This is the place to take your car! I am not kidding! The service is amazing. I had to take my car in for repairs a year ago from an accident, and insurance covered the bulk of the repair. They did such a great job that I took my car back for some extra work; this place is worth paying out of pocket! This place is VERY CLEAN, and they provided a complimentary car wash. I am always impressed going to this repair shop! The owner even gave me a free shuttle to and from home so that I did not have to wait in the hot weather! Their staff are so friendly; I highly recommend this repair shop!

I brought my car here after I very embarrassingly side-swiped a concrete column. They were extremely friendly and did an excellent job repairing the damages. My car was done sooner than initially estimated and it looks great. They also cleaned and vacuumed the inside which was much appreciated.

Tree limbs damaged my car. These folks did a great job putting it back together (the car, not the tree!) Even when I discovered a problem after I signed the paperwork and paid the deductible, they were very responsible about having the problem resolved. Front desk staff (Cindy and Cheyenne) were super friendly. They and their guest assistant Brandon were really good about keeping me up to date on the progress. Their collaboration with the car rental shop made that very convenient. I highly recommend them.

Car needed work done for major work done. They could not do themselves Instead of letting me take my car to someone who could fix the problems they only did what they wanted to just so they can get money...😡😡😡

Great experience here and highly recommend for auto body work. Mike was great; he gave me a couple different options on ways to repair. My car was fixed in two days; came back clean and in great condition. Fair price. They even gave me a ride home after dropping it off. Everyone I interacted with was warm and welcoming. Will come back if I ever need more auto body work done!

Our car was hit and progressive sent us here. The repair seemed to go fine and on time. The day the car was picked up the informed us it wouldn’t start, they couldn’t figure it out and were shipping it to Wilsonville to the dealer. It’s a fully electric car and somehow the battery connection was damaged, they claim from the wreck but not likely. Either way it added another week, and we got the car back with the trim falling off the side and the power door lock didn’t function. They came and got the car again and repaired it. They also said they had it detailed. It’s leased and we are cleaning it to return it today and the car is disgusting with white dust from the repair. Maybe thats on the cleaning service but they should have checked it out. What should have been easy was incredibly stressful and we are not happy with the way we got the car back. I will say they were nice, and easy to deal with, but thats the only positive part of the experience.

These folks did an amazing job fixing my vehicle! It looks brand new!!! They made it super easy to deal with the enterprise nearby for rentals and they even offered to return my rental to enterprise for me when I picked up my car.

Im writing this review a year after I had work done on my car. Why? Because I wanted to say the body work I had done at NW Collision Services looks as good now as it did the day I picked it up a year ago - even after sitting out all winter through rain, hail and freezing temps.I went to NW Collision because I had rust damage along the top of my roof in six or seven places. Not only does my car look great, the job was done on time and for the amount I was quoted.I went to five other shops before I came to NW Collision and Im so glad I did. Not only were they cheaper than the other shops, they took a lot more time to evaluate my car and give me different options.The crew at NW Collision was friendly, low pressure, and straightforward.They even brought one of their technicians out to have a look at my car and give his honest opinion about what could be done. They explained that the rubber drip moulding would be expensive to remove and replace and suggested a strip of metal painted black instead. It looks great.Highly recommend.

NW Collision did my repairs at a fraction of the cost that the dealership quoted me, and after three months, theyre holding up great! On top of that, they drove me to Enterprise so I wouldnt have to wait to have my rental car dropped off. They were always friendly and professional, I havent had a better experience with car-repair shops in my life.

Progressive (my insurer) offered NW Collision as an option, and I took it based on the good Google reviews. Well I am adding one more. They were SO FAST. Had the car back in 4 days, detailed and cleaned the car without asking, and i also happened to have a car remote whose battery was dead, and they replaced it without a second thought (thank you Mike!!) They went above and beyond to make this a painless experience even though car accidents are lowkey very traumatic.

Used these guys via geico for a claim , got my 2019 honda civic back in about a week and i was skeptical of the completed work with it being so fast and what do ya know i was right, these guys just slapped my car together and called it a done day, grille is not flush with hood, the rubber bit underneath the hood is flush on one side but not the other, my rocker panel on my driver side is off alignment, hell my wheel still had scuffs from the lady who hit me, be careful using these guys they rush there repairs and hope you dont notice.

The estimated repair time for my body damage was over two weeks, but they got me my car back in only five days. The owner made time for me on days he wasn’t even in the shop. They were in constant contact with me the entire time. I always had my phone calls immediately returned. They worked with me because I am on a budget. Thank you so much northwest collision services. After my little ray of sunshine had a fender bender I was considering taking the Insurance money and fixing the vehicle myself. I figured the parts would only run around $600 although I would have to spend $3,000 on tools, but tools are an investment in savings, you fallow.Unfortunately the farmers almanac was predicting a higher then average rainfall for the month and panting a car in the rain can be difficult.So I figured why not go get a little pampering for my recently traumatized vehicle, after all she still is under 2 hundred thousand miles. After a quick back and forth with the Insurance companies best and brightesttalking about you Todd.I settled on Northwest Collision Services.They nailed the estimate, the kid even saw stuff I had messed. Honestly I don’t know if I would have worried about the parts that were slightly bent if I was doin it my way. You know what they say “if your car don’t have any dents, you ain’t racin.”It took-’em 3 weeks to Gitter done.The paint matched inside and out, all the gaps were even. They even recharged the AC! but the best thing is they used all new clips and fasteners and replaced the missing ones. I can’t tell ya how frustrating it is when you start taking apart your car to fix it only to find out it’s half way there already.The desk jockeys were nice folks, and real deal parts hounds. They could find you anything. All and all I was very happy with the shop from first to last.Only thing was no in house coffee  barista.I thought about taking off half a star for that, but I figure there’s a price to be paid for doing business outside of the pearl district.

So progressive gave me this shop info to have my car repaired. I thought everything was on the up and up. This was a massive mistake on my part, there was front end damage to my 2016 Toyota Corolla. They said it would take about two weeks to fix. I tried calling the shop multiple times with no answer. When I could get in touch they were somewhat rude. On the third week I called the shop and no answer. I called progressive and they had no idea what was going on with my car. I was minutes from reporting the car stolen when I finally got a call sayin that my car was finished and had been ready for days. I returned to get my car and noticed that the hood had noticeably been bondoed and the paint match was terrible. I said I would not take the car back until it was fixed correctly. They replaced the hood and I took the car. Almost immediately, I noticed the car was not driving as it used to. The traction control was not functioning correctly, there was a clunky sound in the front end when I hit bumps, and there was a humming noise at high speeds. I talked with progressive and told them that I wanted to have a different shop look at the car. At that point I took the car to Leif’s and found that front end structure was bent to one side, they had used aftermarket parts from Taiwan without my consent, the fender bolt holes were drilled out to make it fit on the bent structure, they did not replace the wheel that had been impacted, they did not check any of the computer components, they did not check any of the suspension components. Basically they only worked to make my car “look” better; not actually fix the underlying issues. If you value your car, I would strongly advise you to not go to this shop. I have spent a ridiculous amount of time to have this remedied. This shop should not be in business!

My insurance sent me here and i dont know much about body shops, but one thing i do remember is, I left my parking permit in my car that was been repaired and the owner i believe (Dave) drove out on the weekend to meet me!!! Thanks a lot Dave you are awesome

I agree with Arthur. My girlfriend and I drove across country (Two cars and a moving van) and we encountered a hail storm in July! There was pretty good damage to both of our cars. I took mind to Dave, and my gfs insurance company had her take hers somewhere else. I had mine back in half the time! Dave worked with me on some color changes on the new panels and then gave me a great price. I cant say enough good things about NW Collision!
