Just went and got dog food. Staff wasn’t super friendly , but not rude. Store was clean and a lot of variety of things. Prices seemed decent.

I had several questions regarding my diesel tractor. The staff member was extremely helpful and even called their spouse who is a diesel expert to confirm their findings. Top notch customer service!

I have been going to this tractor supply faithfully even though Blaines is close to my house. Tonight I found out that Tractor Supply doesnt enforce masks in the pandemic. Even if you have your vaccine masks should still be worn. Youve lost my business

I have never felt so mad at a store. They jabbed me for $17.09 to fill a 20lb. Propane tank. Service was disgustingly slow, and rude. I will do the exchange at Home Depot, before ever going back to tractor supply. Ferrole gas right across the street is $14.55. I hate being price gouged. Near clarkston mi. They fill 20lb.tanks for less than $12.00 all day long. In Clare mi. at the Amish hardware store they fill 30lb. Tanks for $10.00. & 20lb tanks for $7.00. All day long. What creates all the greed in portage mi.

I just received a gun safe that I paid $140 in shipping for and the company hired to deliver it just dropped it at my steps. They didn’t bring it in! How am I supposed to bring it in now? Thats the point of home delivery! The guy delivering said “oh just get 4 guys to lift if”...um what!?! Yeah I know four guys who can just run right over after I paid that much to get this product to my house! Tractor Supply is terrible and they should be ashamed of themselves for offering delivery for heavy items like that and there is no way to put it where it needs to go. I know I am not the only person who has had this issue! Fix your issues Tractor Supply and hire an honest helpful delivery company!

DO NOT bring your own pets to this store. My boyfriend and I were getting our puppy food for our new dog and they have a “store” dog that stays there. He would not leave our puppy alone and was jumping all over us. Mind you this was a HUGE pit bull and has extremely sharp and long nails that dug into our skin when he jumped on us. It made our shopping experience very frustrating because we had to carry our dog so the other one wouldn’t keep sniffing her. The employees did absolutely nothing to prevent the dog from jumping on us and bothering our puppy. I don’t mind having a “store” dog but the employees should have grabbed his leash to prevent this from happening.

The fact that you dont have to wear a mask makes the place great

Lady didnt know what 5/16 s.s. cable was, even when standing in front of it. Took ~ 15 minutes to cut it. Mangled the end leaving sharp strands. Then Walked off to help another customer leaving the cable on the ground. I was actually happy she walked off, since she wasnt wearing a mask over her face.No employees were properly wearing masks, and were definitely not social distancing.

I went there to get their high quality, vet-recommended 4Health brand dog food. Very reasonable prices (much lower than national brands) yet the ingredients are comparable to or better than most other brands. Many other dog/cat items available there as well, along with farm & garden supplies. Helpful staff, easy in/out. Highly recommended.

The employees that work here are very helpful and nice. They also usually have what I need when I go in for my livestock and pets. Their convenient location to southern Portage is perfect for us to make a quick trip into town for what we need without the headache of traffic. Most of the stuff sold here is a better deal than anywhere else when it is on sale with the 10% coupon. I would definitely recommend shopping here.

This is the only place in our area we have found where we can take our gas grills propane tank and have it filled and charged for the about of propane actually received in our own tank. It is a simple and appreciated concept, but difficult to find. Thank you Tractor Supply for providing this customer-focus service!

Love TSC but the employees cannot seem to wear masks properly or enforce people wearing masks that come in. Disappointed

Had exactly what we needed and even though our need was last minute and we walked in only 4 minutes before they closed staff was awesome, friendly happy and helpful. No one showed any upset about us coming in last minute.

They have clearance items that are a good deal and they have charcoal for grills

I went there today and many workers were NOT wearing masks and allowed people in also without masks. No apparent care given to keep mr or eorkers safe. Not going back there.

I went to the Shaver road store last week and employees (other than the nice cashier) were not wearing masks nor were they even making an effort at social distancing. Very disappointing.

I always love shopping here. I have never had to wait in line. Workers always greet you with a smile and ask if they can help you find something. Love it when they take you to the item instead of pointing out where it is at.I will definitely be back as usual.

Pet friendly; love that I can bring my dog! Great prices on animal food, bedding, & vaccinations. They also have great prices on men and womens clothing and outer wear.

I love having this place close by instead of dealing with a big box store. The prices on some things may be slightly higher but worth the short distance from product to register. They are the only store I can get my dog food(prohealth) and their bird seed and suet cakes are actually cheaper than Wal-Mart and better quality. Please support this store because the employees are always nice and they allow dogs in the store. Heck where else can you go and see chickens and ducks in the spring.

Went in tonight looking for straw blankets for grass seeding based off the online inventory saying they had multiple in stock. Very disinterested employee wearing her mask incorrectly (and not at all the second time I saw her) showed me a bale out front and said there might be some in the back corner. I drove 30 minutes to get there because the website said it was available for curbside pickup. Call first because their online inventory is wrong.

Just dropped off some clothes off in the donation bin out front. I got a pair of boots there once tho. Theyve held up pretty well. I still have them.

I have never been so disappointed in the staff at Tractor Supply than tonight between 530-630pm. I had been looking for a brand of coat and boots I saw on their online website. I was eager to ask questions on what brands were best as I have had several in the past and wanted to try something new. Upon finding a customer service representative I was immediately shut down and told that they were helping other customers and busy at the moment. (Jordan and Samantha had both told me this) without assuring me that someone could assist me when they were finished. Instead they continued to be brief and rude when I asked where items were located and I felt compelled to just leave them alone rather than being talked down to and rushed because they were ready to close at 7pm. I have had plenty of unpleasant experiences at other stores and just chalked it up to someone having a bad day. However, today was different. These two woman were pleasant with the other customers they were helping, yet so quick to dismiss me. I was a paying customer at a high priced store. I was thoroughly disgusted with their behavior so I called after I left to speak with a manager. After waiting on hold Samantha answers the phone. She was one of the women I talked to while I was there. Before being able to express my concerns I was immediately shut down and confronted with a very confrontational attitude and the worst customer service I have ever received. She argued with me over the phone and refused to let me finish my concerns. What kind of business hires employees like this?! I will be writing to her supervisor Troy and hopefully will AT LEAST receive an apology for the distasteful environment their organization was this evening. After long thought and consideration I will be returning my purchase and going to another store instead. I have plenty of family and friends who also shop here as we own a large farm. We will all consider whether this experience is worth contributing our hard earned money to.

This is a rather quick review, but I gave always enjoyed tractor supply as I am a old farm boy. I was shocked to find a drone marked down a 110.00! They are out of those now folks so sorry. Over the years I have gone there I only ran into one impolite employee and that was five years ago. They will always take the time to help you out if they can. That and every spring its fun to go look at the baby ducks and chicks with my grandchildren. 👍👍

Went in to fill a propane tank. There were 3 of us waiting for a refill. All of us had gone inside to ask for this service which is done outside. Took 15 minutes for the employee to get out there to assist us. Very poor that we had to wait so long.
