I brought my car to Troy at Collision Werks and I am here to tell you ~Troy is serious about his craft. Not only does he have an eagle eye for detail he is thorough and honest. I was over the moon happy with the work he did on my car. Then before he handed me my key he washed it and it had also been vacuumed! If you need body work done I HIGHLY recommend Collision Werks.

This place is the best to go to. They have worked on my car several times, but my car was in a bad hit and run case and the owner Troy worked on it right away so I wouldnt have to wait to get it back. He was so good to work with. I know that I wont go elsewhere to have my car fixed.

Got my car put back together in a few days and helped me navigate insurance. Worked with me on paying my deductible. Definitely my new body repair shop!

Billy, the owner is TOP NOTCH!! Seems to be a very busy man but not too busy to be pleasant and very helpful! I was in a minor fender bender, Billy and one of his employees fixed my car 2 days earlier than expected, Billy even went the extra mile. He noticed a few things that needed to be fixed...and fixed them! AT NO CHARGE! This was my first time going to Collision Werks, but it certainly will not be my last!!!! If I could give 10 stars, I certainly would!UPDATE...Yes, Billy did clean my headlights. But I must retract my 5 stars, actually Im really quite angry ..I had asked him to fix my drivers side window as it was stuck in the down position. Sure, he SAID he put in a new motor and ONLY charged me $150. Cool. Not. Yes, it worked for exactly 9 days. Went back to him, but he couldnt get me in till the next week, then it was a few more days cuz he had to order the part, but said, Im only gonna charge you for the part, no labor... another $150.Long story short, it rains a lot where I live so I couldnt wait. Found the part on Amazon, $40 and my nephew said he would fix it. Low and behold, I find that BILLY DID NOT CHANGE THE MOTOR, NOT SURE WHAT HE DID but the original window motor was still installed. (Forgot to mention that when Billy put the window back together, he forgot some screws, whats worse, blamed me for losing them!)Anyway, if you need bodywork done, I would think twice about going to Collision weeks, in my opinion, the owner, Billy, is shady as heck!Updated rating... 1 ⭐, dont let his smooth talking cool you!!!

Billy was really helpful in navigating insurance.When I decided to go to the out-of-pocket route instead of through insurance, Billy was really helpful and transparent about what repairs were needed for safety reasons and what was purely aesthetic damage.He was very transparent about what needed to be fixed and the implications of cutting different corners.I didn’t feel at all like he was trying to get as much money out of me as possible like I have at other auto shops. He took the time to understand my goals and talked in detail about the best way to get there as inexpensively as possible. He was extremely helpful during a stressful time. Highly recommend!

Bill is great! He knows his job, he understands what you need and really will try to help you! I had very few time to solve the problem with my rented car, and the time and prices I have been told before visiting Bill were insane... I took the car few places and thought I have no chance to repair that within my budget and tight time, but what suggested and did Bill was really amazing! Thank you so much! I called in about a month and a half ago to ask about a damage in my truck, i don’t know who pick the call but he sounded rude on his answers, i tried to explain the situation and he interrupted me saying “i can’t do anything because i am not looking your car!” I asked him about an appointment, he came up with “i don’t have any appointments for today!” I didn’t want to ask for future appointments. They need more customer service skills and treat future clients with respect. I called McCord’s Toyota and they fixed it for less than 250 dlls. I’m never going to call these guys again.
