Great place to stop if your in the neighborhood.

Staff are consistently friendly with the exception of the female worker who usually does not acknowledge your existence, ringing you up without responding to Hi or Thanks. Overall selection is good for a little store. Beer selection is okay- domestic and local, but way too many IPAs with just a tiny selection of Pilsner/Kolsch, no gluten free beer. Drink coolers are warm which is funny since the sign says Coldest Beer in Town.

Bought kratom from here, and got food poisoning. Be warned

Great service. The guy working the counter was happy to tell me all about my puffco that I purchased. Even saved me by giving me a receipt when I picked the option opting out of one. Without a receipt puffco wouldn’t honor their 1 year warranty. Highly recommend.

The dude working at the store said a bong was $35 but he charged $45 on my card. The dude didnt seem super coherent either. The bong was made well, but the price swap made this a pretty shady place in my book.

Cool place.

The staff was rude and didnt listen to me when I was trying to get information about what I was buying. The employee just said I dont know anything about it im just selling it. Then proceeded to talk to his friends and just left me standing there waiting to purchase so I left and as I was talking out the door the employee said Wait, do you not want this now? And I simply said I didnt want to purchase something by someone who offers absolutely no customer service. Just because its a smoke shop and the environment is more relaxed then other stores, doesnt mean that customer service should be neglected.

This place, cheats neighborhood people every single day! They always up charge. Like we arent poor enough already. I will never shop them again.

This is a nice little store to do business with. John who was behind the counter was very helpful and friendly. He seems to know his stuff! Their prices are fair and it was a joy to do business at Bones.
