I havent shopped in an adult store in years. I was greeted and offered assistance by two ladies when I walked in. One showed me everything I was looking for, told me about the different features and recommended some cool stuff. I browsed a bit and ended up buying two items. They checked on me, made sure I left happy with my purchases, and even tested them for me while I browsed to make sure they were working. They made me feel comfortable. I appreciated that. I came, I mean I visited fantasy video last weekend and was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness and knowledge our sales person Grace had and of such a wide variety of products. With so many different brands on so many choices, she really made the whole experience comfortable and we got exactly what we wanted and I am pretty sure without her we would have bought other things and not been nearly as happy.

Every time I come here I feel very comfortable and welcome. Staff are very patient and knowledgeable, and they help without being overbearing. Clean and well-organized store and a selection big enough to have variety, but small enough so as to not overwhelm. Absolutely elated at how much of their inventory caters to and cares for the gay/trans/queer community. This includes pride products, packers, compression shirts, and even some self-help books. I had to call back for help finding a charge port on a product and the absolutely sublime customer service continued over the phone. Ive been helped by a different person every time Ive come here, and every single time they leave me in a fantastic mood (pun intended.) Big thanks to everyone who works here! Keep being amazing!!!

My husband and I went there this morning and the lady that helped us was amazing. She answered all of our questions and let me see the product before buying. I would definitely recommend this store. Excellent customer service!!!!!

Ive had my eyes on a corset for a while now, finally decided to buy it the other day! I was bummed to discover that it didnt quite fit the way I had hoped however thanks to their varieties & helpful staff members, I was able to leave happy! Rusty encouragingly offered to help me try them on in the dressing room as well as respectfully asked if she had permission to assist with certain steps throughout the process. She was quick to order the correct size of the one I orginally wanted, which arrived the following day! I received a call upon its arrival and friendly greetings from the entire staff which made the environment much more comfortable and easy going!

Archy was the most helpful employee ever! They taught me everything I needed to know and were super friendly. They made it a very comfortable experience and I would highly recommend this shop to someone looking to enhance their sex life!

I have always bought my toys online and never been in an actual shop, so I made a friend come along with me as I was a little intimidated and self conscious. The staff is so friendly and knowledgable, I had a great first experience. I knew what I was looking for, but was open to a little exploration. The employee showed me many different toys, but in the end I went with what I knew I wanted.I didnt feel like I was being rushed or pushed to try something else, and once we narrowed it down, I found the perfect toy. I particularly like that you can test out the strength of vibrations in your hands before buying, I didnt feel like I was going in blind and would have to cross my fingers that it would be strong enough. The staff really is focused on finding what works for you and I will definitely be returning!

DO NOT SHOP HERE FAKE RHINO 7 AND RHINO BLACK....This video store use to be cool. I was able to get LEGIT products there. Now they are selling the fake ones and they know it. I confronted a clerk about the fake Rhino 7 having ZONE stamped on the pill but it had t have TWO LINES stamped on the pill also if the product is legit. They have DIFFERENT packaging than the REAL RHINO 7 and they are just stamped with the ZONE but NO LINES. There is a Consumer Alert about these fake products killing people by lowering blood pressure, etc and the FDA pulled these products but this place still sells them. The pill is suppose to be the same color as the number 7 on the package with ZONE and TWO LINES. The pills in the display case are real but thats it. When you point this out to them they reply, Oh I didnt know but REFUSE to give you an EXCHANGE for the REAL PRODUCT in the display case. Unless you want to risk death DO NOT BUY MALE ENHANCEMENT PRODUCTS FROM FANTASY VIDEO.
