Customer service provided by the staff at this store was 10 out of 10. I want the bigwigs of this chain/company store to know that they have a hidden gem employee, Miles. Miles went above and beyond the expectations I had for a service chain store. Miles made me feel like I mattered to them and so did my needs. I was quoted a couple hours for cell phone repair and got a call from Miles and was told my phone was fixed, worked perfectly and was ready for pick up less than two hours quoted time. I got my phone back and extremely impressed. It was repaired like the phone was never broken. Thank you!

Went initially for a iphone screen repair, saw they do key fob replacement and programming and got that done a few days later as well for +$200 cheaper than the quote from the dealer. The staff was friendly and happy to help.

With fewer in-person shopping exchanges these days (due to social distancing)...having such excellent customer service really makes a difference in a persons day. I have honestly never had such a terrible experience with a repair in my life. I had external insurance for an iPhone XS, which listed this store as one of the optional repair locations for a cracked screen. When I went to pick it up the following day, they told me they couldn’t repair the crack that extended to the back, but repaired everything else. Then they tried to charge me full price, to which I responded this was going through insurance. The girl who was helping me had never done any of this before, and it took over an hour and a half to get it straightened out, meanwhile some other man who worked there, who did not have all of the information, started interjecting with inapplicable suggestions in a very condescending tone. The end result was that they lost the case for the phone I brought it in with and claimed I must have “lost” it, the entire repair was not completed, but I was charged $150 for it, and the screen that had just been “fixed” stopped being responsive 5 hours after I left the store. Just a heads up to anyone trying to fix an iPhone, go to the Apple store. At least they know what they’re doing.

Noah at the shop gives you faith in humanity someone who knows what theyre doing has incredible customer service skills was incredibly helpful in replacing a battery in an air pump blower pretty esoteric thing that he handled perfectly.

Yall, batteries plus is pretty amazing. I work in television and video production and I need high quality Batts. Theyve got em. Also, they do lots of repairs of consumer items that you would otherwise throw away. Like shavers and beard trimmers. Also key fobs for your car... And theyre far cheaper than the dealership.

They are so helpful and knowledgeable. This is my go to store for any light bulb or battery. They also have windshield wipers and will install them for you.

I went in for a watch battery. Marcos was friendly and very professional and installed for me and even set the time for me. He had very good customer service skills and showed me many different types of lights and explained the differences to me. Also showed me a pamphlet with all the different services they provide and it had coupons, which are always a bonus in my book. I will definitely go back to this store. Plus, its convenient and you dont have to navigate a huge store and parking lot like at supermarkets| mall.

Been going to this store for many years. Every time the counter employees have been knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. I have replaced batteries in batteries backup units to watches. A few years ago they replaced my Tim Allen power drill battery pack. Today I brought it in thinking it was toast and I needed a new one. After inspection they thought that maybe the main unit might be getting a little corrosion on the connections and suggested I clean them off, try the battery pack again and see that solves the problem. And it did! Point being, they werent just trying to sell me something, they were trying to help me solve a problem. This is how you earn your customers trust and appreciation. Highly recommend (and they recycle used batteries too!). Five star service

Battery replacement for my samsung galaxy S6 went quickly and smoothly. So far my phone is working great. Glad they offered this service because when I called Verizon to ask them to do a battery replacement they said the S6 was too old for repair, and I should just upgrade to a new phone. Paying less than $100 for a repair is much better than a $500 new phone!

Went in for a instant start battery. They didnt have one large enough for my needs in stock. They said they could order what I needed and it would be in, in a week. I did a quick Amazon search and found I could have it in two days for 30% less. Said something to them about it and they said their kids dont eat at Amazon. Well, my kids dont eat at Batteries Plus.Sellers on Amazon make a profit on what they sell too. Go to this store and youll be paying 30% more than what others are already making a profit on.

They always have what you need, but some of the prices are high. I paid $3.69 for a very tiny LR41 battery for a digital thermometer (could have gotten 20 of them on Amazon for $7.00, but then what do you do with the extra 19 batteries?). Good customer service!

Not the place to go for a car battery replacement. While they were helpful in helping me identify options for new batteries for my vehicle model, the installment wasn’t done thoroughly and I had to take it in to a different shop to get my terminals cleaned and tightened after my car wouldn’t start immediately following the battery replacement.

Didnt have the lightbulb I needed, but advised when it would be in. Also, friendly help with changing a battery on a key fob. Great service!

This is the second time Ive had to deal with cell phone issues (the first was battery related). I was surprised to find Batteries Plus at the top of my Google search for a broken cell phone screen. Setting up the appointment online was easy and even included a $10 coupon for doing so (love me a coupon!).As before, the staff was friendly, knowledgable, and efficient at what they did. A great experience and my phone works perfectly.

I had made an appointment online to have my iPhone 5c battery replaced. I arrived early but they took care of me right away.I had backed up my phone at home but nothing was lost and it was a quick process. I can see a difference in how long the phone holds the charge. I had a car key fob replaced the same day. I appreciate that they install the batteries as well as sell them.

I got my iPhone 6 screen replaced for $125 three days ago. My screen flickers and has blacked out. The screen replacement is lower resolution and slightly off color.DO NOT GET YOUR SCREEN REPLACED AT BATTERY PLUS. For $125 I expected far better.The guys who worked here were plenty nice so no worries about those two.

Easy. Ordered a car battery online, came in the next morning and helped me install it within an hour. There was only one staff person, so be patient as they have to deal with all customers and set the right expectations. If youre in a crunch for time, Id suggest calling ahead or maybe check other auto parts places that have more staff.
