They treated me professionally and respectfully, addressed all the insurance and logistical matters, committed to dates and times, fulfilled date and time commitments, and replaced my damaged windshield perfectly, even down to replacing the two velcro-like holders for my I-PASS transponder. Fantastic Service all around. I woke on a Friday morning to a shattered back window in my van. Insurance said it would take 5 days. To expedite we were able to use a local independent shop, Classic Auto Glass, and they had a replacement window driven down from Grand Rapids the same day. By 3:00 that afternoon I had my window expertly replaced with a factory brand replacement. Thank goodness for local, independent, experienced services like Classic Auto. I would highly recommend!
