Took a vehicle I inherited in to get appraised (and possibly sold). Met Walt, who looked it over, test drove it, and made me an offer that I accepted. Walt asked if I needed a ride home to which I said yes. He had another associate book me an Uber to get home and she told they would be there in 9 minutes. In those 9 minutes, Walt did all the paperwork, had my tags removed and given to me, gave me his card, and had cut me check! He even gave me a mask for the Uber home, as I had not brought one with me. THAT is efficient service!

Couple weeks ago traded in a Jeep for a more reliable Honda Accord. I purchased a 2002 F250 7.3L Turbo Diesel from them. The Hollingsworth brothers were absolute fantastic to work and their no pressure sales model is great. I reached out to them via email to get some more details on the truck I was looking at specially in regards to the rust condition of the underside of the vehicle since I saw it had spent time up north. They got back to me very quickly and filled me in on the details I asked for. I decided to drive out to look at it in person. I hate pushy salesmen more than anything in the world and they were definitely not. When we arrived we found the truck and walked over to it to take a look. They were spot on on the details. I’m terrible with names but one of the Hollingsworth’s came over with keys in hand to the truck. He introduced himself and handed me the keys so I could start the truck up and inspect it. I asked about going for a test drive and once he had a copy of my license he let us out on our own for the test drive. The truck was exactly what I had been looking for. Everything was running great and After riding around for about twenty or thirty minutes testing everything in the truck I could get my hands on we came back and struck up a deal.Things kind took a bumpy turn after this. I left the dealership with my new to me truck and stopped down the road to pick something up at a store. When I got back in the truck it wouldn’t start. I called up Hollingsworth auto and told them the situation I was in. Walt dropped what he was doing and came directly to me. After looking at the truck he said he would have it towed back to the dealer and they would fix the issue. This was about 7pm so I was gonna have to wait till the next day to get the truck. The next day the owner of Hollingsworth was In contact with me all day long keeping me updated on what they found with the truck. Turns out the started had failed for some unknown reason. Mind you this is a 2002 truck so it wasn’t that alarming. They told me they would have it replaced on their dime and I’d be able to get the truck back that afternoon. By 1pm they had the truck all fixed up and ready to roll.Given that this was an older vehicle I in no way hold what happened against Hollingsworth auto. In fact I give them credit for going out of their way to make things right. I bought this truck as is so they could have left me out in the dust but they didn’t.they stepped up to the plate and made things right. I would without a doubt purchase another vehicle from them in the future.

Bought a used subaru from here. Was told that there were no mechanical issues. The day after driving off the lot, multiple engine codes came on. Tpms light. Turns out tpms system is shot. Catalytic converter system, including sensors, need to be replaced. Shady work was done on the car to mask high emissions.The engine codes were cleared the day before buying. Was lied to and told that they didnt. Ok. Guess our obd2 scanner lies. Yes I took it to get a pre-purchase inspection. Choppy work done from Midas (do not reccommend them either) to miss such thighs.Have had to drop another thousand getting these things fixed. Thanks Hollingsworth for your shady practice. Even if they didnt know about the cat, they at the very least cleared the codes to hide them.Avoid this dealer.UPDATETo respond to the dealers comment, they offered no such compensation. They said we can work something out. Did not offer to pay for the fixes. Considering that they sold me a car with a malfunctioning catalytic converter and installed emissions cheaters, why would I trust these shady people.avoid Hollingsworth at all cost
