Friendly staff and very efficient. They have some excellent savings as well. Sometimes lower priced than Amazon and Wal-Mart. Shop online as a Walgreens + member and pick up your items for maximum benefits.

Staff are friendly but don’t come here unless you have a lot of time to spare. Dude who works the midday shift m-f is so friendly that it takes him 100 years to ring you up.

Trash everywhere on the drive thru lane and the surrounding carpark space.

We love this store and the pharmacy staff. Couldnt ask for any better or friendlier people who care.Our only complaint is the condition of the parking lot especially by the drive thru and where their trash bins are. Its gross. Someone needs to do some serioys swerping and puck up of trash.

Horrible service and overpriced - especially the pharmacy. There are 3 other stores that offer the same products all for a way cheaper price within a half a mile. Do your research and save yourself a buck where you can, people!

The Pharmacy staff are awesome. Management should keep the room clean where their guests get their shots. It has always been dirty. Always. At every one in the Kalamazoo, Portage area. It would be such a quick thing to fix.

Great customer service

I called ahead to ask if they had what I needed and they said they had it in the back and to ask when I get there so I drove 30 minutes there. I asked for them to get it from the back and the worker said he couldn’t. He couldn’t get the stuff they sell to sell it? Won’t be shopping here again. A total waste of gas and time.

I only used the pharmacy a few times because my mother who was ill switched to them shortly before she passed. No big problems. I answered her phone after she passed to close up some loose ends and told the pharmacist my mom had passed recently. They went out of their way to send a sympathy card. I dont know if its just policy or not but it was not expected and appreciated. Thank you.

I’ve always had a positive experience from the pharmacy staff. I needed a particular type of syringe for my son’s injections. They took the time to find the right one and order it.As for the store itself, they are neat, always have someone whom you can ask for help, and they’ll stop stocking shelves to help. If something goes wrong with a transaction, I find it’s NOT the staff that are to blame—it’s the company policy itself.

As far as Westnedge & Milham Rd “most” of the pharmacy staff is wonderful. There are a couple real unusually grouchy & that wear a permanent mean face but almost all other staff in pharmacy as well as throughout the store very helpful.

A clean, well stocked store manned by a generally helpful and upbeat staff. As a regular customer, I have come to enjoy the Walgreens family - Terry being particularly memorable. Unfortunately, as of late items no longer seem to be properly fronted and theres an older gentleman working nights whos curt, bordering on rude with customers. I have come to expect higher customer service standards at this store and hope to see the Walgreens family return to such a standard.

I forget the gentlemans name (Terry?) is absolutely awesome! He always greets every customer and makes sure you get the best out of your rewards!

Pharmacy and staff are awesome! Never use rewards program to buy from the store. If you need to return anything they will screw you out of money!

I used to love this Walgreens, but for the past several months there have been a lot of problems. 1: they keep switching manufacturers of rx drugs and they do NOT all work the same. 2: I have tried to refill a RX, and have been told that I dont have a RX for that on file. (This has been for a standing rx that I have refills on so its not like the doctor just called it in and it hasnt hit their system yet.) A couple of days later I will get a voicemail saying that prescription is ready to be picked up. Really?? This has happened at least twice, luckily I dont wait until the last minute to refill! 3: Today when picking up my prescriptions, I received 2 bottles of one I was only supposed to get one bottle of, both are marked no refills, I only got one paper pamphlet thing corresponding to getting that refilled... And I did not receive a medication I was supposed to get. This is the kind of absolute headache that caused me to leave Walmarts pharmacy years ago. When you need medications, the LAST thing you should have to worry about is the pharmacy.

The pharmacy staff here is excellent--possibly because they know me on sight--and always willing to give me the time and attention I require to get my scripts figured out. Yes, this means its a busy pharmacy with long-ish waits. I dont mind; Ill happily wait five minutes in line if it means my scripts are filled and billed properly, and dont overlap.

Just left Walgreens and I normally dont write reviews. This staff did an amazing job. I have a crying baby at home and the manager pharmacist and cash out personal was very helpful fast and friendly. Great job

When every other business up and down westnedge has their sidewalks and curbs shoveled...also their bus stops shoveled with easy access to the curb my question is.. WHY CANT YOU....every winter it is the same thing...you are the last and the worst to accommodate walkers and bus riders...wont you consider doing something about this...shame on you

I would put zero Stars if I could ( the cashier was so very rude ) November 7 at 2 pm . Manager needs to address this!!!!

Sure would be nice if the pharmacy included the dosing syringe with medicine!!! This is the 2nd time this has happened. Also, it would be nice if theyd acknowledge you while you sit and idle for a full 5 minutes in the drive thru. To pick up the phone and say Ill be with you in a minute doesnt seem so hard.

Waited in line for 30 minutes to be told they could not fill my Rx fue to their error. Dropped off my Rx an hour before that and never received a call to let me know they couldnt fill it! Waited on hold for 45 minutes to speak to someone! Never again! Support your local pharmacy!

Pharmacists are nice and the tech remember you. It is not open 24 hours though.

Front Counter Terry and James make this the best walgreens on earth. Not only do they greet you when entering, but they also take the time to know your name and lighten your day.

Ive been shopping at this Walgreens for many years. If your a couponer this store is not for you. Some employees are rude and extremely impatient towards anyone who uses their coupons.
