Super sweet and helpful staff. Also VERY professional! Had such a fun experience here. Will definitely be back. I recommend this place because its clean and they have a huge selection. Whatever youre into I suggest you ask the staff because theyre knowledgable and make the shopping experience super enjoyable :) (prices were also very fair imo for everything!)

This place is a ripoff and misleading, my girl spent 75$on a device that she checked at the store When she got it home she turned it on And it did not work again every ,they promised it was under warranty before we bought it And said that if there were in problems All we had to do was to bring it back in they would handle everything...... WRONG!!!!! Dont waste your money here they lie and they do not Guarantee in thing for real You would be better off going to ADAM & EVE Then UK shop in the comfort of your own home and not feel like you needed a shower after you left the place

I was very pleased today after shopping here for the first time. Staff suggestions were great as well as the service. I am a women of color and plus size so I appreciate not being discriminated against today I will definitely be returning soon.

Just left, wife and I have been to this store for years. Max this girl who was working, what a snotty rude and unprofessional. Will never go here again. This place has gone down. No selection of movies, toys etc. other places in town that will get our money.

Not sure why all the negative reviews.. this is my go-to local shop for lingerie, stockings, toys, and other fun adult stuff. Ive always had a good experience, been treated fairly by the staff, and enjoyed the selection of items. Never had a weird creep experience either. Shop local instead of online & give FANTASY a try!

Great store, friendly staff, and a huge selection. Also, as far as I know, the only brick-and-mortar in Portland to have access to have abdl related items, specifically diapers. This is awesome! Highly recommend, as it will only encourage a broader selection.

This was such a unique adult novelty store and I loved it. I’ve been to adult stores in PA, NYC, and a few others in Portland and really appreciated how the vibe here was very artsy and simple at the same time. They had nipple clamps from Portland artists and fun displays that went with certain products. I didn’t feel sleazy or embarasssed, it just felt comfortable to be there.

I had the best shopping experience yesterday evening with Indigo. He was so helpful, kind, and supportive in me finding the best costume for an upcoming burlesque performance. such a better shopping experience then i could have ever imagined i would have at fantasy. another employee was super kind too, but i am forgetting her name.

Overpriced with some unreasonable return policies for unopened product. The floor staff is by and large helpful but the manager himself is extremely rude, attempted to grab my ID and called me stupid when I came into the store with face paint on Halloween looking for a pair of orange fishnets. The claim to be inclusive to all gender identities and budgets is a fat one for sure.

The employees there always make sure to tell you how they pre-charge toys for instant fun at home and in-store testing. What they obviously dont tell you is that they dont charge them properly. Most high end rechargeable toys have memory batteries, like phones. So if you dont charge it as the manual says the first time, your toy can be stuck with a 15 minute usage time. Which is what happened with my most recent purchase. No accountability can be held at the store with the no refunds or exchange on toys. Manufacturer is no help because its a HUMAN ERROR. Ill shop online from now on so I know my toys will be properly charged the first time.

Consider this an extremely mixed review. Their employees are wonderful, their knowledge is great. The arcade in the back is very well-kept and they also have preview rooms on the lower level for those who want a private space for a longer period of time. For all of this they get some stars. however, one of the most common things I visit a porn store for, is lube. Their prices on lube, had been at the very limit of what I was willing to pay before going elsewhere, and unfortunately between the last time I was there and this time, it has gone up further. If you need knowledgeable employees who will help you find the right lube, I do recommend this place. If you know what you want however, go elsewhere and save yourself money.

This place is highlyDiscriminatory and the staff pick and choose who and when they want to ID someone one. Me and my partner have been coming here for years. The backrooms/arcade have tons of homeless and druggies back there. Also, have tons of drug use going on and it’s not kept clean at all. So we stopped using the arcade and just come to buy product. We have started coming more frequently and most the staff have been very politie but have never ID me or my partner cuz we are clearly over 18. We’ll this Tuesday we went in and were helped by Noah who after 10 minutes of watching us and listening to us talk decide to ask us for ID. MyPartner has an Idaho ID and that had just expired and so they kick us out. Mind u about 5 people walked in after us and were never ID and kicked out. My partner is 42 and looks it. The manager also stated that there employees were following the rules. If this was the case everyone would be ID not just who they pick and choose. Don’t shop here unless u want to be singled out and discriminated against!!!

Both the Hollywood & downtown Fantasy Shops have the best selection of seriously sexy, relatively well made and provocative styles of clothing and lingerie more subtle than the usual adult costumes that are overpriced and scream stripper on a tight budget. Extremely comfortable stores for women to visit sans penis but if you want to shop with your man, the employees are consistently professional and wont embarrass you or judge. Great store with great sales.

The staff is so knowledgeable and they dont make you feel uncomfortable. They dont give you box info, they really know how things work. Hubby and I went there last night and bought an item to spice things up. The staff showed us everything we wanted and how it worked. We ended up going back a few hours later and buying more products. Some of the items are pretty spendy. We spent $220 on one item but I have to tell you... It was well worth it! Id visit again.

Ive been a loyal customer since I moved here 8 years ago. Really saddened tonight to have bought an item ive never purchased just to find out minutes after leaving that Taboo has the same exact item for 35% less!!! Feel really ripped off, even though i had only walked outside for 2 minutes of course I couldnt return it because sales are final, even though all packaging was totally intact. I wont be returning and feel taken advantage of. Total bummer.

I love the wide variety of selection on just about anything i could imagine. Seemed to be kept well clean. And Im pretty sure their technology is up to date. The staff was very polite and helpful, but.. . .Upon my departure I went for a Gatorade and the darn machine kept my money and Gatorade. The gentleman working goes to his computer and was there like 4 or 5 minutes to return with.. there are no refunds on the drinks. Well I thought he was reviewing my encounter to see me pay and get nothing. This doesnt change my mind of there just really sucks bc how thirsty I still am.

EXTREMELY DISSAPPOINTED.Bought an item here along with batteries for it, got it home, and it doesnt even work. Tried 3 sets of batteries and called the store to make sure there wasnt some trick to turning it on and their wasnt. They would let me return or exchange it even though I had just bought it two hours before.First time at the store today, spent $40 on a toy that doesnt work when I could have spent $20 on amazon and had it sent to my house. Extremely disappointed with the store, if they cant a)refund me for the item, b)fix the item or c)replace the item I wont be shopping there again.

This is the type of establishment you want to feel comfortable in. You want to not feel embarassed or ashamed for what you are looking at, buying, walking out with or walking in hoping to find. Societally we have been so conditioned to feel that way that places like this carry a heavy burden to overcome... HOWever that is a challenge lovely places like Fantasy try so very hard to combat every single day.The people who work there:To the employees yes its just work and they do it day in and day out, but they are professionally trained staff with sex positive attitudes and the information to find you what you are looking for while being humble enough to ask for help if what you need is not in their knowledge base. Fantasy does something a lot of adult stores fail to do, and that is hire a diverse group of people with different skill sets, knowledge bases, genders, sexual orientations and backgrounds so that you the customer can find someone to work with that you are comfortable with. Now mind you, they cant always nail this match but they try to in all that they do.How its different:Its not the Mac Store of adult shops but its also not trying to be. There is a place and time for that kind of suburban comfort of polish and plastic in your toys and consumables shopping experience for sure. But Fantasy is aimed at the general public, people who need less of a consumerism driven store front and more of a selection, knowledge, diversity and really gets into any and all fetish gear while still offering the perfectly pleasant vanilla toys and lube.Offering things others dont:Even the arcade booths offered at some locations, while certainly not all clienteles cup of tea is done thoughtfully and designed for private or non private experience. They are cleaned regularly, updated content often and when things go down they fix them quickly thanks to a staff that cares and knows how each and every location is different and has its own needs.The general wrap up:Now mind you they are trying to offer a wide array of price points and products. It is a no returns policy type of store and for good reason, would you want a dildo you knew had been to someones home but the swore they hadnt used it? NO! You wouldnt!So appreciate the protection they try to offer and accept its limitations. The biggest gripe I hear is folks feeling they paid to much for a product that didnt end up working out for them. Thats the way this industry works, you cant know how something is going to work for you until you try it and you cant try it until you buy it and take it home.SO, utilize their amazing staff and try to get as much info to make an educated decision about your purchase, its invaluable to have real people telling you their experiences or what other clients have said about this or that product in person.
