Jackson Auto Salvage helped me pretty quickly and efficiently over the phone. Was able to get a new (whole) taillight for my Saab for pretty cheap. When here to try to get a part that I needed for my car and the people were very rude tell me since I didnt have any tools they didnt have any that I could borrow and did their people did not have time to go pull the part that I wanted for my car will never go back to this place again

I purchased a full set of used tires for my Scion TC here with about 80% tread on them. I even had them mounted and balanced. The service and price together were unbeatable. I paid 1/4 of what i would have paid for new tires.

I purchased a used 2003 Lexus LS430 from Jackson Auto Salvage recently. The car was immaculate inside and out with new tires and freshly painted wheels. The owner even delivered it to my home. I doubt Ill be needing another car for a very long time, but if I do, I will definitely look here first.

Jackson auto salvage had my 2009 Aveo transmission for $450 he sold it to me for $350 I am very satisfied. Good deals good people.

Just called them ....was referred by another salvage yard re: a part for a vehicle they were showing in stock. The guy told no cant pull that part. I mentioned his website states U Pull meaning I could actually pull the part. He stated no, no that his boss wouldnt .....then he just hung up on me. Will NEVER contact them again for parts!

Called to ask about a part and to be honest the man who answered was very condescending “ that’s a $10 part” umm actually at the auto part stores a POV valve for vw tiguan in 120 so you are incorrect and you were rude.

Ive been all over the country with then military and have been to many salvage yards. I have never seen prices like this. The system was explained to me as if I dont know how it works. They are literally 3 times more expensive than anybody around here. I checked. 3/4 the price of new. I should have called before I drove 40 miles roumd trip. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

I bought a cassette player from here for $28 that didnt work so I went to return it. The man behind the register agreed and after I went into the yard to get a different part he then told me that he was only giving me $20 of in store credit. Their receipts are not itemized individually so how can I prove that I was charged more? Im extremely disappointed that he went back on his word. Not to mention I was charged $75 for a spoiler. Just completely terrible all around. Go to LKQ instead.

I called here yesterday looking for a pair of rims, was told they had what I needed and it was $75 for the pair. Called again to confirm they had the parts before I made the tip out there and was told it would be $75 each. I asked why and he claimed it had never been the original price and they’d have to order a second rim bc they only had one so it would be even more. It may have been a misunderstanding, but the gentleman I spoke with cut me off and pretty much hung up on me. Super disappointed in my experience.Note for the owners response:No sir your business does not strive to be great at anything, but disappointment. You attempting to leave a generic reply to a review I left MONTHS ago is further proof of how pitiful this business is.

They are all very right, here they do not help and the prices are very high for things that are very damaged, for those prices I better go to the dealer and there are new.

It was a great and wonderful experience, needed two old jeep rims of the style that I already had on the jeep due to damage ,called them they answered quickly, they had a very organized inventory system and we were able to match up the exact wheel I needed I drove there and paid a very reasonable price for what I thought was surely extinct, and best part is that it only took about an hour to call drive compare pay and leave

Refused to accept core charge return. Said they dont have a core charge but receipt clearly states $100 core charge, also doesnt state a 30 day limit on core returns.

Great service and fast. The tire prices are competitive and they let you choose them. There is a particular person that works there whose name I won’t mention, but he is a great, fast, and efficient worker. Excellent place to get parts, patch tires or tires in general. I would recommend you check this place out or call them to get a quote on a part that you are looking for. They offer excellent service and their personnel know what they are talking about. The front office is fast and will get you on your way in no time. Overall, great quality service at good prices.

Its a really good junk yard

Much better customer service than some of the other pull places. Unfortunately, you will probably be put on hold bc they’re busy, but the don’t rush you when they help you. They’re pull lot had what I was looking for, and it was dirt cheap. Definitely my new first stop.

I ordered a transmission from these people on Wednesday last week. The owner said the transmission would be in on Tuesday. Today I got news that my motor also has to be replaced. So because of the extra charges, Im just going to junk my car. I paid $700 for a transmission on Wednesday and I called them today, Saturday December 26 2015, to get a refund because I have not received the transmission and I dont need it anymore because my car will be junked. He said that he could not refund me and could only give me store credit. They have a 60-day warranty for the transmission. What would happen if I got the transmission and it didnt work? Are they just going to offer me store credit or are they going to refund me because they dont have another transmission? The owner told me he could only give me store credit and can not give me a refund because he had to buy the transmission from someone else. The owner is not professional and is extremely rude if you dont believe me you can call and find out for yourself. I will never do business with these people ever again

I love this place they have more wheels and tires of any salvage yard I’ve been to in North Carolina. I can always find my car parts here because they have what looks to be 1000 or more cars. The office staff is very courteous and know cars well.

Absolutely terrible service and all around business practice. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I talked to the owner after breaking down 4 hours from my house. He said he could have a new tire and rim (the parts I needed) out to me by Tuesday. This was on a Friday. I explained that I was in a bad situation and would have to stay with a friend and take off work but if Tuesday was the soonest I could get the part then so be it (nowhere else had the parts used at the time). He assured me everything would be fine. Tuesday comes and he sent me a completely busted tire in the mail and refused to give me a full refund. Not only was my money lost but 4 days of my time was wasted and I had to take more days off work. Long story short I didnt get home until Thursday. For the sake of customer service and trust everywhere please dont do business with this place.

Ive been coming to this junkyard for over 10 years since I moved to Raleigh. They have a friendly staff and the prices are reasonable. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Went there today to replace a broken wheel. They were very organized and helpful and had a large stock. When I picked the wheel I wanted they mounted the tire, put in a new valve stem then balanced the wheel. They also let me use their shop tools to change out the tire. Great guys and fun to work with.

Have bought tires and batteries here the staff is always nice. Bought a battery today and they let me use their tools and even helped me install it. Very professional.

Customer service is horrible. Well, at least for me it was. I called 5 hours ahead to pickup a part, in which the Hispanic guy told me the part ( brake caliper) would be removed from the junked car by the time I arrive. It wasnt. Then he proceeds to tell me I need to pay with a credit card to solidify the arrangement. Okay, cool..no problem. But did he inform me before hand? No! A complete waste of time! Never returning nor would I give a recommendation.

Yard was clean and organized. Good selection of small truck parts (ranger, s10, dakota). Price I paid for my door was fair. The vehicle inventory lookup on website was difficult to use, but I called them and they helped me out. Will be returning when I need parts again.

We are from New York here visiting friends and our car went off the road and had two flat tires which my husband drove on so my rims were all messed up. We want went down to Tom the owner of Jacksons he was awesome to deal with very helpful and family oriented which meant a great deal because I have a repair shop which is family operated. We bought a rim and tire and went back to our car. Once we put it on the car then realized that something was terriably wrong with the car. I called Tom to ask where he would go to get the car fixed he told me to come back down and he would have one of his guys take care of us. So off we went and the guy Jessie fixed our car within an hour. They were all unbeliveable with us. I couldnt be any more lucky to have this happen where it did and was able to meet life long friends. Thank u from the bottom of our hearts for going above and beyond for us! Its crazy something so bad turned out to be a good experience. We will definitely see u again .

Terrible service. My father and I went in to see if they a few parts for my jeep. The man who helped us was nothing but rude! The parts I needed were less than $100 brand new online and he wanted to charge me $190. When I informed him of this he told me you better by them online then and stormed off. If you can avoid this place at all cost.

The prices here a awesome and the customer service is even better. I needed to transport a car from Raleigh to SC. This was a spare of the moment decision but had to be done. I was referred there by a mechanic to get a battery and was literally at the brink of frustration. I went in and they took care of me and even took some extra time to make sure the car was ready to ride. I left with 2 tires and a battery. These were complete strangers but they listened and did what he could to help. They did not rush even though it was a Saturday and they closed at 5:30 and I didnt make it in to them until 5:15. Im very Thankful and appreciative and encourage anyone who is looking for good service and prices to go see Mr.Jackson and his friends!

The staff was very professional and friendly. I went in told them what I wanted and they had that plus more. They were very informative as well. I definitely recommend them and will be going back if I ever need to.

My dad got 90 day warranty on his engine (had many problems) first time, it was making a noise, he took it back so it could be fixed, instead it came back even worse with an oil leak and a lot of smoke. He got a portion of what he paid but never got the full refund.The engine was trash, the service was trash and so was the OWNER.DON’T TRUST THIS COMPANY!!

Was not given accurate location of car to remove part.. Walked around 20 minutes searching for the vehicle..ask 1 attendee out on the lot where the car was..said he didnt know and that he was looking for a tire. Went to office to ask for more help..if i wud have found the car the part wud have been 5$..20 minutes i walked the lot row by row..according to the front desk staff direction..he gave the part i needed to another attendee took him 5 minutes to find it..i had to pay 25$. Women are still treated less than..

I called for an item to be pulled a day prior to pick up so i would not have to wait... When i arrive and gave my vehicle information the clerk told me to wait. In a cold waiting room for 25 mins. I could not bare any more so went and sat in car for another 20 mins before my part was ready. They had alot of customers but not enough staff in office to help.

This place is great! Came to get a new tire and get it put on yesterday with my Fiance and it mustve taken 35 minutes at most! The prices are wonderful and they didnt turn us away even though we came in an hour before closing without an appointment! Everything was straight and to the point and the tire we got is in amazing condition even though its used! The mechanics were kind and knew what they were doing and even put air in my other tires for me! We will DEFINITELY be coming back here! Plus theres an adorable cat on the premises!

I called Jackson Auto Salvage to check to see if they had a wheel for my Acura because the website looked great, very professional and promising. But when I called I got one of their work men who was no help at all and Very rude. I wasnt sure exactly which wheel time it was though i new the make, model and year of the car but he was no help at all and gave me uncalled for attitude. I described it and he didnt even try to figure out which kind it was and just ordered me to take a picture of it and send it to his cell number. So I did what he wanted but when my phone wouldnt send it to his number he very angrily said that he had had that same number for over 10 years and it had been always working for him. So i kindly thanked him for his time and hung up. AND i know for a fact that if my HUSBAND would have called him with the same situation there would have been NO attitude, so women who are looking for car parts i suggest you look else where and let your husbands know that this is not a good business to go to. Thank you for your time.

$25 for a fog light connector? (Keep in mind this is not the actual fog light assembly. Id hate to see their pricing on that..)The thing is worth 3 or 4 bucks at most. Ive called here for pricing on a few things in the past couple months and its always the same ridiclous pricing.To LKQ I go.
