They are not like any other dealer they dont rush you and let you walk the parking lot and really look at the cars and decide which is best for you. You find the you want. Go inside and they will greet you at the door ask which ones you like and test drive them all. Real friendly people. They did a great job in and out in about 2 hours. I highly recommend them. I bought two cars from them already.

Car City is a classy, quality type of car dealership. The Management and Sales Staff are very professional. Their entire lot is filled with a great variety of really nice looking vehicles. Due to the many financial changes in my life since the pandemic started, I have had to adjust to different options I thought I would never have to handle. Kyle, the manager, made me feel welcome and worked hard for me, to give me some alternatives to resolve my situation. I had certain types of vehicles I was interested in, and he was willing to pull a vehicle from any of their 8 dealerships in order for me to test drive one. Kyle made a very stressful car problem disappear, replacing it with a nice, reliable, sharp looking vehicle. Im grateful to Kyle for this great car experience and opening up my future again. 4 months in and I have decided to change my review. I would not recommend this dealership. The first car my daughter got had to be returned on the second day. After telling her it would only be a couple days, it was weeks before we got the answer that they couldnt figure out what was wrong with it at all. They did provide a loaner, but she was worried about driving it because if something happened, she would be responsible for the cost. So she had to pick out an entirely new car. They brought one down from GR for her and everything seemed okay. Now we are dealing with an issue with the second car. She was given a number to call to make an appointment to bring it to a service center so they could look at it and then make another appointment to get it fixed. After only having this car for 2 months, I was surprised that they are making her do all of the leg work, especially with this being the second card with an issue. I will still stick to my original statement-Brandon was excellent! He was knowledgeable, friendly and quick!

Kyle is the man. He made the anxitey ridden process of gwtfimg a car easier. I filled out the paperwork at home a week ago and he was able to pull it all up and he printed it. He let me walk around while he started paperwork i test drove 2 cars. Picked the cadilac. Kyle did all the hard stuff while i sat and chilled. Then he pulled my stickers off and afger aigning i was out the door. Thanks for making it easy for me.

Dont use the drop box after hours. My check was stolen and I didnt find out until 4 days later when they called me about my missed payment. I told them exactly when I dropped they check off to the minute. Thats when I was made aware that the drop box had been tampered with over the weekend. I know its not their fault but ill update my review depending on how this is handled. 36$ to put a stop payment on the check. Even if they take care of my bank fee, thats not even mentioning the hassle of canceling the account, buying new checks, and the paranoia of checking our account hourly to make sure nothings missing. We cant cancel our account until my car payment goes through and a few other bills. This is a huge headache. I hope car city makes it right.

Kyle was so friendly and helpful with purchasing a car from here. Not overwhelming, not pushy. 10/10 recommended. Helped me get into the car i loved and wanted.

Walked in to fill out an application. Let them know that they didnt currently have the truckbi wanted, but I felt it was a good idea to get the application process done so that when they did get one in that I wanted there wouldnt be anything left to do but sign and pay. Apparently Brandon took to a very whatever attitude at this point. I was told I might need to provide more info, because anyone can print out fake check stubs and create a fake bank account Apparently. Then kim proceeds to call my employers phone because she somehow didnt have mine. I suppose email wasnt an option. I guess she figured Id be at work and it would be appropriate to call my boss looking for me since I have nothing going on during those hours. Wildly unprofessional and horrible customer service.
