OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have tried calling the pharmacy 20 times today!!!! Every single time I call....they answer answer and say please hold...........I called Rite Aide customer care today regarding a prescription dropped off yesterday........the lady told me someone should call me back today........we shall see. This place really sucks!!! I have NEVER seen a pharmacy like this!

Center Ave. Bad customer service. Waiting for manager to void order for quite some time and she decides to stop and ask a customer if he needs help while Im standing at checkout while checker complains. Shouldnt of though considering I wait while he was talking non store stuff with someone for several minutes while I with 2 broken shoulders stands holding my stuff.

I have been going to rite aid for several years. The staff both store and pharmacy are always willing to help if I have questions. I usually use the drive through pharmacy due to COVID. The pharmacy has been wonderful to work with finding me the best price for my prescriptions.Thank you for your wonderful service.

I’m not really into reviews, but I had such a surprisingly pleasant experience here I had to write something! Melissa was working the counter and helped me find exactly what I was looking for and she was so sweet and nice! It actually really made my night.

Everything is over priced unless I give them a phone number, and they always try and give me a bag. Im usually buying 1-3 items I carried to the counter with 1-2 hands. Why do you idiots think I need a bag for a bottle of water?! This is pollution at its dumbest.

Very clean . good place for in and out needs.

Sometimes this place feels like a ghost town and other times it can be swamped. If it is very busy usually leave and go else where
