Was in Portland getting my Sprinter Van concerted to a camper at Van Specialties and had a engine light come on. Noble was recommended so I called. They stayed open till 5:30 so they could have a look at it. They hooked it up to their computer, diagnosed the problem, did a temporary fix and had us on our way in 20mins.Wish I had a mechanic this professional and Honest closer than a 5 hr drive away but would recommend him to anyone!!

Mike and Cindy provide the best team in town for quality service, with integrity, for Mercedes vehicles. On purchasing a used Sprinter for modification for road trips, I thoroughly researched who to use to help me verify the vans condition, and insure its dependability. Noble Motors came highly recommended, and have proven to be better than advertised. Not only is Mike an excellent Mercedes mechanic, he has personal experience and a wealth of knowledge about Sprinter van conversions. I feel like I have a team member who has my interest at heart for my project.

Noble Motors is the BEST place to take your Mercedes! As a matter of fact I will always want to own a Mercedes just so my family and I can continue to use Nobles services! My husband and I were very impressed with Mike and Cindy the very first time we visited them. Their incredible customer service and thoughtfulness really shined through when I accidentally locked my keys, my phone and my purse in my car on a very hot day. I was within walking distance to Noble and decided to ask Mike if by chance he might be able to get into my car or have any suggestions/recommendations for me. Mike offered to have me driven to my house to pick up an extra set of keys (which were unfortunately out of state on my husband key ring) and then he dropped everything and drove me back to my car and proceeded to work on breaking in to my car for the next 45 mins. He never once made me feel like I was an inconvenience to him and actually apologized to me for taking so long! Certainly he had nothing to apologize for! After almost an hour he was able to get into my car and unbeknownst to me slightly damaged the door seal. He not only offered to fix it, but he ordered the part on the spot, repaired it the very next day and never charge me a dime!! Although I was basically a stranger, Mike and Cindy treated me like family and truly went above and beyond. I could not recommend them more highly or say enough about their commitment to excellent customer service and attention to detail. They are honest, trustworthy, caring and simply THE BEST!!

Noble Motors maintains both of my families Mercedes 300D cars and I have only the best things to say about Mike and his company. For many years and many different Mercedes cars I used another popular independent Mercedes shop in SE Portland. Over the years they became increasingly more like the dealer with high prices, lack of trust and poor customer service. Mike is knowledgeable, and always fair with the best customer rapport you can imagine. What other shop have you been to that walks you out to the shop and wants to show you the old parts taken off in the repair and why they failed? I have the highest regard for Noble Motors.

Hard to find great, honest mechanics AND excellent customer service... I had my ML63 AMG serviced and these people are great. I was out on business and they let me leave my vehicle there for a week, no problem. They even called me on Saturday and said they would even drive in on Sunday if it was important to me. Mike Noble is both, an honest and affordable mechanic and an extremely likable fellow. The Noble Oil change for the Sprinter - approximately 1/3 of the standard charge elsewhere - is what caught my attention initially. This and the solid and reliable work Mike does keeps me coming back. But the one thing that really Wows! me is how available Mike is when I am in jam. A split in a hose crippled my van on a Sunday morning in a particularly remote spot just south of the US/Canadian border. I was on my way back to Portland, Oregon. I had no idea why I was suddenly unable to do more than 30 mph. And there was little to no hope for finding any sort of mechanic where I was I stranded. It follows, I called Noble Motors, on the off chance that Mike might answer the phone on this horrific Sunday morning. And HE DID! Mike helped me locate the split in the hose. And advised be to wrap the hose with duct tape - thankfully, I just happened to have a roll in my van. And I was good to go. Wow! Wow! Wow! You got to love Mike and Cindy Noble! Thank you, Mike!

My son takes his beloved Mercedes to Mike Noble for all repairs. Mike gave my son an itemized list of necessary repairs and prioritized them. As soon as my son saves the money for a certain repair, he takes his car in and has slowly been chipping away at the list. My son is treated so well on each and every visit. Mike provides speedy and efficient service and his price is unbelievable. He takes the time to show my son what he did and he explains what things mean. It is safe to say, we are both immensely satisfied and Mike has a customer for life!

My wife and I recently purchased an older Mercedes coupe that we felt was obviously in need of some repairs. Mike did a great job getting everything running, and working right again. Id never taken a car to a mechanic that so thoroughly explained what was wrong with the car, took the time to physically show you, and then when all the work was completed, explained and showed the work he had done, as well as some of the broken parts. Another thing we really liked about Mike, was the fact that he encouraged us not to repair or replace some of the parts that were getting worn but were still safe, and had some life left in them. All in all a really good experience. Also, Mike is a very friendly, honest, and approachable guy. Highly Recommended.

One of the greatest thing during my temporary stay in Portland was finding this shop. Mike was very kind, polite, he will say which part that has to be changed and which that can still be postponed, and he will be more than happy to explain anything about your car if youre curious about it. Called for information and the woman I spoke to was rude and uninviting and had no knowledge of service on my Mercedes. Transferred me to a man, who was also unpleasant. Their prices seemed fair but I will gladly pay more and get my car services elsewhere

Mike came highly recommended from a friend of mine and long time customer of his. I recently took in my 2012 ML350 Bluetec due to the check engine light being on. Mike determined that the add blue heater element was failing. My vehicle had approximately 65K on it at the time and was out of warranty. After considerable research on his part, Mike informed me that there was a 7 year 70,000 mile extended emissions warranty on the vehicle but that it appeared this particular part, while critical to proper emission control, was not covered. This was not an inconsequential item as the estimated cost to repair was around $1,500 parts and labor.Of course he was willing to complete the repair for me at substantial expense, but instead urged me to contact the local dealer where I had purchased the vehicle and had done all warranty work to see if as a goodwill gesture they would complete this work. Luckily for me they did.Luckier for me I had visited an honest, competent mechanic like Mike who took the time to save me $1,500 when he could have easily put that money in his pocket.

Mike is the only mechanic I will bring my Mercedes SL500 to as he has incredible expertise, the utmost integrity, and Noble Motors is the model of what an automotive repair shop should be. Mike provides great insight into the health of every part of the car, recommends what should be done and what can be deferred and his prices are extremely reasonable.

Mike Noble has taken terrific care of me and my cars.I was referred to Mike after I had purchased a used car, and I was told I should take the car to Mike to inspect. Mike fit me in his busy schedule and notified me the car I had purchased had been severely damaged. He gave me advice on how I should return the car. He did all of this without charging me a penny, and he saved me!He then inspected my second replacement car, and he adjusted a belt, a light, installed a couple of trim parts for me, and checked the car for damage. Again, he did all of this at no charge. Thankfully, the second car was a winner.Mike is clearly trying to save people money. He is smart, experienced, honest, and reliable, and he deserves respect. I have learned that he appreciates customers scheduling appointments and not just stopping by, because he personally works on every car. He is extremely knowledgeable about all Mercedes vehicles.My friends who have used Mike are remarkably discriminating about their cars, and for them to rave about a mechanic was a tremendous endorsement. WARNING WARNING WARNING!!!I brought my 2006 CLS 500 to Mike because he said he could replace my Turbine speed sensor for $850 instead of the $1050 that the mercedes dealership would charge. After my car was there there for a couple of days he called and said he was almost done but that he would have to change a valve in there to make it work and it would now cost $1400. I told him that I had an estimate from the dealership that they would do the whole job for $1050 and he said that the service advisor was new and didnt know what he is talking about and that if I took the car back to the dealership they would charge me a lot more than the $1400 that he wanted. I called the dealership again and talked to them and they assured me that the quote included the complete valve body replacement. I took my car from Mikes shop to the dealership where they did the whole job for $1170 which included a diagnostic fee because someone else had worked on the car. If you think you are saving money by taking your car to Mike I would be very careful! Now I just wonder how much I was overcharged the last few times my car was in his shop!! I really trusted him with my car and cant believe this happened!

I highly recommend Mike @ Noble Motors, Inc. Prior to going into business for himself years ago, he was the Service Manger for 10+ yrs @ the largest Mercedes dealer in town! He is amazing and just a really nice & honest guy. I had just purchased a pre-owned Mercedes ML55 AMG, I had a thorough pre-purchase inspection preformed by PDX Inspections earlier this morning & was having some issues with several stored error codes causing ABS & check engine lights to stay on. After I got the results, I called Mike & Cindy @ Noble about the codes & she welcomed me in for a diagnostic check and Mike did his magic. He was very thorough & has all the latest computer equipment. In the end he was able to clear all the problematic codes, give me an accurate diagnosis of a few small issues and now I am on my way feeling much relief. Thank you so much Mike! Mike at Noble Motors has been bailing me out of trouble for a few years now with my temperamental service vehicle! He really cares about his clients and is very fair. Whatever the bill is I can pay it WITHOUT any suspicion that I am being taken for a ride.I call him on a Sunday thinking he will call on Monday and he calls me back a few hours later to see whats up.
