Had the worst experience at Leith BMW I had my 5 series for 10 months, had 3 check engine issues ( gas cap and front vent) issue drove 50 miles to the dealership getting there at 730 they open at 8 just to get hassled by 3 individuals of how they would not even look at the vehicle. Then I asked for the manager at 1st he was a little shaky but he looked at the code that I provided and said it would be about a 30 min fix. I told him they ruined my BMW experience I went to Johnson Lexus (within walking distance) sold the BMW and got a Lexus, great customer service go to Lexus they have excellent customer service and vehicles...

The service department was very polite and helpful and took the time to explain things to me. Cant beat kindness and automotive support all wrapped in service delivery.

I came to the dealership to checkout the X5’s. Zachary Doyle came out and greeted me. I test drove and loved the vehicle however the options were limited and I told Zach what I was looking for. A few days later he called me up and sent me pics of an X5 that fit me perfectly. We worked up the deal conveniently over the phone and I drove up to pick up the vehicle. Im going to break this review up into two parts. The first part is what they did right - they sold me a good car at a good price. I worked with Zach Doyle and he was ultra helpful in describing the car. He took the time to FaceTime with me and show me the specifics I had questions for on the car. He even took it on a test drive for me. He lined up all the paperwork ahead of time so when I got there, I just had to look over the car, sign the paperwork, and pay for it. He even picked me up from the airport. If this review was just for Zach, this would be five stars with no asterisk.Heres the part that 99.9% of car buyers wont have to deal with. I live over six hours away so I couldnt just drive over and see the car for myself. After reviewing the car with Zach, I asked to put a deposit down so I could fly out the next day and buy it (it was already mid-afternoon). The dealership said they dont hold cars. I then explained I was going to be flying in from Atlanta and was bringing my godson (who was flying from Houston) with me for a fun adventure we planed together since he just got his license. Still, the dealership had the same heartless answer - they couldnt hold the car. To the people at the dealership making and upholding those policies, I hope someone doesnt ruin the hopes of your 16 year-old because of an easily bendable company policy. You had a great car, just trust in the quality of what youre selling and people putting deposits down on the car wont be disappointed.On top of this, when my godson agreed to start our road trip from my house instead of the dealership, I told Zach to put the keys in his pocket and I would be there in about 2.5 hours. I bought an airline ticket, rushed to the airport, and got on a plane to buy a car I didnt have a deposit on. This made my wife furious at me, but she understood my situation because I was looking for something specific and this was pretty much my only option at this point.Its hard to say how I feel about my purchase experience. What most people care about is buying a quality car at a used price, and I got that. In return, I broke an agreement with a 16 year-old about letting him drive the car I bought off the lot, and it also caused temporary strife in my marriage. Therefore, the five star review is for Zach, not for the dealership.

This week, I hit a curb and popped a tire. Im 9 months pregnant and panicked. I was able to have my car towed to their location immediately, and was repaired the next day. My wife and I had looked at the X5s over a year ago and met a salesman here. He was very professional and friendly, with no pressure. The lack of follow through just confirms my previous post.________________________________________________________________Over the past 2 years, Leith service has repeatedly let me down.They havent called me when parts arrive.They left the steering wheel significantly off center after a 4 wheel alignment... which required me to make another trip to have it corrected.Not able to talk with a person when I call. Voice messages I leave rarely get a response. I have to repeatedly keep calling to get any action.Cant get a service appointment for many weeks and even longer if I want a loaner vehicle.I talked with management in the past and they apologized and said they would do better in the future, but it has not improved.Its been 3 weeks since I left my last voice message... and no response from Leith. I am trying to give them my business but they have made it far too difficult. Im done with Leith... time to try Southpoint BMW or an independent shop.P.S. I had a much better experience with Audi... may be time to go back to them.

Leith BMW is taking advantage of everyone that comes through the shop. I recently replaced the micro filter and they told my wife based off of mileage that she needed one. Then charged 150 dollars to change something perfectly fine. They also told her after 46k miles her spark plugs needed to be changed. They must be special gold plated spark plugs because they charged 426 dollars to do them. If you want to be screwed out of your hard earned money take your vehicle to Leith BMW.

I bought a US specs 2020 430i Gran Coupe while stationed in Italy. Shipped the car back to the US. Only issue was it had European maps installed in the navigator.
