I saw this beauty (accessories taken off for this drive) and had to have her :) I made an online purchase after many photos and videos were sent to me. I have had her for about a month - no problems whatsoever! I got her in at our local European mechanic for a post-purchase inspection and everything check out great. Very nice guys. I believe they knew there was more issues with the Subaru I bought than what they told me. I also paid $90 for plates, ended up not getting the ones I paid for. When I sent a message to Matt, I got no response. Cut my losses and decided this isnt the place I want to do business with. Im thankful for my car and the Subaru expert I found in GP; he was able to find out the issues and get them fixed. I personally will never go back, but other people seem to have better experiences...you might too.

They didnt pressure me to buy, had quick replies when I was interested in a vehicle.They didnt follow me around, talking and trying to distract me during my inspection of the car I was interested in. I like to fully inspect a car Im interested in without any distractions and no pressure to hurry up. I even requested the car not be started or warmed up before I got to the dealership which they happily accommodated.They honestly answered all of my many questions and provided me with the Carfax and history of the vehicle without me having to ask. I felt that they werent trying to hide anything and the car they were selling was exactly what the description said it was. Completed a successful purchase with Tim a few days ago and have driven the vehicle over 700 trouble-free miles already. I had lots of questions and special requests for getting the vehicle ready; Tim patiently and promptly responded to them all. I flew into Portland and Tim even offered to pick me up at the airport. Tim, and PDX Motors delivered on everything they said theyd do.

Daniel and his team are some of the best. I spent over three hours mulling over my decision on a car and even more time than that going back and forth via text with Alex and everyone at PDX Motors was kind and patient while I asked a million questions along with my dad. They truly want you to be happy and taken care of. While some of the repairs needed on my car promised at purchase took longer than expected (seat tear, window crack and paint touch up), the first two were done perfectly and I was given contact to schedule paint job directly with their vendor. The industry is experiencing high demand like everyone else right now so I understand. When my AC went out during the first month, the dealer fixed it for no charge which is of course, a highly appreciated and very generous touch. Would definitely recommend!

I bought a 2006 4Runner in January. The buying process was simple and easy. I was told it was a “Toyota Certified” used car as it came from a dealer. Since bringing it home I have replaced the starter, battery, and alternator… fair enough on a 15 year old car. The kicker though, is the mechanics from PDXMotors replaced the timing belt and water pump shortly before I got it. Time has shown that they did this poorly and now I get to replace it again. There was no seal left where the coolant meets the water pump. They used a cork gasket, and, the whole pump is leaking now. I get to fix what PDXMotors did poorly.I’m now financially invested over $2000 over what I purchased this car for about six months later.

It is such a great pleasure and comfort to be able to continue to receive a great experience and care from PDX Motors from my initial conversation from Tim, and the continued support and care from Igor after several weeks of ownership. I called PDX Motors a week before our visit from Seattle, and Tim was a pleasure to talk with. Straight forward and direct to answer all my questions prior to our visit of a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara. Tim did not sugar coat or pressure on a sale that I have heard and experienced from the last 5 months Ive been car searching from previous dealers; which has made me walk away from other vehicles. Tim was able to pre-approve and hold the Jeep prior to our visit for test drive and decision. During our visit Tim welcomed us and help relieve the 2.5 hour drive more productive and comfortable by pre-preparing portions of the administrative paperwork. Furthermore, I am thankful to have selected PDX Motors, because Tim and Igor has comforted the burden and stress as I was alarmed when my temporary plates would expire; especially during a 4-day out-of-state business trip. Igor and Tim conveyed w/ one another of my situation; several days prior to when I reached out to Tim of my permit issue. Having the opportunity to directly talk to Igor, he quickly recognized me and took care of the situation; and orchestrated a solution 1 day before expiration, so I would not have to change my business itinerary and resume my travels; and thereafter, as I wait for my permanent plates from DOL. I know I plan to see PDX Motors first when my family decides to add or change any of our vehicles, especially after they carried the load on my shoulders and ease the situation from day 1 and weeks after ownership. Great experience after several bad experiences at other dealerships during this car-buying journey! They made it clear they would like to earn my business but did not place any pressure whatsoever and made it very comfortable and pain-free, none of the annoying sales tactics that I saw from others. Outside of the test drive the whole process, including negotiating the sale and completing paperwork probably only took about 30 mins. My salesperson, Alex, was great, as were the GM Igor and Alexs mentee Daniel who both helped me as well. Overall it was a good environment, and they also had good snacks which helps :) Highly recommend!

WOW!!! Excellent Service and AMAZING, GENUINE humans!! We called about 20-30 minutes before arriving, phone was answered quickly and professionally. I recently purchased a vehicle here. The whole experience was terrible. If I could give negative stars I would. The vehicle we went to look at had a beautiful ad on craigslist, said the vehicle was serviced. Upon arriving at the dealership we looked at the vehicle and it had several things that obviously hadnt been address. We pointed out all the things that needed attention. We got an apology from the owner about the condition of the vehicle since they hadnt gotten it ready for sale, or dealer reconditioned. Maybe dont list cars that arent ready to go, just a suggestion. The price was over retail book for this vehicle. When you buy something from a dealer it should be free of mechanical defects, have good tires, not have any major cosmetic flaws, at the minimum. Thats why you typically pay a higher price at a dealership. I pointed out the tires as one of the things that needed to be addressed. They were cracking and almost bald. The salesman said they could get all those thing done before we take delivery of the vehicle. So after thinking about it, I put a deposit down to hold the vehicle until they could fix all the issues. The salesman called me after a couple weeks to inform me they were done and I could come pick up the vehicle and sign paperwork. Upon arriving at the dealership, immediately I noticed the tires had not been changed. I mentioned it again to the salesman, he said, yeah thats right, thats my bad I forgot to tell them about that. I said it needs new tires, its a safety issue, Im not having my wife drive around in winter with my daughter on bald tires. Plus I was paying top dollar for this vehicle. The only offer I got was to now pay half the price of new tires, which should have been done already. Why am I now paying for part of it? I finally agreed to this deal, the salesman said he would order the tires it would take a couple days and he would let me know when to bring it back in. A month goes by, and a couple text messages and calls to the salesman go unanswered. Finally I had to leave a not so nice message stating my frustration, and magically I got a call right back. I took the vehicle in to have to tires put on and also address a rear speaker that sounds distorted. I got the vehicle back paid $380 out of pocket for half the tires. They said the speaker was fine, although it clearly isnt. After getting the vehicle back home, a hard rain happened and water started leaking in to vehicle by the sunroof. I took it to a reputable mechanic who repair this specific make of vehicle, and they said the drains were most likely clogged. Upon trying to open the hood the lever to open the hood broke, and the hood latch broke. These had been replaced by PDX motors before we took delivery of the vehicle, which we later found out the salesman was the one who did the work. Well, he installed the parts incorrectly, even putting wrong bolts in wrong places, causing it to jam and break. So another $500 bill to fix these issues for me. At lease I know its done right now. I also was informed the battery was weak which is another $300 since its a diesel. Bottom line is PDX motors communication with me as a customer was terrible, I would give them negative stars. Also dont sell a product for top dollar when it clearly has not been paid attention to, at least by someone who knows what they are doing. Maybe dont have salesman do repairs, that would be a good start. The oil hadnt even been changed. So I dont know what service they are talking about when their ad says its been serviced. The vehicle I paid a price for, that should have been considered in excellent condition was not taken care of at all. It has already cost me over a $1000 more in repairs been in the shop 3 times in 2 months. What a joke. Absolutely avoid this place, many other dealerships out there that will take better care of you and not ghost you when they obviously were in the wrong.

Beware. There are no Covid protocols being followed! I observed only one staff member wearing a mask. There were 4-5 maskless staff and customers in a small office. Staff is friendly, and the cars are nice and clean. But a weird vibe basically ignoring were in a pandemic.

Such a genuinely nice change from the typical dealership. prior to purchasing my car, i went to a kia dealership and i was essentially swarmed by car salesmen... i just about turned around and left.Matt at pdxmotors was awesome. at no point did i feel like i was being scammed like at many other dealerships. He also set me up with a bank that i actually trust, got me the lowest interest rate ive ever had in my life as well as the lowest payment. I would absolutely suggest at least looking at their inventory if youre in the market for a new car. i got a 2010 forester with only 50k miles from these guys!

Bought a bmw 335is from them, test drove it, there were a few flaws. Weren’t negotiable at all on price. Same day driving home had misfires in almost every cylinder, clips on ac were broken, trim clips were broken so trim pieces were dangling. Sold me a car that had problems also was overpriced. Disappointed cause I paid 25+ k and I’m still trying to figure out what’s wrong with the car. Has never driven how it should only on the test drive when I was respectfully driving with Gma in car. When I went home to give it some gas it would just cut out. Huge let down.

Excellent dealership. We went to seven dealerships looking for used cars and felt uneasy about every one except PDX Motors. We worked with Alex who is nice and professional, very knowledgeable, and never felt pushy. We ended up taking home a different car than we intended but are incredibly happy with it. They even let us bring it back for some fix ups like dent removal, seat heaters and missing floor mat replacement. Highly recommend Alex and his team to potential buyers.

As a first time car buyer I definitely suggest coming here to buy a used car, Tim stayed till after 9pm to get me in the car I had my heart set on that night. He also kept his word on them fixing a tire pressure sensor issue at no cost to me, it did take a couple trips but all 4 sensors were replaced thanks to Robin. Bought my Subaru Outback over a year ago from these guys and I could not be happier with my purchase. It had a bit over 100k miles but they took care of some of the common issues before they sold it to me, which I was able to confirm by my mechanic afterwards. After over a year, I had basically no issues except a blow alternator, which is not something I hold them accountable for. Overall great service and great cars. One happy customer who will come back if needed.

Sorry if we made you late for dinner!There was no tension or underlying feeling that they needed to make a sale with us, but rather that they wanted to help us out with the best deal and car. We also got the best trade-in for our old Honda of any dealer we visited. Sabrina couldnt be happier with her new Subaru! Thank you guys so, so much. This place is a joke bought what I thought was a good car till I drove it home and it started having problems so I message the dealer and ask questions and they act like nothing wrong and wouldnt answer questions I had just went I circles trying to get them to tell me more about the broken car they sold me until a week or so goes by they finally agree to have it brought back and looked at and get it running right... I was wrong the car came back ended having the same problems then some also they lost my license plates on the car .. Id recommend that no one buys cars from them theyll tell you what they want you to hear and make everything seem good about the cars they sell even if they dont run right..

PDX was great! I bought a Toyota Tacoma from Mathew and he was very helpful. The truck ended up having issues within first 48 hours owning it and they were very helpful in fixing the problems! Great place!

My wife and I purchased a Subaru from PDX Motors June 2019.We had a great experience with the staff and they really mean that it’s a no-pressure environment, which was a huge relief from some other dealerships that had put us into cars saying things like:“Oh, guys. I love this car. This is fantastic. I would definitely buy this car if I were you” on a vehicle that has not been inspected and arrived on the lot that day.Or putting me into a sports car and telling my wife “This car will be the one. He will completely blow his budget on this one!” for a vehicle that was 10K over what I could afford.Instead, they allowed us to spend as much time alone with a vehicle to push all the buttons and go for a test drive if we liked. And answered any questions we had about the vehicle, including common faults or issues with a specific make/model that we may need to watch out for in the future if it’s something they hadn’t already taken care of.The sale itself went smoothly. I did end up going a little over budget because we found the perfect Outback for our growing family. And PDX was willing to work with me on the price.Additionally, they also helped me work out the best type of loan for my budget without putting myself into a situation where I would have been in trouble if I couldn’t pay the full amount on time, e.g. due to COVID.As part of the sale, I ended up purchasing some ASC insurance for the vehicle through PDX and it was WELL worth it.In September 2020, we had an issue with our Subaru that can cause the throttle to stick open or closed (very rare failure for the model). Obviously a safety issue that needed to be fixed.I managed to misplace my insurance paperwork and called PDX to see if they could help. We had a good experience here. Our vehicle ended up having some hidden damage that was found after the purchase but was no fault of the dealership in anyway. The reason it was found is because we replaced the shocks, struts, and springs which lowered the car a little bit. We were able to locate some collision damage and bondo that required fixing. The owner and Ben were great to deal with and even helped out with the cost of the repair work. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them.

Staff is always friendly. My wife had a vehicle in mind before even going there; found the vehicle online which is how we found PDX Motors. Everything went smoothly until a few months after we purchased the vehicle. Our big issue was with the registration; little our side little their side, mostly due to COVID restrictions with the DMV. The GM stepped in and everything is getting done correctly.

These guys have went above and beyond for me every step of the way. I bought a 2011 wrx from them and after I bought it I took it to get tuned. During the tune come to find out the engine had been swapped they werent aware of it. Instead of saying your on your own they mad it right for me and got me the oem engine and turbo. They went out of their way to make it right for me. They also gave me a rental vicheal so I could go about and do what I needed to do. and Im thankful for them doing that for me. I will be a customer for life. If your looking for people you can trust and know that they are going to stand behind their product pdx motors its the place to go.

I bought a 2012 Tacoma from PDX motors. This was probably the most pleasant car buying experience Ive had. They gave me a fair value on my trade-in and met my financing goals. They were not overly aggressive, these people understand your needs! If you tell them you have a price to hit they will be straight with you and let you know if its a possibility. They got me the lowest interest rate Ive ever seen on an auto finance loan. The whole paperwork process was also incredibly quick.Couple all this with the fact that I took the vehicle into Toyota for an inspection following the transaction and they told me it looked brand new. PDX motors takes care of their vehicles as well as they take care of their customers. I cannot recommend this dealership enough. Quality vehicles and people, if you see a car here its a no-brainer. You wont find a better place to buy from.

I called PDX Motors looking to test drive a 2015 Subaru Forester and they were so helpful and made an appt right then to view it later that same day. I test drove the Subaru and ended up getting it right then. They did all they could to get me a monthly payment that was affordable for me at the lowest rate and it was all quick and painless. Got a car here a week ago, the overall buying experience with Mathew was good. But the car that I ended up purchasing was nothing like promised. I got a 2017 chevy Cruze. Already has a check engine light throwing several codes. When I got the car the back hatch did not open and all of the tires were bad, I thought no big deal easy fix and tires as an expense with a car is expected. But now it’s undrivable without repairs.Edited to add, I have adjusted my rating because I was contacted about my issues and they are doing everything they can to take care off the situation. I will update again after I’ve finished working with them.This dealership has gone above and beyond for me, my car has been in the shop twice since purchasing which is obviously not ideal, but both times they have hooked me up with a loner vehicle to get me back on the road! Pdx motors is a company that stands behind their vehicles 100% absolutely would recommend!!!
