Great people great service and amazing turnaround time.

My dad had his thermostat replaced here about a year and some change ago for $400. I bought the car off him and the thermostat went out again and went to a local mechanic to have it fixed. Cost me $400 to actually get it fixed since national transmission just wanted to use some caulk and cheap plastic parts to fix it. The housing was all cracked because of some lazy workers. Good job guys 👍

The transmission was flushed and battery changed at a very reasonable price. Its a family owned business, and theyre professionals yet personable. I trust them with all of my familys vehicles. I had a wonderful customer service experience here a few weeks ago on Veterans Day. My car started making some disconcerting sounds/not acting right that morning and I was very concerned. The staff were very kind and fit me in that day on very short notice. They took my car out for a drive with me, looked at the engine, and were unable to find anything wrong. I was rather embarrassed, as it was no longer making the strange sounds it had made previously, but the man who helped me was very kind about the whole thing. He spent a good amount of time making sure there was nothing wrong with my car and didnt charge me anything for his time when nothing turned up. If my car has transmission problems in the future, I will definitely go to them for help.

Dont be fooled by the free diagnosis if you dont have it fixed with them they charge 80 dollar inspection fee without telling you till you go pick it up but other than that very friendly and knowledgeable

If youre looking to get scammed then this is the place to go. Told me I had a needed a complete transmission replacement, when all I needed was to fix a loose gasket. Saved me from paying over 1400 dollars by going to someone who knew what they were doing and werent trying to scam me out of money. Planning on reporting them to the better business bureau honestly.

I personally would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Got my trans rebuilt by them the very next day something went wrong with it they said they would fix it under warranty. They called me saying I had to pay another 1000$ when I did not authorize them to fix something that was going to cost me. As soon as I threatened to get the law involved they gave me the truck back.

Well I went there to see what’s wrong with my car bc it was showing signs of my transmission going out they said bring it in and they will scan it and test drive it and have a look I said okay I left my car there for two hours and came back and my car was left In the same position I left it and the guy was like yep u need a whole transmission didn’t tell me nothing else no paper work or nothing no explanation at all just said get a whole new one , then I took it to another shop legit they actually took the time out to look at it like I wanted and comes to find out I don’t need a whole new one I paid 300 dollars got tune up and my transmission cooling lines fixed bc they were rusted out so thanks for nothing shop 👌🏼👌🏼

I had asked for an estimate and asked them to give me a call and let me know what the problem was.. well they changed one part, charged me 1000 dollars with out even telling me until it was done and the truck is till broken . Crooks! Thats why they have a car dealer next door, from all the people they rip off and keep their cars .

Told me on the phone they could get me in to look at the problem with my transmission. When I get there, Im told they are swamped and it would be a couple weeks till they could even look at it. Could of saved me the time by telling me this on the phone. Not very professional.
