Mike was very friendly and courteous. However, we bought a 2016 Mazda 3 that had some significant issues: 1) strong odor of cigarette smoke in the car, 2) battery clamp missing (YES the battery was floating around), 3) navigation wheel broken. Mike said that he would get the smell out, replace the battery clamp, and repair the navigation button. NOTHING was ever done. We negotiated on the price based on these promised fixes, which never happened. It has taken MONTHS and several cleanings to come close to getting most of the smell out. The battery clamp cost about $20 at advance (hangars and top carrier). The navigation button is far more expensive and a few hundred dollars. Admittedly, its a bad design from Mazda (if you put any weight on it), but they should have lowered the price, not promise and not deliver.On top of all of this, the printed documents were faded, blamed on a low toner cartridge. We requested ones you could read, never happened. SAR Enterprises has restored my distrust in used car dealerships, but I have bought from other dealerships so I know its just this dealer. Would I buy again from SAR Enterprises? Not a chance. However, Ill re-state that Mike was very friendly and did try to be helpful.

The service was good and everything went smoothly with my purchase. When I test drove the car it had a signal light out and bad windshield wipers and they replaced them before I bought it. After I purchased a couple days later the car drove great but at night I realized that a head light was out and I had to get another one. Overall I recommend the dealership, I just hope they make sure the small things are working that can easily be fixed before they complete a sale.

The owner Sam has an attitude and wont listen to the customer explain the problem thats sitting right in front of the customer. Ive bought a car from these guys and honestly want to tell you, potential customers, it isnt worth it. Dont buy from here or youll be in my situation, still with a car, without a car.So what happened to me I bought the car and less than a month later first my water pump goes out. They fix it, but they had my car for 2weeks. I get my car back 4days later my engine light comes on and I have no oil in the car. I call them and leave a message. And about 30mins later I show up to 2 salesmen sitting there. I pull the one who sales me the car and show him what up. We take it to the mechanic and he says, it was the engine oil cap and seal. He replaced them while fixing the water pump, but doesnt put oil back in the car. They power wash the engine and Im thinking its all good until 6 days later the light comes back. I buy a OBD2 to read the problems and not only is oil leaking all over the engine atop and down the side, but its coming from one of the cylinders and God knows where else. And now I battling the owner about selling me a lemon. And hes showing an attitude about it.So again I tell you please, avoid Sar Enterprises. Wish I can show you pics!

Avoid this dealership!! After taking the 2010 Honda Civic to my mechanic I came back to offer them a deal. I was willing to pay sticker price if they made some repairs. After the salesman made a call to the mechanic he said that they would take care of the repairs. Then he pull out a NON-REFUNDABLE agreement to buy the car if they make the repairs. I thought about it and was about to sign the paperwork, BUT I remembered other reviews about this agreement. I have financing and was happy to buy the car, but after refusing to give them this NON-REFUNDABLE agreement the salesman took a different tone. The salesman said that they were not going to do the repairs and that they had someone else coming in to buy the vehicle the next day. They said that they would be able to sell it without investing any more money into the vehicle. I hope who ever buys this vehicle is ready for a costly $$$$ repair down the road. Good luck to the uninformed buyer of this car. People please take the cars you are interested in to a trusted mechanic and dont listen to these other reviews where they say that SAR Enterprises checked out their car and went some extra mile. I trust the people that dont just go to the lot and buy a car the same day. Sleep on your expensive purchases and educate yourself! Another note, I understand wanting to ensure someone is coming back to buy the car with this NON-Refundable agreement, but I let them know about a problem with the car and instead of repairing it they intend to sell it to the next customer who is willing to give them cash.

This dealer is a no-go, try to avoid it... I bought a car from them and less than a month after, the engine light came on: it was the catalytic converter. I talked to them and after trying to avoid taking responsibility, they replaced it. After less than a year the catalytic converter is broken again because they used an old part, so they didnt repair it, they hacked it. The first time I took the car to the shop, when the catalytic converter first broke, they told me that the car was a mess. Part of their detailing (their own words) consists of covering the rusty parts with metallic paint to hide their poor state. Not trustworthy.

I needed an inexpensive car fast and after searching the internet for days I came across an almost too good to be true deal from SAR enterprises. Based on the mileage and the year this Saturn Astra was almost too good. I wasnt disappointed not with the car and not with my sales rep at SAR enterprises. From the initial phone call to the countless questions that I had, all the way to the in-person meeting at their lot I was very impressed. My sales rep Robert was incredibly helpful and very professional, he was patient with me and all the questions that I had and not once did I ever feel like I was at a used car lot with all the stereotypes that come with used car salesmans. The entire sales process was easy and smooth and I was very pleased with Robert and their team. There were a few things that I want to check out before I made the final purchase and Robert gladly took care of that with me and wasnt frustrated with all the things that I wanted them to check out on the car. As far as the car itself Im very very pleased Its a great little car for the price. Lost keys unorganized and the car stared to over heat when driving be careful.

The car we went to look at had a transmission leak and oil leak. The engine had a vibration to it. And all the other cars didnt look much better. It was so packed with junk cars that you could barely walk between the cars. There was no parking. And no one came out to help us. We had to go inside to find someone who seemed like we were just there to bother and annoy him. We were reallu interested in the car until my husband found the leaks and engine vibration.

I bought three high end cars in past three years one for my Son and the other two for my wife and myself (one month ago) I was very satisfied with their services, prices especially the quality of the cars, all three cars we have still in great condition and trouble free, we will continue to buy cars from SAR and also highly recommend all my friends go there first before going somewhere else if they are looking to buy good quality and the best price used cars.

I had a great experience at SAR. The staff were friendly and helpful with my new purchase. Sam and Robert answered all of my questions and needs.

Found the car I was looking for, though the screen in the navigation system was very washed out and difficult to see. They told me they would put it into the contract to repair for me. About a week later they let me know they had the screen in and replaced it and it looks great! The only problem I ran into was a younger person had done all the paperwork for us and I got a call a few days later telling me Id have to come back in to redo some of the paperwork so that the DMV would accept it. Additionally I found out that my bank had not received the faxed paperwork for the loan and had not released the funds for the car, so I had to call them to resend it. Overall they seem to take care of their customers but the paperwork part seems like it was a little unprofessional. I do enjoy my car purchase though and was happy they didnt hound me into a purchase that I wasnt interested in.

Test drove a Honda Fit yesterday. The window sticker said $6995. We then found the same car on CarGurus for $6595 and on Craigslist for $6395. When I offered them $6000 they blew me off. A wasted trip.

I drove 3 hours from Calabash to Raleigh to check out a red 2012 GMC SIERRA and it was a waste of my time and $50 in fuel. It shows in the stats to be a perfectly maintained vehicle however I believe it was in an unreported accident. The bed was out of alignment with the truck, the bottom of the truck is bent in and the driver’s door once opened would not close. I was told you have to close to door gently or it doesn’t shut properly. Meanwhile I came to the lot in my white SIERRA with doors that work perfectly no matter how you close them. I should have been informed of these issues when I called or atleast these things should be listed in the ad. No one was able to answer the couple of questions I had and did not really seem to care. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealer strictly based off these facts. Very strange and uncomfortable atmosphere for a dealership.

I will say this, the staff was very friendly and never pushed me to purchase my car. Very patient and kind to say the lease. However they did charge me to hold the car I was very interested in, they charged me $300 for them to hold the car that was refundable if I decided not to get it which that was ok, so lets talk about the real issue, I bought my Nissan Sentra in 2018. One year later my transmission is going out and the car was sold AS IS with no WARRANTY. This place SELL JUNK CARS FOR THE LOW you get what you paid for, please people save your time and money. Go to an actual REAL DEALERSHIP and pay for a CERTIFIED PREOWNED CAR. I learned my lesson and NEVER AGAIN.!!!!!!!!!!! Sure the cars look good but check under the hood and the history of it FIRST!!!! Dont make sense for the TRANSMISSION to go out a YEAR LATER and its a 2013 VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!!

Shopping for a car and found one that I am looking for from this dealership on Autotrader. In their description it says that they only sell cars with clean histories, yet the carfax of that car shows that it is a salvaged title and was a total loss. I would steer clear from this dealer! I purchased a car from here exactly a month ago. i specifically asked them taxes, tag, title everything all included in the price, correct? (I was with my father and we both asked multiple times) Always got the same answer, yes maam or yes sir. I asked prior to signing any documents and during signing the documents. I then receive my tag in the mail and a bill for my NC property tax and my tag expires in a month. I of course call the office to figure out what was going on considering I just bought the car and hadnt even owned it for a month yet. I get told that is something that cant charge me for it comes from the dmv. Which I would have completely agreed with and respected if I was told that up front with signing my paperwork that there would be additional taxes and fees not included in the price that I would be responsible for. Again however, I WAS NOT. When I expressed that I didnt think that was fair or best practice.. I was hit by the salesman with I dont understand why you dont understand that. I never once said I didnt understand it I was simply stating I dont agree with them not making a disclosure of that especially after I just spent 14k on a vehicle there and I think I should be reimbursed for it. However the man on the phone took it entirely personal and started degrading me. I in turn got very frustrated, giving him back exactly what he had given me. I asked to speak with the owner, he told me he wasnt there. I then was hung up on. Yes, me as your customer, me as the one who just paid you 14.2k for a car that paid your pay checks. I then called the office back, they ignored my call. i called again and the guy who sold me my car (Robert) answered the phone. When he started telling me the same thing I had already been told I asked to speak with the owner again. This time I was told he didnt want to speak with me because he could tell I was upset. So the owner was in the office and there the first time I asked to speak with him. Again I was lied to. Not even to mention that is horrible business ethics. So I reply with you need to transfer me to the owners cell phone now. I also told him how could I believe him after i just caught them in two lies back to back. Two lies by two different people that worked there. He responded with do you even hear how ridiculous you sound right now? LITERALLY and then laughed at me. Again me the customer. Me the one who just spent money there. I was extremely appalled and frustrated at this point. Then he says he will pass the message along to the owner and he would call me if he wants. Meanwhile, he never once asked for my number. By far the absolute worse customer service I have EVER experienced especially at a place where people spend so much money.

SAR Enterprises is a horrible place to buy a car. I bought a 2011 jetta se with no brakes when they assured me they had plenty of break pad left... no. Almost got into an accident. The battery died 2 weeks after I bought it. And I had to register my car in New Jersey, but the guy Robert, couldnt even do his job and mail us the title. So my father could register the car in Jersey. I had to go back to the place myself and get the title to mail it to my father.... The front left tire was leaking air, and the E break had to be fixed. Buying an as is car from SAR is a very very bad idea. DONT BUY A CAR HERE

I had to call them numerous times that we never received a title and they said they had a titLe in Zebulon nc. I said we purchased it. They are like no you are leasing it from welcome fcu. Why is it leased? I asked do they have any documents that I paid anything. ROBERT said no. I said funny. Because I have a receipt for the payment. I asked for the owners information and they said no unfortunately not in. I said well let me have his phone number or email. He said owner doesnt like to give that information out. Well there will be a lawsuit against SARS because andrew de la mora sounds and looks like robert. So I am beginning to think they are pocketing the money and that they owe us back everything we just purchased because we paid in full all payments. I have bank records and everything.

When we wanted a new used car we went to SAR Enterprises. They came highly recommended from friends who had bought a car there. Since we had in mind what we wanted, we used their Locator Service to find just the right car. After just a few weeks, Halim found the car we wanted in great condition with the low mileage we wanted and at a great price. They check out all the cars both with Carfax and with a mechanic on site. Prices are reasonable and less than dealerships or huge car lots. He let us drive the car for a day to make sure it was what we wanted. We couldnt be happier with our purchase! Also, we were able to sell our old car to them reasonably and save the hassle of selling it ourselves and without losing the value we would have through a dealership.

I was on vacation and on the way home I decided to stop by SAR Enterprises after being refered by my insurance company. Immediately i found the car i wanted and told them to hold it a few days till i got my insurance check . which turned in to a week and a half. Ugh ! Needless to say Everyone at SAR was so nice and very understanding with my situation . I would definatley recommend them and will glady look to them for future vehicles. I wouldnt even give this place a star! Not even 1! The worse experience I have ever dealt with! Horrible customer service. Sold me a defected car! Granted a old car needs its work, but when you sell a car with multiple defects that I have to pay out of pocket is an issue! Bought a 2006 prius. When I took it out the lot, I took it to toyota to get an oil change because the sales man said I wouldnt need one. Sure enough i did. Here goes 50 dollars out of my pocket already! They did the inspection on the car and the breakes were at 3mm!!!! The air cabin air filter needed to be changed another air filter needed to be changed. Some lights needed to be replaced. The tire sensor was broken! I ended up fixing the issues on my end. As i called to get this taken care of I had to call 5 times for them to tell me to go in but i have to buy the parts! Mind you I live an hour away. On top of that the key to the car was a dummy. So it wouldnt open and lock the doors! So I decided to purchase a new key. When I went to program it the car wouldnt start!! I was told that my aceliry battery was dead.!! None drivable! I had to buy a new battery! On top of the key service I went in for. I called SAR enterprise and first the manager didnt have the odasaty to speak to me on the phone. Second all i asked is for my money back for the battery I just purchased! How does someone who sells cars sell a car with not a working battery! Thats essensial NO MATTER THE YEAR OF THE CAR. When i specifically asked the sales man if the battery was good! So there goes more money I had to put in the car! All i asked was for my batter refund. Nothing else! The manager was telling the sales man what to tell me on the phone. How unprofessional is that! To come to the conclussion that HE DIDNT WANT TO GIVE ME THE REFUND! He wanted me to drive the defected car for them to replace the car. Hence the car is none drivable! So then he said to tow it over!!!! Was he going to refund me to tow it over?! They did absolutely NOTHING! To help! Annnnndddd on top of that I went on vacation for 3 weeks and when I came back and drove my car all the lights on the dashboard turned on!!!!!!! HOW RIDICULOUS!!!! So i have a none drivable car. That I HAVENT EVEN MADE MY FIRST PAYMENT ON! Im late on writting my review. But this will also be taken to the Bureau! And to usaa for making business with this unprofessional SCAM of a enterprise !H O R R I B B L E! If you have had a good experience that good for you. BUT I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, NOT EVEN TO MY WORSE ENEMIE!

Ive known Bassam and Harim for over 8 years. Since meeting them, my family and I, have bought 5 cars from SAR Enterprises. Weve purchased both luxury and standard vehicles from SAR, and I must say their entire team is wonderful to work with. Not only do they have some of the best deals around but their honesty and integrity throughout the whole car buying process is what sold me. On top of the excellent customer service, the vehicles Ive purchased from SAR Enterprises have never had any major problems. These are definitely the guys who you want for buying Used vehicles. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM SAR ENTERPRISES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I bought a 2008 Jetta from them and had the check engine light come on on my way home. They fixed it only to have the light come back on on the next ride home. After a month of bringing them my car, them keeping it for a week, only to return the next time I drove home, I brought it a VW dealership. They had to replace $1000 worth of valves and sensors, SAR would only cover $400 (and that was after I talked them up from only $100). The next week my engine light was on again and now the bill is $1900!!! SAR sold me a broken car and refuses to pay for repairs. I have only driven 60 miles since I bought the damn thing!DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE CON ARTISTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This dealer is the top-rated one among those I have visited, fair price and cars of good condition. But the price negotiation is not that satisfactory.
