwash better, which apparently only include vacuuming, and washing off the exterior but dont clean your tires, nor do they wipe down any part of the interior not even the windows. 😞

Had the works done. The team at Fred Anderson Nissan is a prime example of excellent customer service. On time, as promised, excellent communication, just a joy to deal with. My usual advisor, Rachel was busy. Normally I try to stay with the same rep, but Hardy took over and the great service that Rachel provides each time, was duplicated. Thank you Hardy and the Anderson team for rocking it once again.

The service took entirely too long. Appt 8:45 left at 11:35 for a simple oil change and other simple service. I get it, its Saturday however too long.
