I went for mother’s day to get a few gifts for the moms & they helped me out with a finance plan, but they gave me all the wrong information. The plan the offered was bi monthly on the days you get paid, but they take the money out at random times every month, you cant set up an online lease account with your SSN or the Lease number, to check the status of it & when you call either one to ask about the account they blame each other.

I had my ears repirced, all five holes. I got an appt very quickly and right away. Service was great, very attentive.

I called this morning to ask about prices and schedule an appointment.. I decided to go elsewhere since the man I spoke with on the phone was very rude and condescending. I asked him how much the cheapest option was and he responded with “I’m not going to sit here and tell you all of the prices”... very unnecessary and impolite. I wasn’t asking for anything much or a lot of his time. I’d rather spend my money elsewhere.

Bought my son this beautiful chain for his birthday, he loves it so much!I have bought my daughter a bracelet and earnings as well. Definitely good deals especially when they have a sale. Would recommend purchasing insurance on all items!

I’m a difficult customer and very indecisive but Stephanie was more then amazing with helping me she was extremely patient very informative and went above and beyond to make sure I was a Satisfied customer. I left with a smile and everything I wanted I will definitely be back !5 star customer service!

Good customer service. My twin 7-year old daughters had their ears pierced here.The two women who helped us were very patient and were able to Pierce both ears at the same time for each girl!

Just went to see about getting my boyfriends ears pierced, and as I walked up to the kiosk and walked around it, we werent greeted or even acknowledged; when I asked about piercing jewelry, I was told they had already put it away and couldnt let us see it. This was before closing time. Seemed like they were just sick of being there and didnt want to talk to us- which I get, as Ive worked customer service my whole life, and it was about 15 minutes from closing- but I would never have treated a potential customer like that, regardless of how I was feeling. The girls working there could have at least acknowledged us or said hi. Needless to say, well be going elsewhere.

BAD. BAD. BAD...I chose Piercing Pagoda because it SPECIALIZED IN CHILDREN PIERCINGS. I took my daughter there to have her ears pierced when she was really young. Unfortunately, I noticed after I got home that her earrings were VERY mismatched. One was too high and one was too low. I called and asked what we should do and they asked for us to come back in the next day. I was praying the same lady wasnt there but she was. I gave her the benefit of the doubt (my mistake) and had her re-pierce the lower earring to more match the higher one. She missed her mark AGAIN! I was very angry once she messed up again. After that, I decided to just let the earrings be and she will have the misaligned earrings. I emailed a complaint to the company and all I was a sort of sorry email. Nothing else. I DONT recommend getting smaller childrens ears pierced here. Their claim to specializing in childrens piercings is a LIE. They need to train their staff much better in handling childrens piercings.

Lousy service. I arrived at the kiosk at Clackamas Town Center at 5:30 pm Tuesday Sept 20, 2016. I found a message saying out to lunch, back at 5:45. I waited until 6:02 pm, no one showed up.I would have had my ears pierced, and purchased 2 nice sets of earrings. This was my second attempt to do business there, the first time, 2 people were assisting 1 customer, and I waited, without recognition of my presence, for nearly 10 minutes!

I went there Monday to get my third holes done. She pierced the right side fine but when I she pierced the left side, the gun got stuck and hung off my ear for a good 5 minutes. Now my left ear is super sore and the earrings are uneven. Ive gotten all my ear piercings at pagoda at Lloyd, but this one at clackamas is pretty crappy.

Melinda was not very helpful and severely lacks good customer service skills. Definitely not coming back to this location.
