After having my bumper taken off by a semi, I wasnt super happy about having to wait a month to get into this place to get my car repaired. My perspective totally changed when the day before I was contacted about a car rental and was told Id get options in the morning. When I dropped off my car, the Fix Auto office staff were super fast, professional, and kind. The car rental was also super fast and the enterprise representative was honest about what would be the most cause effective deal. When I accidentally forgot my garage door opener in my car, Fix Auto staff pulled it and held it in the office for me BOTH times (I forgot it in my rental, too). The BEST PART was they got my car done in a THIRD of the time they predicted. My car looks great, they saved me money on the rental and repairs, and I fully intend to use them in the future!

Amazing experience from the team at fix auto. From start to finish they were extremely kind, and helpful to answer any of my questions. They went above and beyond with repairs and returning the car in tip top shape! I think they did some detailing for me even though they didn’t say it, I swear it’s cleaner now than when I dropped it off. I really enjoyed the kindliness of all of the staff here at fix. Joe and his team at Fix It are experts at what they do. From the first visit to the last I knew exactly what was going on very very good communication. I mean they call and text you to make sure you are informed. When I got my car back it always looks better than before I brought it in with updated parts etc

They were very professional! After my accident they took care of me and my car. I had no hassles. They contacted my insurance and took care of everything, set me up with a rental. Took care of everything. They did everything. Gosh they even detailed the inside. All I had to do is sign and take my beautiful car home. I highly recommend this shop!

I think they did a fine job repairing my car, however they told me the repair would 2 weeks and that they would call to update me every 2-3 days. They called after the first 2 days, then I did not hear from them again until 2 days before the 2 weeks was up, when I called them & they told me it would be another week & a half. I understand that things sometimes take longer than anticipated, but I was frustrated by the lack of communication.

I found fix auto Gresham through State Farm and took my BMW 328d wagon here to be repaired after I was rear ended in a hit and run. The work done was seamless and my car looks exactly as it did prior to the accident. Take 3. Fix it Auto does great work and treats their customers with care. It took a month/too long to repair but I am sure this was due to labor and parts shortages, etc. We are ALL experiencing the changes businesses have had to endure since the pandemic began. I love that Shon Kim and Gigi are accessible and hands on with each situation. It shows that they believe people are not just numbers. Office staff always friendly and helpful too.

They did great work!! And they even washed my car and cleaned the inside for free!! The only thing I had an issue with was the gentleman man handling my case, never kept his nose in his mask. I even asked him politely to put his nose back in his mask while he was in my company and he said no! For that, I’m giving one star. Fix Auto-Gresham repaired a front bumper that was ripped off the car by anobstacle. The bumper was reattached and painted. The front of the van looks new. Even my grandson thought so. I have had numerous auto damages repaired at Fix Auto-Gresham over the years. Always a first rate job. As an insurance agent we referred numerous clients to Fix Auto-Gresham and had no complaints from them.

First Id like to say this review does not in anyway reflect the office staff at Fix Auto. They were all very helpful and updated me weekly on the status of my vehicle. To make a long story short someone t-boned my truck during the recent snow storm and I took it to Fix Auto in Gresham for repair. My vehicle was returned to me with a taillight out that Fix Auto did not take responsibility for, (2) wires CUT to my light bars that I had to repair, and they installed the wrong mirror on my truck (not even remotely similar). Normally I would write this off as a bad day however when I went back to get my mirror replaced, Fix Auto proceeded to replace my mirror with another incorrect type. I accepted it as is, I dont have time to be making (3) trips to an auto shop in hopes someone can match a mirror. In summary, I would avoid this shop and go elsewhere.

Had a tree branch wreck my roof. They did an excellent job fixing my ram up. Got home had a dent i didnt recognize prior to leaving. I went back the next day they called in a dent specialist and had it fixed in about 45 minutes. Great job! My truck looks great! Definitely recommend Fix Auto Gresham.

Car was ready early and looked very good. They said they washed it and did. However they said they vacuumed also but the front driver and passenger side was overlooked. Since I recently had back surgery I was not able to vacuum it myself. ThT was the only bad thing. The staff was wonderful and very professional. It took about a week but I was able to secure an ok for repair from the insurance company.I was kept apprised of the progress of the repairs and the vehicle was delivered on the day promised.During my interactions with the agency I was treated in a professional manner by the staff and all my questions were answered.

Fix Auto was recommended to me by my dealership when I got into a car wreck in October 2019, unfortunately that car was totaled. When I got into a fender bender (broken tail light, scratches, paint) with my new car, I knew I had to go to Fix Auto again! Their whole staff is just wonderful & everything is done in such a timely manor!

Unfortunately my car has been hit twice as it was parked. Both in the first year. The first time it didnt even have a thousand miles on it. A Toyota dealership recommended Fix Auto. I wanted my brand new car to look brand new. Fix Auto repaired it twice it looks awesome. You could never find where it had been hit. Over the years I have used three other auto body shops you could always tell where the dent had been. I will use them for everything in the future.

Wow where do I begin, I got in an accident about 11 days ago, I called my insurance company which is Geico and they told me to go to this place the next day for my appointment so I guess that was positive that I could get in right away. I got in an accident on Sunday, dropped it off on Monday, they got the okay to do the work on Tuesday and started to get the parts from there. They were able to call and update me on the process when it first started by saying it would be ready no later then the following Monday, however when Monday approached they stopped calling to give me updates and because they got the wrong grill not once but twice and who knows what else they were not able to get it done until Thursday. That’s right, Monday then to Tuesday and then to Wednesday and then finally Thursday it was ready. Of course by this time I am not happy since I use my car to commute to work and back and have a small child. After calling and saying I would be there as quickly as possible but I do get off at 5, they informed me that they would wait but no longer than 5:30 which is the time they close, I am a working mother. It’s not like I have a job I can just leave at any point especially if I’m needed, working in downtown I barely made it on time, they were not accommodating at all. I expressed my dissatisfaction and was given an excuse of Covid and other things, I’m a very understanding person of these times and everything being that I work with the public and in customer service. However this service was unacceptable and after asking for a discount on my deductible, they said $100? I agreed because something is better then nothing but still not up to what I would like back. However my car did look good when all was said and done so I gave 2 stars, would still not recommend them to any friend or family member unless you never want to see your car again or are okay with just a simple fender bender that takes 10 days to accomplish. Not to mention if you got into a bigger accident it would be months before you were able to drive your car again. I hope this helped you choosing a place anywhere but Fix Auto.

My vehicle looks amazing after repairs done by Fix Auto in Gresham. My coworker suggested I try them after 3 other auto body shops said repairs would be too difficult on my car. The other body shops told me they wouldn’t be able to match the paint or body lines on my car if they were to replace/repair quarter panel. Then had a mobile repair man make matters worse trying to repair. If I had only known about them a year ago. My car is over 20 years old, they matched the paint perfectly and got the curves on body to match the other side. They also replaced my front bumper thanks to large rocks being thrown at car. Thank you Dan and everyone workingIn the office and thank you to the body shop artists that did a remarkable job repairing and painting my car.

My vehicle came out perfect. Joe when out of his way to do little things Extra I was not expecting and was nice surprise. It was quick pick up drop off. They were waiting outside both times. Top notch quality service

They are amazing. Unfortunately people hit my 2017 Camaro SS a lot. But anytime they do I bring it here. The whole process is so quick and easy. I call, plan a time to drop it off and get a rental (less than 30min) and then they call me to pick it up. I’ve never met nicer people. They’re all outstanding and repair either on time or sooner. The parts they use are all OEM and the work they do is phenomenal. I don’t plan on getting hit again, but if it happens you better believe I’m coming back here.

Exceptional overall experience!

They did a great job. Took longer then expected but that wasnt under their control. They also detailed it. I left it semi clean and after 10,000 dollars worth of work they had to do. They also took the time to clean it inside and out. Every nook and cranny. I have 2 dogs that go everywhere with me, so its been pretty hard on them to not be able to for a long while. But they got all the pet hair and dirt out. Plus the paint job looks identical to the previous paint even with having it for 3 years in the sun and snow. I just got it back today so if anything changes with the work Ill leave another review. Also the work is warranted for as long as I have the car. They called every other day to give me updates. All in all great experience. Ill come back if I ever need work done again.
