Wonderful and safe experience! Very easy to rack up a big bill, though, so maybe do as I didnt and come with a set amount that youre comfortable spending. Their more inexpensive jewelry is perfectly affordable but isnt that enticing, and then its a huge jump upward to the next tiers. Im very happy with my jewelry - just hadnt expected to spend quite that much, but no one pressured me into anything or even tried to persuade me, so its all good on that front. Perhaps the real issue is just that they have such beautiful jewelry 😂 Delighted with the care I received with them, and my healing has been going great. I got an industrial and a daith at the same time (I have plenty of cartilage piercings and am very aware of my own healing times and how to keep a piercing clean) and its such a beautiful set up, love it so much!!😍

I have had my nose pierced in the past but had to take out my jewelry for a job and just assumed that it closed. He checked my nose to see if it was still open and determined that it was. He didn’t charge me for the full service because it just needed to be stretched. Fantastic customer service, next time I need a piercing I’ll be coming here. I’ve already told all of my friends that live in the area to come here for their next piercing. ❤️

I just moved from Denver to Bend and drove to Portland for a jewelry change/help with an angry piercing I got at the Denver location. It was my first time driving in Portland and I was frankly having a meltdown over searching for parking for over an hour. I called Iris to reschedule my appointment because I had given up hope but Danny ran out to my car which was a couple blocks away to help me find parking. Literally hopped in my car (after asking if it was cool) and directed me to a parking garage that actually had spots available. After parking I finally made it to my appointment and he and Autumn were so kind despite dealing with a crying ding dong (me). Danny was so knowledgeable and helpful and the fact that he went out of his way to help a distressed stranger in a busy city on a Saturday just blows me away. Even though I’m still a little embarrassed I’ll definitely be going back for future piercings and jewelry now that I know where to park :)

I had an excellent experience getting a few piercings done at IRIS today. Covid protocols were stringent and reassuring. The setting is very clean and has a gallery-esque aesthetic.Autumn was welcoming, attentive and very knowledgeable on their beautiful selection of jewelry.My piercer, Westin, was everything you would want; warm, communicative, experienced and professional.I do look forward to my follow up appointment and having future additions with them.

I love this place! Danny did my piercings in my ear cartilage and it was great. He was fast, efficient, and professional. Danny took the time to help me pick out my jewelry, not just for getting the initial piercings, but helping me to plan ahead to accomplish my overall desired look. He did a great job juggling multiple customers and I didn’t have to wait long to get my piercings. The environment at Iris is clean and high-end and I love that they only sell high quality jewelry. They are also part of the Association of Professional Piercers, which was reassuring. The jewelry here is beautiful and unique and I am so thrilled with the three ear pieces I have.

I got my septum and my boyfriends ears pierced here, the entire experience was as painless and quick as possible. We couldnt have asked for a better piercer or cooler staff. About a week later they sent a check-in text, and we havent had any issues at all. If youre searching for a great place to get a first piercing or adding to a collection of them, stop searching. Great place to get pierced. Was visiting Portland and decided I wanted to get pierced. I googled places and this was the top spot. Truth be told I was a little hesitant because of the pricing, but in the end was totally worth it with the overall experience & knowledge I gained.The place was clean, the piercer, Danny, was very knowledgeable, and they had a great selection of jewelry. Danny evaluated my ears (they’re on the small side), helped me chose size appropriate studs, determined the right size of post, then went over the whole piercing process with me. We had a great talk about autoclaves and then we pierced my ears. Since I’m from out of town, he gave me recommendations to find anyone from the Association of Professional Pierces if I have any problems with piercings. But 4 weeks in, every is healing great and still happy with my piercings.

Danny is awesome. He picked out great jewelry for pieces that has to be replaced. I did not get a fresh piercing...yet, but I will definitely go back to him in a few weeks.Theres some gorgeous jewelry there if you want genuine stones ($), like a high-end jewelry store atmosphere, but with price ranges for all.

My wife got a triple helix the piercer who did it was absolutely amazing. It took a long time even though we made an appointment, which kind of sucked. It seemed easier to just walk in to be honest. Overall the service was awesome, they have amazing great quality jewelery and it was a very personable experience.

This place definitely deserves a 5-star review! As soon as I walked in I was acknowledged even though other customers were being helped. When I was talking with a worker she patiently listed off the prices of all the different earrings. I had taken my earring out to show them what type of earring it was and Steve took me to the piercing room to put it back in my ear, free of charge. Both Steve and the other woman were very kind, helpful and knowledgable. The selection of jewelry is also fantastic, and I think anyone could find something they will fall in love with here.

I got my helix pierced by Danny and he was super informative and accommodating. The piercing itself didn’t hurt at all and was super quick and easy. All the jewelry in the store was gorgeous and really high quality. Definitely worth the trip!

I went today with a friend and we got our ears pierced! The shop was clean and professional. Steve was our piercer and he was super nice and sweet. I was nervous (this is my first piercing) but he talked me through it. The jewelry was reasonably priced and it only cost $25 for a normal ear piercing (2 lobes). Would definitely come back again!

I went here to get a Daith piercing and I had an amazing experience. A couple weeks later, I had a small issue with my jewelry and I came in, to which they fixed it free of charge. Could not reccomend more! Clean, friendly, and really there for you through your whole piercing process; initial to fully healed.

UPDATE: Its been a year since I got my daith pierced and it still has not healed properly and has been infected for over 8 months probably. Im a very CLEANNN person I clean my piercings 2-3 times a day i have a ton of other piercings that I never had any problems with. Ive been doing everything right the way it was explained from the beginning but its been a horrible experience. It didnt hurt for the first week after I got it pierced and then after that first week it hasnt stopped hurting, still hurts a year later, its by far the worst piercing Ive ever gotten. Most likely going to take it out once the infection goes away not sure if Im allergic to the metal or if it was just a bad piercing from the start, this has never happened to me before. Super disappointed since I spent a lot of money 💰••••ORIGINAL REVIEW: amazing experience!!! Really top notch service. When I walked in I thought it was going to be out of my price range. I had some plugs with nitrile o-rings that were causing irritation. He reccommended some glass plugs with silicon rings and a wound up leaving with a new piercing as well. A very sophisticated atomosphere, that remains welcoming and inviting. Realistic pricing for high quality jewelry. Most importantly it was extremely clean and safe.
