Tons of beer And a whole aisle of gluten free ciders and seltzer etc

Had not been here in a few years. We were looking at champagne and an employee came over and provided excellent information. A few minutes later we were looking at local craft beers and a gentleman came over provided great information and factc about the local brewers. Very impressed with the level of service.

Looks can be deceiving. This store had great wine selection and beyond the same old wines from the same old regions. I was impressed also by the fair pricing. Bottles i know cost more elsewhere. There was also a clearance shelf woth some great deals around 50% off. The staff were friendly and helpful. So glad we stopped to check this place out. We will come back.

The have a great selection of Beer, wine , and spirits. A bunch of locally produced of all 3. The staff is super helpful and the prices are good.

Staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful about the huge selection of local beers, and took the time to be genuinely helpful. You can also pick singles to make your own 6 pack.

Craft beer lovers paradise! Organized by region with a huge Maine and New England sections. You can break down any of the 4 or 6 packs into singles making it easy to try some of the different craft beers without spending a fortune on something you dont love. It looks a little rough around the edges, but their selection is legit!

I have been a patron of RSVP for probably close to 14 years and have always had excellent service. Im a Bourbon and Scotch drinker and I will tell you hands down they have by far the best selection. If youre lucky enough to have met Mike he can always give great recommendations and has a good gauge of peoples palate. For you Blantons and Weller fans, when it comes in you better get it because it flies off the shelves thats the only downfall up here in Maine. Pop in and see Mike for a recommendation, you cant go wrong!

I worked with Rachel to order mini wine bottles for my wedding as favors. We had specifications we needed regarding color, we got an email back the SAME day with a list of champagnes/wines that fit our needs. Her research, the ordering and shipping were all done within a week. She made the process so quick and easy for us, thank you Rachel!!

I can’t thank RSVP enough for their curbside pick up option. They are friendly, helpful, prompt and always thankful for business when I’ve called. They’ve brought cheer to the holidays for my family and guests, and help out in rain or shine. The way they’ve adapted in such a friendly and efficient manner goes a long way and I’ll be a life long customer.5+ stars really.

My experience was great staff was friendly and they always usually have even the specialty beverages I am looking for.

I give them 5 stars for their on floor customer service. Great knowledge of scotch. I give 2 stars for the checkout service. I buy 3 bottles of whiskey totalling $350 and you cant spare a box even when I ask for one? Nevermind the head high stack of boxes behind you...

Optional mask wearing in the store. I pulled my business from roopers due to this. (we would order multiple kegs a year as well as cases of wine and other alcoholic drinks).**Edit as I cant reply (Hope this is seen). This was at the Oxford Store, the sign in August on the front and redemption center said you need to wear a mask to comply with the governors orders, but if you are not wearing a mask we will assume you have a health issue and wont ask you to put it on.

No frills, kind of warehouse feel but in a laid back, casual way. Nice selection of pretty much any adult beverage and a solid supply of mixers as well. They are happy to order anything available in Maine.

Very impressed with the service I have received from RSVP during COVID. I do not go into stores now but being able to call, pay and have curbside service is priceless. I look forward to being able to go inside and enjoy the wide wine selection as well as the great liquor choice including my summer go to Pimms.

I was able to find a hungarian liquor there, which we could usually only get at tax free coming from Europe. Nice to be able to purchase it here.

I love going to RSVP on Forest avenue because they have a wine connoisseur there that will pick out the perfect wine for you if you tell them exactly what you like flavor wise. Also their prices are very good and reasonable, I dont think I would recommend going to any other RSVP because the one in Westbrook wasnt nearly as good as the one

One the larger craft beer and wine stores in Southern Maine. They have selections from all over the world. Youd have to TRY to not find find something good! Always find a hidden gem when I stop in!

Wonderful place! The staff is really kind and helpful. They have a lot of local products too. I never fail to find something new to try. There have been a couple times my boy friend couldnt find his favorite stout... But like, its not RSVPs job to keep his personal favorite on the shelf at all times.

During this pandemic I learned of their amazon service. I will be a customer for years to come. I do not know much about booze, and my home bar is limited. I needed to get a certain wine and sherry for my elderly, at risk, parents. They are always helpful. I call, place my order and pay over the phone then they come to my car and place it in my car. Just amazing people here.

Two of the ladies working put their heads together and found what I was after. I declared them to be the co-Queens of RSVP. The 3rd young lady that was working cashed out my order and she was wonderful too. I would have given 5 stars, but the guy who was working was the complete opposite of the ladies. He made me feel like leaving and going to a different store to make my purchase. He clearly didnt want to be there and was completely lacking in customer service skills.

We worked with Rachel to figure out quantities and choose beer and wine for our wedding weekend and definitely recommend her to others. She offered great suggestions and was very helpful throughout the process. I also highly recommend ordering from RSVP because their return policy is great. We always think it’s better to have too much then to run out, and their policy made us feel comfortable ordering extra knowing that we could return unopened boxes and bottles of wine in perfect condition. Great information about beer and wine. Had some issues that my beer that I wanted was not in stock and I was not able to ask anyone due to it being hard to identify what a staff member looked like except for the guy working behind the counter. Large selection to chose from and well organized.

Lately i have been a bit of a self employed man ! This in the collecting BONES near far and in oscars tin shack , if he lets me that is. Sesame street joke ha hA. Great place to purchase wine, beer and other alcoholic beverages. They also have attended do it yourself redemption center located in an adjacent building on the property. Have used this location for many years, service is always friendly.

Went here, good service, machines you put your bottles in were very hard to keep working. Kept rejecting the bottles and you had to keep putting them back in. Lovely man came over and helped me out. Was over all ok
